Life was setting down a bit, and Dad had received no messages of late, but it didn’t mean he was taking any chances. Uncle Nathan and Uncle Noah are still searching for the sender of the messages. While that was going on, we didn’t realize the unknown person had plans of their own.

I walked into the prison disguised as a guard to visit Roger.

/"Prisoner 55521, you’re coming with me,/" I said in a raspy voice.

Roger got off his bed and walked over to the door. /"For what?/"

/"Don’t ask questions./" I unlocked the cell door and opened it. Roger looked at me as I kept their face down and shrugged. With that, he walked out as I closed the door and followed me.

I walked to the front as another guard stopped us. /"Where are you going?/"
