Hello everyone, I am finally reviewing this work of mine for the first time ever after 462 chapters! *Caresses his beard in utmost seriousness* Before anything, let me give you a short version of what you will be getting yourself into: Think of Virus (MC) as Pinocchio, only, instead of a doll, he’s an extremely advanced artificial intelligence who coincidentally jumps back in time to our current Earth. Anyway, the Pinocchio of our story who had been just an artificial boy his entire life enters a biological body, thus becoming a real boy! Now, the real boy of our story together with futuristic knowledge at his beck and call starts cultivation while actually utilizing that very knowledge of science and technology. However, now that he’s a real boy, he starts experiencing problems and issues he never thought were possible. As you read into the story, the world will get bigger and bigger as unexpected developments, both small and large, will take you by surprise and leave you flabbergasted. +++++ If you ask me, is [The God Virus] worth my time and more? I can only say try it and decide for yourself, don’t let my or anyone else’s bias affect you. Still, if you did indeed decide to give it a shot, persist through some of the pre-cultivation slow burn and neophyte writing at the earlier chapters and get to the real cultivation stuff and you’ll see what you had nearly missed. +++++ Some of the things you can expect to see in the story: 1. Cultivation is extremely unique, I don’t just randomly add stage names and say he gathered even more energy this time or whatnot and broke through from the first level to the second level, then from the second level to the third level, and so on! There is a specific system of cultivation that will make you enjoy immersing yourself in the process as you get to the real cultivation stuff! 2. Virus is very smart in brain matters, an extremely intelligent anti-hero main character that doesn’t fear destroying all those hindering his path if he wants to, I say this with confidence and you will agree unless you forget what Virus’ main goal in living and the core of his personality is at each specific point in the story. 3. The writing quality increases as you advance, you will feel the writing quality leveling up the more you read into the story. However, even in the earlier chapters, you won’t have any difficulties understanding the sentences, they flow smooth enough, only that the writing quality may be lower comparatively. 4. Let’s get this out of the window as well, Virus is no saint, he’s not selfless, I mean he’s named Virus for God's sake, did you expect him to be like Mother Teresa? *Flings aside his white beard violently* 5. Yes, there’s a deep romance happening, but it won’t be the main focus of the story. 6. There is so much more I can say, but why should I say it when you can read it and decide for yourself? Anyway, if my brief introduction hooked you, then I guess you’re in the right place.

I'm enjoying the story very much as usual, the update is still very stable, the quality of writing improves almost by every couple of chapters, the plots and twists are very wonderful and well thought of, the world background talks for itself, like how we caught the glimose of bigger world with those upcoming super enemies. The characters are very deep to the point I'm really appreciating it as I enjoy seeing them as real people. I just see so much potential with both the story and the author, so keep up the good work author-san!
This is one of the best stories I have ever read. Although the update is slow and I'm pretty greedy for the new chapter, I love this story. Every day I checked to see if there is a new update and got disappointed when there is none. So I hope that you don't drop this novel. Cause if you want to drop it, please let me know beforehand that way I can be papered.
THIS IS NOT A BAD NOVEL, it is just catering to a certain niche. Basically, this entire novel is of WISH FULFILLMENT and eroticism. If you like that genre, then it's for you. If you are looking for a story with logic and defined characters who act with reason and thought, then you better ignore this.
This is one of my favourite novels. Why? Because it has a very interesting, new concept. There are no clichées (except for that one young master character but he got taken care of the very next chapter) and stuff like that, only the story. The ai has emotions and a human body but one can still notice how in it's core, it's still an ai, no matter how advanced, but I like that as humans have too many shortcomings. The really interesting stuff (financial war and cultivation) is also starting to pick off. As the ai is really advanced, you can expect it to dominate. The writing is not 100% perfect but definitely good enough to not disrupt the flow of the story. The updates are quite stable and fast (I would still prefer more though ;-) ). The characters seem pretty well-written and show emotion and the world backrground is basically just earth in the beginning of the 21st century. Overall a very nice story, 10/10 would recommend.
Even by pure wish fulfillment and eronovel standards, it’s really bad, like really really bad. I’m not even gonna bother with realism or anything. But just purely story wise There is 0 detail getting money = hack/steal, write some numbers. That’s it Making advanced machinery/ai/genemod “8 months later” there is just nothing? Then he goes out to pick up a random girl at a party who we care for why? It’s poor quality and spammed 5 star reviews baffles me. But I digress
Time to support the leader of the Meat Bun Sect and Grandpapie! If you're tired of common troupes including all of those CEOs and fantasy novels, then here we go, Sci-fi! Viruses! The lore that some people just gotta love! While there are grammar mistakes and that an editor is necessary, the book is overall understandable. If you love meat buns, join the sect and read this book! Also, ignore all the spam all around, those are discouraging and don't deserve any attention whatsoever. The author slaved for months to get this masterpiece out and he doesn't deserve all that. (My chapter reading count is higher, I read on a different window, so it didn't register the chapters I read...) Sect member Nothing! Out! >3</

Good read, i like how fast the author updates. Excited to see how AIs and humans scheme. The writing quality is good, knowing that the author is not a native speaker of english. As for story development, i find it quite fast. some of the unnecessary details are emphasized but not the bigger picture of the story. I look forward for the character development, I’ll write another review after a hundred chapter or so. Overall, this is a good story. Good job author!
I really like the idea of this Novel. The charakters definitely have potential and the whole "world background" too, that is why I would really appreciate if this Novel keeps on going. Hence the 5 Stars review and since there are only 32 Chapters currently, it is only the beginning. I also don't get why people already "badmouth" this Novel, at least some people. There is plenty of room for explanations. If people would just think a little about it, they could even come up with an explanation for themselves and see in the end, what the author comes up with. That is part of the fun in reading, isn't it? I myself have probably already made way too much assumptions why this or that is happening to the MC. And as I said bevor, I really like it ^^ Sooo please keep going and I wish you the best..
