After I summoned Charizard, Snorlax and Lucario to keep an eye on the Nakashimas along Umbreon and Espeon I left to go see who exactly had sent that nasty curse, I knew it must have been either that Himejima or Shinra but I might as well confirm who it was and give them a warning.

So after making sure the Nakashimas were well protected I took off and followed the trail of energy left over from the curse from when I sent it back, as I was arriving I noticed a massive pillar of darkness burst out towards the sky which caused me to smirk a bit "looks like my surprise exploded on their faces".

I flew closer to the chaos brought by the changes I made to the curse and stayed in the sky as I watched it spread out and begin to decimate everyone in the compound.

After a few minutes passed by some Elders and I very familiar looking woman walked out from one of the buildings and stared at the pillar of darkness in shock as it spread and killed anyone on its path but it was the woman who gave me pause "Akeno?... no that's not Akeno, I can't feel the usual Fallen Angel energy, rather I sense something divine within her and fire".

I watched as the woman suddenly took off running and got in front of the spreading pillar of darkness, her body exploded in flames that had a purifying aspect to them and tried to purify the curse with everything she had.

Of course it was futile, no matter what sort of power she might hold there was no way that she will be able to purify the curse, not when I had added to its aspects and made it into a real weapong of mass destruction that would slowly spread out until I wish it to.

Though I have to respect her efforts in trying and as she struggled with the curse she began to speak with herself, saying something about that perhaps her and her Clan deserved this.

Which I agree with since the only reason this happened to her Clan was because they tried to harm the Nakashima, it surprised me that one of this assholes was able to see how their actions brought this situation upon them

So being a bit curious I floated closer and spoke up to her "I'm glad one of you understands the weight of your actions" after I said shelooked up to me in surprise and looked rather shocked by my sudden appearance.

The way she snapped her head toward me and stared at me with wide eyes full of surprised told me that she hadn't sense me approaching or even, that surprise cost her though and she lost her focus.

Which made her lose control of her purifying flames allowing the curse to burst forwards and head straight to her, she of course noticed this right away and just closed her eyes as she awaited her end.

But luckily for her I finally recognized her and this woman was not one I wanted dead, Suzaku Himejima is one of the few member of the Himejima Clan that were actively trying to change how things work within the Five Great Principal Clans.

So killing her would be detrimental and since she's the current head of the Himejima Clan her death would actually allowed the rest of the clan to act as reckless and wild as they want and I'm not about to allow that.

As the pillar of darkness approached Suzaku I snapped my fingers and dissipated the curse before it could touch her, of course this made her open her eyes and stared at me as I began to float down.

As soon as I landed onto the ground she suddenly spoke up "w-who are you?" that question on itself made feel rather off since I never expected to actually run into Suzaku and have to speak with her.

But I was far more upset with what the Himejima tried to do and if it wasn't because Suzaku was here I would have let the curse run its course and destroye everything in this Clan compound.

I narrowed my eyes at Suzaku who flinched a bit upon noticing the way I was staring at her "I'm Rean Hayashi and the Nakashima are under my protection... someone from this clan tried to curse th-".

I couldn't finish what I was saying because the Elders suddenly clapped their hands together and gathered mana which alerted me of their upcoming attack, the Elders gathered all of their power and created a massive Fireball and immediately sent it flying towards me.

Of course I wasn't worried about the attack and I easily caught it in my hand which must have scared the Elders quite a bit since they were staring at me with wide eyes full of shock and fear.

Me on the other had was beginning to get really annoyed so sighed and absorb the mana within the flames and without it they couldn't keep burning so the flames shrunk until they all just dissipated "... well, that wasn't very nice and that attack was rather pathetic too, let me show you a real Fire attack".

I flare my energy which cracked the ground underneath me and pointed an open palm towards the Elders as blue and purple flames began to dance around me, the colorful flames began to coalesce on the palm of my hand into a big ball of fire took form.

The force of my energy caused Suzaku to get sent flying screaming while the Elder scramble to raise a barrier to protect themselves, rather foolish of them not to dodge instead, either they were arrogant enough to think they can stop my attack or they didn't think they could dodge it in time.

