The rest of Kaede's school day went by quietly but more fun than usual thanks to Umbreon and Espeon always being with her, though they do catch a lot of a attention and many of her classmates wanted to give them a headpat or ear scratches.

However both Pokémon refused to leave Kaede and not matter how much her classmates tried to convince them to come to them both Umbreon and Espeon wouldn't leave her.

Even the promises of snacks did not convince them to leave Kaede and she was very happy about that.

But now that the school day was over she couldn't wait to go home and speak with her mom and dad about her training with Rean, hopefully she will be able to convince them to let her do it.

This was the only thought that was going around Kaede's head as she went to her shoe locker and grabbed her stuff while both Umbreon and Espeon walked with her by her side.

She soon got ready and walked out of her school building only to freeze mid step in confusion, Kaede looked around in curiosity as many girls that go to her school gathered around the main gate.

Umbreon huffed in annoyance since the girls were blocking the way and Espeon noticing his bad mood floated onto Kaede's shoulders and covered her ears with her paws.

Umbreon took a big breath and the let out a high pitched cry towards the girls who screamed in both pain and fright as they fell on to their knees and covered their ears.

Kaede's eyes widen in surprise at what Umbreon had done and just gaped as the Dark Type Pokemon just walked in between the very scared and deaf girls towards Rean who was at the main gates deadpanning at Umbreon as he walked towards him.

Now she knew why her fellow students gathered around the gate, they must have seen Rean and got curious about him and she couldn't blame them because Rean was a very unique individual.

Still blocking the way to the main gate was very rude though she now felt bad so she quietly began to walk around her fellow students while silently apologizing to them for the fact that Umbreon just left them deaf.

I deadpanned at Umbreon as he walked up to me, as soon as he got close to me I got on one knee and gave him a headpat "that wasn't nice Umbreon, that Screech attack must have left them completely deaf".

Umbreon just scoffed in annoyance making me chuckle in amusement "they were just curious about me Umbreon, there was no need to be that harsh okay?".

Umbreon sat in his hunches and deadpanned at me but still nodded letting me know he understood what I was telling so smiled at him, Dark Type Pokemon can really very harsh and wild so sometimes you have to be careful with them.

Still Umbreon is very loyal and nice to the family and friends, he just doesn't have a lot of patience towards things and people who waste his time though he's surprisingly patient with Kunou.

Suddenly a voice caught my attention "errr Rean? can we do something about my classmates? they look like they're in a lot of pain...".

I turned my had towards Kaede who was staring at the poor girls who were still in the ground while holding their ears in pain, I nodded at her knowing that I can't really leave these poor girls like this.

So I snapped my fingers and used a bit of Time Manipulation to reverse the damage to their ears which seemed to surprise them quite a bit since they looked rather confused with being able to suddenly hear once again.

So while they were confused and distracted, I turned my head towards Kaede and grinned "come on, let's go before they notice us again".

Kaede nodded and together we left right away while the girls noticed I was gone way too late to even see who I left with or where to.

A few street's over Kaede began to laugh a little which made me turn my head towards her, I grinned when I noticed that she was wearing Espeon like a hat and she seemed very comfortable on her head "what's so funny?".

Kaede stooed laughing and but still smiled widely "everyone jumped really high when Umbreon let out that very high pitch cry! I've never seen anyone jumped that high before hehe".

I chuckled a bit happy to see Kaede having some fun, she finished laughing and then picked Umbreon into her arms and smile at him "still that wasn't very nice Umbreon" Umbreon just closed his eyes and didn't say do anything else but Kaede just giggle at him.

She then turned her head towards me "what was that anyway?, it was very loud and even though Espeon covered my ears I still heard it pretty clearly".

We began to walk again and I explained what Umbreon did "that was a Screech attack, usually it's used to lower an opponent's defense but as you saw, it is a good move to make anyone stop in their tracks especially to those who have sensitive hearing".

Kaede nodded as she walked besides me while hugging Umbreon in her arms and still wearing Espeon like a hat though to my surprise Espeon seemed to have fallen asleep while hanging up there.

