CHAPTER 20 PROGRESS
Shadow returned to town by himself. He left Glutton to go to the cave. He went to the Mercenary Guild and gave the mission and the requirements for completion.
The clerk checked the missions and the items he brought. He nodded and stamped the mission scroll. After that, he gave him a membership card. The membership card can show the progress of the mercenary when it is put in a crystal ball.

He unfurled the notes. The first one is information that Ban collected and verified, while the other one is his message.

After he read Ban's letter, he wrote his too. Both of them agreed to never write their names on the letter.

After that, he tied two notes to Sniper. The first one is information about the guild's strength, and some of it is in his letter.

He then left the cave, going back to the city and taking a mission from the Mercenary Guild. He wants to raise his rank to integrate and collect more information about the Mercenary Guild.
When he got to the Mercenary Guild, he saw many mercenaries drinking and chatting with each other.
He goes to the mission board looking for a suitable mission. He needs to finish 10 F-Class missions to promote to E-Class.
When searching for a suitable mission, he found five that were suitable for him. He grabbed the mission scroll and brought them to the clerk.
"You chose 5 F-Class missions that have a time limit of 3 weeks?"
"Yes." He nodded.

He then left, bringing the fox pups with him, while Glutton hunted by itself. He was not worried; all the monsters in the F-Class are on the normal level.
He brought the foxes to the slime habitat. He let the pups fight the slime. He knows that the foxes have a fire element attack called Fox Fire.
They encountered nine slimes in just an hour, and he just let the fox train their [fox fire] on the slimes.
At the end of the day, they killed 50 slimes and collected their cores.
When they returned back to the cave, He saw piles of corpses. The corpses consisted of all the beasts on the mission; he counted all of them. There were 4 savage boars, 7 grass snakes, 3 red salamanders, and 2 poisonous tree lizards. He also found a couple of Yin-type beasts. It seems that Glutton remembered his reminder.
He looks at Glutton; beside it was SILVER LEVEL 8 Devil Bull. He smiles and cooks the bull into a hotpot after having a hearty meal. All of them slept. He smiles at Glutton and the fox pups.
A month came by, and he returned to the village. He brought back Ban and his follower, as well as all of the Yin Grass and Charming Yin Flower. He also brought back all the foxes.
After returning, he looks at the improvements that have happened to all the villages.