Not that it would do any good since the range of effect of this attack was big though I made sure not to add my Stardust Energy into it, I didn't want to cause another white pillar event, yet "burn in hell bastards Sacred Fire!".

The orb of blue and purple flames shot forward from my open palm and sailed through the air until its crashed against the barrier the Elder raised and instantly broke through only giving the Elder a few seconds to widen their eyes in horror and gape before the Sacred Fire attack hit them and violently exploded.

The area around the Elders was completely devastated by my Fire Type Attack, Ho-oh's signature move by itself is powerful enough as it is but when it's me using it, the effects are far more powerful.

This resulted in a big dome of purple and blue flames erupting from where my Sacred Fire collided with the fools who just tried to attack me, the explosion and boom were so powerful that the rest of the Himejima Onmyōji and buildings around were sent flying.

But soon enough my attack dissipated and I turned my head towards Suzaku who was now on the floor a fair distance away from me and staring up at me with fear evident in her eyes, but I ignored that for now and began to walked towards her.

I had point to make and I wasn't about to leave without saying my piece, so as I got close to Suzaku and looked down at her "like I was saying before I was rudely interrupted, the Nakashimas are under my protection and anyone found going after them regardless whether the head of the Clans knows or not will have to deal with me... today I gave you, the Himejimas a little taste, they next time I find your Clan going after the Nakashima I'll come here and kill you all...".

Suzaku gulped and looked rather scared but I didn't care "do tell the other Clans head about this would you? I'm getting tired of having to kill fools so often" with that said I began to float up until I teleported away back to the Nakashima leaving the devastated Himejima Clan compound behind.

Suzaku stared in shock and fear as the young man who just destroyed a big part of her Clan floated away and then disappeared allowing her to once again breath easy, the Vermillion Bird within her was terrified and refused to show itself in front of the young man which was rather telling of his power.

That had made Suzaku completely freeze and it was even worse when he flared his energy and blasted the Elders of the Himejima Clan out of existence with flames far more powerful and intense that anyone in her Clan could ever produced and that included herself.

Suzaku slowly turned her head towards the Elder of her Clan once stood and her eyes once again widen in shock, the only thing left after such powerful attack was a massive crater filled with molten rock.

Suzaku was stunned for a few moments as she slowly and shakely stood up, soon enough the survivors of such horrible attack made against her Clan began to slowly get up and walk over to her.

The Onmyōji who had told her of the chaos in her Clan Compound walked up to her side with a worried expression on his face "Lady Suzaku, are you okay?".

Suzaku sighed and let out a breath she didn't know she was holding and shakely nodded "y-yes... I'm fine".

It was all she could really say right now, and the Onmyōji must have noticed that because he nodded and began to issue orders to everyone around to go look for survivors.

She was really grateful to this young Onmyōji and perhaps she would give him a promotion later, they're going to need new Clan heads and Elders after all but now that she was able to calm herself down and think back on what happened she began to notice a few things.

Things that both disturbed her and worried her, first of all, this entire situation was a retaliation against them.

The young man named Rean had said that the Nakashimas were under his protection and that this show of force was a result of the Himejima Clan going after his wards and that made Suzaku frown.

Just what had those foolish Clan members of hers done? was the question that began to run around her mind *I'm going to have to investigate this whole thing... to think the Elders would go behind my back to attack the Nakashimas... but I'm not that surprised either*.

Suzaku sighed and then crossed her arms under her bust *Rean Hayashi... a Hayashi... just what is going on here? and just who is this Rean? if he really is a Hayashi I'm surprised the Hayashi Clan didn't boast about him... I don't think no one has heard of Rean and given how powerful he seems to be that's shocking enough as it is*.

Suzaku shook her head and looked around with a sad frowned on her face as the surviving members of her clan began to carefully gather the remains of the dead, some were horrible melted or were just pieces leftover of the massive curse that was unleashed on them.

This whole situation with the Nakashimas was turning into a deadly game and they were on the losing side *I'm going to have to talk to the head of the Five Great Principal Clans and inform them about this otherwise... we might just get wiped out by greedy and foolish members of our own Clans if this continues on*.

