It All Goes Wrong

"Lua!" Arc rushed over to the place they had agreed to meet. Lua was covered in dust and what seemed like ash, an oddly confusing sight. There shouldn't have even been anything flammable.

"I'm assuming Beta didn't arrive, then?" He arrived first amongst the trio. The others, Alexandra and Nacht, quickly caught up from behind him. Nacht, Alexandra and Arc were carrying what seemed to be two bodies belonging to children, alongside multiple bags that seemed heavy.

Lua shook his head. "No, he did."

Arc was taken aback, and so were the others. "How were you able to escape? Wait, he didn't follow you, did he?"

He then looked around, ensuring nobody was in the vicinity. However, with his limited sight compared to those like Alexandra, he wasn't able to spot anything. He then glanced over to Alexandra, who simply shook her head.

Lua smiled and shook his head. "I buried him in the sea of flames from Hell, where he belongs."