It made me wondered how she did that, Kaede hummed for a little bit "amazing, there so much to Pokémon isn't there?".

I nodded with a grin on my face "yes, there a lot about them that it's unknown but whatever information we have about them is already amazing enough as it is".

Kaede smiled "I want to learn more about them! I wonder if there's a book about them or something like that".

There is but they're in the Pokémon Center in Xenotown and I couldn't revealed that to Kaede just yet, soon but not yet however there was still some other way for her to learned about Pokémon "Rotomdex! can you come here?".

There was a small flash of white light in front of me and when it dissipated Rotomdex revealed himself by flying around "did you call Rean? bzzt".

I smiled and nodded at Rotomdex "yes, you see my friend here, oh! her name is Kaede by the way and she wants to learn about Pokémon and who to better ask about them than you?".

Rotomdex nodded and then then turned towards Kaede who was intently looking at him in curiosity, Rotomdex then waved one of its little arms at Kaede "Hello Kaede! bzzt, I'm more than happy to help you learn about Pokémon as best as I can! it's nice go meet you! bzzt".

Kaede smiled and nodded "it's nice to meet you go Rotomdex, your a Pokémon too right?".

Rotomdex nodded "that's right! bzzt, I'm a Pokémon known as Rotom! would you like to hear more about my species? bzzt".

Kaede tilted her head but nodded wanting to learn more about Rotom, Rotom grinned at Kaede and then turned around allowing her to see the screen on his back which lit up and showed her a picture of Rotom as it began to speak in detail about the species "Rotom, the plasma Pokémon bzzt! an Electric and Ghost Type Pokémon, Rotom is a Pokémon that has a body of plasma and is shaped like a lightning rod, there is a whitish blue aura of electricity around it that forms lightning bolt-shaped appendages bzzt!

It has teeth, and its unique, blue eyes have a dividing line across them, it is said to be reminiscent of a will-o'-the-wisp powered by electricity in this base form, Rotom cannot be touched without being electrocuted in the process bzzt!

Rotom has the ability to enter and control appliances which allows it to change its form and typing depending on which appliances it possess bzzt!".

Kaede's eyes widen in awe and surprise "whoa! Rotom are amazing Pokémon! too bad I can't hug it in its normal form, it's very cute~".

Rotom turned around and blushed "thank you! bzzt!".

I couldn't help but wonder how can a Ghost Type Pokémon possessing a Pokedex can blush but I decided to just leave it at Pokémon shenanigans for my sanity and just chuckled "well, we'll be selling Rotom Plushies at the shop soon and we'll even sell Plushies on every one of its forms!".

Kaede brightly smiled "ooh! I better start saving! so dad can go and buy them for me!".

I laughed a little "you can just called out to Mew whenever and she'll be more than happy to take you the shop so Isamu doesn't have to go when he's so busy".

Kaede seemed very happy at the fact that she can go to the shop whenever now, she then turned her head towards Rotom and lifted Umbreon up to it "can you give me the information of Mr grumpy here?".

Umbreon just opened one eye and huffed but didn't do anything else, Rotom immediately turned around and began to give out Umbreon's info " Umbreon the Moonlight Pokémon bzzt a Dark Type Pokemon, Umbreon is a mammalian Pokémon which has a sleek, black body with four slender legs and crimson eyes, it has two pairs of pointed teeth (one pair in each jaw) which are visible when its mouth is open, it also has long, pointed ears and a bushy tail, each with a yellow band around them, its forehead and legs have yellow rings on them as well bzzt!.

Umbreon's evolution is the result of Eevee being exposed to the moonlight, which altered its genetic structure, its yellow rings glow when Umbreon is excited, such as when it leaps to attack, or when exposed to the moon's aura, filling Umbreon with a mysterious energy.

Umbreon hunts at night and, as such, has well-developed eyes that can spot a prey even in darkness its black fur helps it blend into the night while waiting for the right moment to pounce bzzt.

When it does, its rings emit a dim yet ominous glow, and it lunges for the prey's throat before eating it, whenever angered or agitated, Umbreon sprays poisonous sweat secreted from its pores into the offender's eyes to protect itself bzzt!.".