Suzaku looked up toward the sky with a worried and sad expression on her face and not for the first time in awhile she wished her aunt Shuri was here *aunty... I know this wouldn't have happened if you were the Clan head instead of me...*.

Suzako sighed and then turned around, right now her Clan needed her plus she needed to investigate exactly what had provoked Rean into attacking them and speak with the Clan heads as soon as possible.

But first she needs to lay the dead to rest, regardless of their actions as members of her Clan the least she could do is put their remains to rest lest they become spirits of evil.

With that last though running through her head Suzaku immediately went to help the remaining members of her clan with helping the survivors and moving the remains of the dead.

It would be later that she would find out that the children in the Clan weren't affected by what happened and were just rightfully scare, it seems that Rean was above of harming children and Suzaku felt lucky and relieved for this simple act.

I teleported back to the Nakashima household above the house and sighed as I stayed in the air for a little bit, I didn't expect to run into Suzaku Himejima but the Himejima Clan was very luck she was there.

Otherwise I would have let the Curse destroy them all, well except the children, I'm not one to kill kids after all though I hope this show of force is enough for at least for the Himejima to back off the Nakashimas for a while or hopefully for good.

Still to think I would run into Akeno's cousin of all people though she really does look like Akeno too, well it doesn't matter anymore.

Hopefully heeds my warning and let's the rest of the heads of the Five Great Principal Clans know of what is going, according to Yasaka the Clans were moving behind their backs so this might stop some attacks or even stop them all together.

But I will still act as if that wasn't the case anyways, I'm not about hold my breath either so I'll just keep dealing with anything that comes my way, though the Nakiri and Himejima have now taken quite a hit in their numbers.

They're going to be feeling this for a while that's for sure, suddenly a very familiar roar alerted me that Charizard had sensed me and was heading my way so I turned my head towards where the roar came from.

I grinned as I watched Charizard fly towards me with Kaede and Hanako whooping in joy on his back causing me to chuckle, it was lucky for them that Charizard is bigger than an average Charizard and that both Kaede and Hanako were small, otherwise they wouldn't be able to ride on his back together.

Charizard stopped before me and leaned his head towards me, I smiled at as I gave him a few headpats "hey there Charizard, giving the ladies a ride huh?".

Charizard grinned at me and nodded while Kaede waved at me with a happy smiled on her face "Rean, your back! did you finish your errand?".

I nodded at Kaede, and from where I was flying I could see the happy smile that Hanako had on her face from seeing her daughter being this happy and having so much fun.

It made me happy that this family was able to now smile like this after the rough time they experienced when they became targets, I nodded to Kaede and smiled "yeah, it wasn't a big errand anyway".

Kaede nodded and then gave Charizard a few gentle pats on the back of his neck "Charizard is so cool and amazing! and Snorlax's belly is so comfy and soft!".

I chuckled at how excited Kaede seemed when speaking about the Pokémon "I'm glad you like them but where's Lucario?".

Hanako grinned and answered my questions "he's actually helping Isamu with his paperwork! hehe Isamu actually cried tears of joy getting help with his work" Kaede giggle while Hanako laughed.

I chuckled finding it funny that Lucario was helping a politician with his paperwork, then again Lucario was a very intelligent Pokémon so I'm not surprised he was able to help Isamu "he must be feeling overwhelmed with all the work he's doing with the new laws he's trying to pass".

Hanako nodded "yes, he's trying to passed them down along with another law that will give the authorities the ability to hire Supernatural assets in order to investigate the Five Great Principal Clans without any risk, of course Isamu is planning to have Lady Yasaka's help with all of this".

I nodded "I see, I bet she would be thrilled to help investigate the Five Great Principal Clans, the Yokai do have a bone to pick with them after all".

Hanako nodded in agreement and her being an Oni she knew about the Great Clans hunting down Yokai even if they were peaceful, something that I was aware of as well.

Though Kyoto is now safe because the Pokémon and because Ho-oh and Lugia have blessed Kyoto itself, no one living in Kyoto will be hunted down thanks to them.

