CHAPTER 21 THE VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT I
Shadow looks at the village orbs that the armies collected. There were five village orbs: two from a goblin village, two from a human village, and one from a kobold village. He decided to rebuild one human and goblin village, while the rest will be used as upgrade material for enhancing the village.
He will then rebuild the human village on the north side of the Eligan Village, while the goblin village will be rebuilt next to the Great Goblin Village. He will also build the elf village to the south, where the river and forest are.
He then used the village orb to form a village; he let Ban's subordinate stay there. He also relocated some goblins into the new goblin village.
After finishing rebuilding, he gathered all the elves to form a village. He first asked Shelia who was the best candidate for the village chief position. She nominated an elf named Lily. She is a very intelligent and valiant woman.
After gathering all the elfs, Shadow called Lily for the last step in creating a subordinate village.
"Lily, do you, as a loyal subordinate of Shadow Eligan, take responsibility as the village chief to lead your race to follow and prosper under my lead?"
"I, Lily the elf, swear to uphold the loyalty of my race to you, my lord."
*Boom* The same explosion as the creation of goblin village happened, and traces of energy were taken from all the elves and formed the village orb.

Shadow then compares the new village stats to each other.

Shelia then summarised and reported the things that happened in the village and also gave him her record book, which contains important information about the village.
After that, Shadow asks Rose how much successful research she has done.
After hearing Shadow's question, Rose proudly raised her chest and told him that they researched 10 successful professions, all of which were basic professions. The professions are mechanics, teacher, chef, herbalist, artist, beast veterinarian, accountant, hunter, astronomer, and beautician.
Shadow praised her and Lucy's endeavours; he also rewarded Lucy by giving her one of the fox pups.
After talking with the two girls, Shadow then goes to the apothecary shop.
