Zavier Instantly jumped in front of Meridith saving her life as Azeki went to stab her, instead stabbing him. "Fuck." Zavier cried out. Meridith instantly rewinded time. Before I could go to kill Azeki permanently, Aries beat me to him by knocking him out cold.
"You can't kill him. It would be disastrous." Aries stated something I already knew. We were taught which Gods were important and which Gods we could kill with no severe consequences. We could be ourselves in our realm. We didn't have to pretend unless it was around a royal who was born in the magical realm like Azeki. I told my dad I didn't trust him but he did.
As I was sitting there thinking about this traitor, I didn't even notice all the new power and magic swirling around and Inside of me. After I focused on my power and the information in the book I realized something magnificent. "Fuck. That was a book on Mazaya's powers and on her. I didn't realize I had access to half of this until now." I boasted.
"I just assumed I got access to her power but not her actual magic. I can do all Gods and royals magic. Fuck." I was ecstatic. "Don't talk About it until we take him back." Zavier said reminding me that Azeki was still a problem. I went up to Azeki and touched his head instantly smiling as I realized I could alter memories.
"I'm changing his memories. To him all I got was a power boast he wont remember anything that actually happened but I'm going to make it were he tried to kill Meridith like he actually did. He will be imprisoned because he's to important for death. We can't trust anyone but who's in this room." I stated as I pointed at Aries to grab him as I conjured up the spell to get a portal to go back home.
As soon as we got back into the board room my father looked up at me relief evident in his eyes. "What happened? Why do you look relieved to see us?" I asked worried that something happened when I was gone. Did someone attack or did something happen with Mazaya. Fuck if it did I would lose it.
"You've been gone for over 2 weeks son. I was worried that something happened to you. I just called an immediate meeting people should be arriving now." My father said right as people started to teleport in. We were gone for 2 weeks Fuck time went fast. Shit I locked Mazaya in the room.
"It's good to see you. You scared us." A few Royals said as they shook my hand and sat down. Some gave me hugs. Mainly the females who I had things with in the past. After absorbing everything I did. I could put money on it that Mazaya would allow me to erase her memories and she would be easier. I knew what made her tick.
I was so scared that I would scare her away with showing my true self that if I would've done it in the beginning she would've started acting good instantly. I'm not saying tell her that I'm dark and not good. I mean I know how to make her act right now.
"Son where's Azeki?" My father asked causing me to remember what I had to do. I did a spell and he was bound and tied in front of me. He finally woke up though and was fighting his restraints. "What is the meaning of this?" one of his close friends yelled.
"He tried to kill Meridith before he tried to steal the power boost I received. If it wasn't for Zavier, Meridith would've died. Zavier took the knife that was meant for her. He's a traitor and it has me questioning a lot." I said as I looked around at everyone.
"Azule Locked him up. He's being trialed for treason. We will have a trial at a later date. I want to know how everything went because it took a long time for you guys to get back and our time is already slow." My father said making me cringe at the lie that I was about to let fall off my tongue.
"It took longer than expected I'm guessing because We kept rewinding time but I'm wondering if it only rewinded that Time and not our time. It would make sense. We had to fight a lot of beasts we've never encountered before and it just took along time but I have a lot more power now so it's worth it." I said feeling good about my half truth, half lie.
"What was the point of Chasity going if you had problems fighting these beasts?" My father asked causing me to grow angry fast. I was closer to my sister than my parents. I looked over to her and saw her watery eyes. They were the reason she hated her powers. Always talking about what she couldn't do and comparing us.
"We would've died if it wasn't for her. She could sense them but not control them because they are from a forbidden realm. She helped us get through the temple and without her we probably would've still been there or dead because when we first got there she warned us about beasts she couldn't control. No one has the same powers and I think you owe her an apology. Her powers are worth more than you give her credit for." I said not caring anymore since I was the high king.
My father looked baffled and he wanted to say something but my mom gave him a look so he shut his mouth. He didn't look happy though. He was never happy he had a girl and I hated him for that but we all have our flaws since we are not good. "I'm going to go and check on Mazaya and father my sister did good. she deserves a well done." I said causing Chasity to shed some tears. I kissed her before I headed out.