But most of the Yokai hold a grudge to the Five Principal Clans and I don't blame them, knowing how much of a bunch of bigoted bastards they can be I can see them hunting down Yokai for pleasure.

So I'm sure Yasaka is going to enjoy investigating them and bringing all of their dirty laundry out for everyone to see, plus making them pay for all of their crimes was going to be even sweeter for Yasaka and the Yokai Faction *still I better report to Isamu about the Himejima Clan*.

I smiled at both Hanako and Kaede and all of us began to float down towards the ground, Rotomdex who was sitting on top of Snorlax who was sleeping on the ground took off flying and began to take pictures of Kaede and Hanako taking a ride on Charizard.

I smiled when Hanako actually began to pose to the camera while Kaede sweatdropped at her mother, they're really are a quirky family but right now I have to talk to Isamu.

so I waved at both Kaede and Hanako, who waved back at me and I left towards the Nakashima's household while leaving both Hanako and Kaede to their fun.

It didn't take me long to reach Isamu's office and a soon as I arrived I knocked on the door, it didn't take long for Isamu to answer and tell me to come in which I immediately did.

Once inside I looked around the Isamu's office and saw Lucario working on some paperwork, he was reading and signing paperwork like a champ and I wondered where he learned that.

Maybe he has helped Yasaka or Serafall before? who knows really? my Pokémon get on all kind of adventures when they roam around Kuoh so he might have learned all of this in one of his adventures around town.

Still it made me smiled to see Lucario always being a good and caring Pokémon, so I walked up to him and give him a few ear scratches "hey Lucario, having fun helping Isamu?".

Lucario happily barked out and gave me a smile letting me know that despite the nature of the work he was having some fun which made me chuckled a bit, only a diligent Pokémon like Lucario would find something like Paperwork fun.

Isamu chuckled from his desk "he's a life saver and with his help I've been able to make good progress, I will be able to present my new laws to the Prime Minister soon enough thanks to Lucario's help".

I smiled and nodded to Isamu, I'm glad that Lucario's help let him move things along faster "I came here to have a talk Isamu, do you have some time?".

Isamu nodded and pointed at the leather chair in front of his desk, I gave Lucario a headpat and then walked towards the leather chair and took a seat on it.

Isamu quickly put away the paperwork he was doing and gave me all of his attention "I take it this has to do with why you had to leave so quickly a while a go, right?".

I nodded "yeah... while I was on the roof keeping an eye on everything I detected a large mass of malice and evil intent heading towards the house, luckily I caught before it could even touch the house but when I inspected it I found out it was a Curse...".

Isamu raised an eyebrow "a Curse? you can see magic Rean that's shocking enough?... what kind of Curse was it and who was its targets?".

Isamu looked at me and with the look in his face I could see that he already knew the answer to his question but more than likely he just wanted to confirm it "the Curse was meant to make everyone in this house suffer terrible pain and sickness until they succumb to it and died... this Curse was meant to make you and your family suffer Isamu, it was a nasty and horrible thing".

Isamu sighed and then frowned as he leaned back on his chair"... who was it? who sent such a thing to me and my family Rean?".

I could see that what I just told Isamu disturbed him quite a lot and I understood why, is not every day you find out that someone or some people hates you so much that they would send a horrible Curse just to make you suffer before you die.

You have to be a right bastard to do this to someone else "I changed the Curse and sent it back where it came from, after I summoned some more Pokémon to keep and eye on everyone here I followed the Curse's trail back where it came from, it was the Himejima who had sent it Isamu".

Isamu sighed "that doesn't surprise me... the Himejima are known for doing things like these all the time, the fact that they kill children who were exiled from the Clan should tell you just the kind of people are in that Clan".

He made a good point, Akeno and her mother are a good example of how horrible the Himejima can be, after all they went out of their way to kill Akeno's mother and then hunt Akeno down until she was found by Rias.

It was only because Akeno had ran straight into Gremory territory and found Rias who is Sirzechs sister that the Himejima backed off, otherwise they would have hunted her till the end of the world "yeah I figured as much, the Curse violently exploded as soon as it got back to them and released all of its negative energy right into the Himejima Clan Compounds".

Isamu nodded "I take it that not many survived".

I nodded "of course, the curse was already powerful enough as it is but with what I added to it made it even more volatile, the Himejima Clan took a big hit today and lost many if it's members and I would have let the curse continue to ravage them but Suzaku Himejima showed up".

Isamu raised an eyebrow "Suzaku Himejima huh?... the current head of the Clan, was she aware of the attack on my family?".

I shook my head "I don't think so, I introduced myself and claimed that you and your family are under my protection and that if the Himejima dares to attack you again I would destroy them all but she seemed rather shocked so I don't think she was aware of what her Clan tried to do".

Isamu nodded "I know about her, apparently she's actively trying to change the way the Five Great Principal Clans do things, she's one of the good ones, I'm sure she will investigate what happened later".

I nodded "yeah, I also know about her which is why I stopped the curse, she's trying to do some good and didn't want to get in the way of that, I did killed the Himejima's Elders though".

Isamu raised an eyebrow in surprise "you killed them?... they tried to attack you didn't they?".

I nodded "yeah just as I was telling Suzaku what was going on they attacked me with a giant Fireball but I easily caught it and attacked them with a Fire attack of my own, that ended up destroying more of the Himejima Clan Compound but I really couldn't care less".

Isamu leaned forward and hummed for a bit "it's a good thing you didn't killed her, I believe she will be able to change things and now she'll be able to do so more easily with the Elder of the Himejima Clan dead".

"Yean, this will also slow down the attacks on you from them if not stopped them completely, the Himejima took a big hit after all and they won't recover anytime soon so for now we don't have to worry about the Himejima and Nakiri for a bit".

Isamu nodded and sighed "I'm sure that Suzaku will speak with the other head of the Clans as well so they will be paying more attention to their Clan, hopefully that slows down their movements but overall this gives us some breathing room so I can get everything ready".

"That's what I was thinking about as well but either way we shouldn't relax just yet, I'll continue to watch over you guys as always and if Kaede still wants to train to get stronger and I'll have more Pokémon around for when I'm busy with her".

Isamu smiled at me "thank you Rean, you really didn't have to get involved in all of this but you still did so anyways and now your even going to help Kaede as well... I know she's been so scared and sad lately so it makes me happy to see her smiling and so excited all the time so once again thank you for that".

I sighed but nodded "it's fine Isamu, you and your family are good people and getting to know you all has made me want to protect you even more, plus Kaede is a sweet girl so I'm sure she wouldn't miss use what I teach her so I don't mind teaching her how to be stronger".

Isamu smiled "alright but still, know that were thankful Rean".

I nodded and just smiled, this day had stared normal and a bit exciting with Kaede wanting to get stronger but by the end of it I had to go teach the Himejima a lesson, over all it has been a busy day and tomorrow depending on what Kaede finally decides it might just be as busy as well.

So for the rest of the day Isamu went outside to spend time with Hanako and Kaede, it seems like the fact that if I wasn't here they might have died had left him a bit restless.

But I don't blame him, anyone would have felt the same way in his place so I just kept an eye on this small family as they had fun playing with my Pokemon throughout the day until it was time to go to sleep.

The next day I walked Kaede back to school, this time she was riding on Snorlax's shoulder along with Umbreon and Espeon as the Normal Type Pokemon walked besides me towards her school, I certainly had fun watching everyone we walked by gaped at the fact that Kaede was riding on the shoulder of a massive creature.

It got even more hilarious when we got to her school, all of her fellow students would stared at her as Snorlax walked into the campus and then gently put Kaede down right in front of the school main entrance.

Both Umbreon and Espeon jumped down Snorlax's shoulder as well while Kaede waved at Snorlax and then ran inside her school with both Umbreon and Espeon following close behind, Snorlax yawned and scratched his belly before walking over a tree nearby and laying down under it.

The Normal Type Pokemon fell a sleep in seconds while every girl in school stared at him in confusion and curiosity, I shook my head and then took off flying towards the rooftop of the school while everyone was distracted by Snorlax.

The rest of the day went by quietly and quickly as I watched over Keade, there was nothing suspicious or shady going in the school either, it was just a normal all girls school after all though Kaede did get invited to each lunch with a few of her classmates but she chose to eat with me instead.

Appearantly those girls seemed to want to ask about me and the Pokémon but Kaede didn't want to say anything, she didn't want to share was what she told me her reason to not wanting to talk to her Classmates.

But other than that the day went without a hitch and I once again waited for her at the main gate at the end of the day, sure the girls gathered around me again but a glare and growl from Umbreon had them running away.

Which made Kaede giggle a bit and pet Mr grumpy as she has taken to calling Umbreon which much to his chagrin fit him to a T, though he would just roll his eyes whenever Kaede called him that.

But with that over in our walk home, Kaede decided to tell me what she wanted to do "I took all day yesterday and today to think like you asked me to Rean and I do want to get stronger so please help me?".

I sighed but smiled and nodded "well you really thought about it so I can't really denied you so okay, I'll help you get strong".

Kaede cheered and seemed happy, though I still had to warn her again about a few things "it's not going to be easy and a lot in your life is going to change Kaede, I hope your ready".

Kaede nodded "I know... a lot of my life has already been changed with what has been happening, all of this entire situation showed me that I need to be prepared because you never know when someone might come after me and my family again... I can't expect you to come save the next time Rean".

I closed my eyes and nodded in agreement with what she just said, Isamu is a very important politician and works directly with the Prime Minister so her and her family will always be targets.

It was very brave of her to want to do something about it "all right after you've done your homework I'll do something for you that will help with getting stronger but first we have to get you home".

Keade excitedly nodded and as we walked back to her home and talked more about Pokémon I was feeling very excited to try out my new Skill.

When we arrive at the Nakashima household Kaede immediately ran upstairs to do her homework as soon as possible, I smiled and walked over to the Kitchen.

There I found Hanako cooking while Rotomdex was showing her a cooking show, she was following the directions of the host of the show as she cooked something.

Honestly I didn't know that Rotom could get access to the internet from the Pokedex but I really should have expected it, the Alolan Pokedex is an impressive little gadget and quite far more advanced that anything in this world.

Though I suspect that Rotom had the Porygons help with connecting the Alolan Pokedex to the Internet, Hanako paused the video and turned her head towards me "so what was Kaede's decision?".

I scratched my head and sighed "she decided to learn to fight and get stronger, she said that she had been thinking about it since yesterday and that since her life was changed already she wanted to be prepared".

Hanako sighed "well she's not wrong in wanting to be prepared and even though I agree that it's a good idea for her to get strong I can't help but to wish that this wouldn't have happened to her".

I guess Hanako was worried about Kaede's future and I didn't blame her, Kaede's life has been changed because of greed of others "don't worry, Kaede will be fine I promise".

Hanako smiled "thank you Rean, I really mean it".

I nodded and then helped her with dinner as I waited for Kaede to finish her homework, after eating I will be making my debut as a wishing granting Dragon and I know it's going to rock the world.

After Kaede finished her homework and we all ate dinner, the Nakashima and I walked outside of their house where I began to explain what I would be doing "okay, since Kaede decided to get stronger and live in the Supernatural world I will be training her in the evenings for a few hours".

The Nakashimas listened to me intently as I continued to explain "now since she asked me to help her get stronger I've been thinking of a way to let her do that without making her a bigger target so the best solution I came up with is to help Keade awaken her Oni and Nakiri Bloodlines".

Both Hanako's and Isamu's eyes widen in shock, Hanako then spoke up "but Kaede wasn't born with any power... it might be dormant but a half breed could spend their entire life not awakening their abilities and even if they somehow do so it wouldn't be any strong, at best they would be Low Class rank in power... how would you awaken her powers?".

I nodded already knowing all of that but I already had a solution "well, Kaede is going to make a wish and I will grant it".

The confused and perplexed looks I was getting from the Nakashima made me grin, them and the world weren't ready for what I was about to do but that just made it even more fun.