Kaede raised an eyebrow upon hearing Umbreon's info and then raised Umbreon up to her face only to receive a deadpan in return but Kaede didn't seemed to mind "so your grumpy because your nocturnal?".

Umbreon sweatdropped while I couldn't help but laugh at his expense, Kaede however then gently opened Umbreon's jaw and looked inside "whoa you do have sharp fangs! how scary and cool!".

Kaede let go of Umbreon's jaw while the Dark Type Pokemon just didn't not know what to do in this situation, Kaede then softly rubbed the yellow rings on Umbreon's body with curiosity evident on her eyes "so these glow? it must look very pretty in the night".

Umbreon just sighed and gave up so he just closed his eyes and ignored the world, I smiled as I watch Kaede have fun confirming what Rotomdex just told her "they're supposed to be intimidating though".

Kaede looked up at me and nodded "I know~ but I bet it also looks beautiful under the moonlight!".

I nodded at her because it is true, I've seen Umbreon's rings glow in the night before and it's a very beautiful thing to see, not so much for Umbreon's targets but to everyone else it is.

Kaede then hummed and we continue to walked towards her house with Rotomdex following us closed by, Kaede then turned her head towards me "um... what's an Eevee?".

I smiled at her and proceeded to explain "ah! an Eevee is actually the pre-evolution of Umbreon, most Pokémon usually start as a different Pokémon and evolve as they grow strong or through some other methods, some Pokémon can even evolve up to three times and a small number can temporarily evolve past that as well".

Kaede brightly smiled "amazing! Pokémon are just incredible aren't they? I kinda want to see an Eevee now, I bet its adorable!".

I nodded and then decided to summon an Eevee later so she could meet one "I'll summon one later, I've been meaning to summon one to completely have all the Eeveelutions plus there's a few unique things I can only do with an Eevee but it will be another time since we're almost at your house and you still have to speak with your parents".

Kaede nodded and looked extremely excited to get to meet an Eevee later though she also had this very serious look in her eyes, it seems like she was ready to convince her parents to let her train no matter what and a part of me was proud.

She seems so different from the sad and worried Kaede I met yesterday on the park, now she seems determined and more happy.

Sure she still had worries and I'm sure she was still scared but she's willing to change her situation rather that to sit around being afraid and worried all the time and to me that's very admirable.

However it's seems like Kaede didn't have to do much to convince both Isamu and Hanako to let her train, both of them agreed with her and decided to let her get strong almost right away.

To them if it meant that she would be safe and happy then they were willing to let her make the choice though they did warn her that once she fully steps into the Supernatural world there was no turning back and that she needed to be sure.

So the Nakashima family and I decided to wait a day for Kaede to think things through which was fine by Kaede, it is a big decision after all and one that must not be taken lightly.

So I'm more than willing to let Kaede think carefully about this decision for a day plus it would also allowed me to think on how exactly I'm going to help her grow strong.

During the rest of the day as the Nakashima were busy with their daily routine like Isamu's paper work, Hanako's house work and Kaede's homework I was on the rooftop of the house keeping an eye on everything and thinking on how to help Keade if she decides to go through the training.

I have many things I could do to make her strong but I think that somehow awakening her dormant bloodlines would be best since it would make things looks natural, if she were to show off an unknown power it might paint a bigger target on her back and that's not a risk I can take right now.

The question is how to awaken her Oni and Nakiri bloodlines? so as I sat there thinking about this I remembered that I had a Legendary Gatcha Skill Token from the Excalibur quest I haven't used.

So deciding to use it and see if I can get something that could help me with this dilemma I took it out of my inventory and stared at it for a while.

These Gatcha Tokens usually had very good and impressive things in them and I'm sure that most of them were handpicked by Astraea from all over the Multiverse, now that I'm a Dragon God and have become stronger so has Astraea and with that new power she has been able to do more for me.

So I've been looking forward to what I would get out of this Legendary Skill Gatcha Token so without anymore preamble I crushed it.

That's true, my True Dragon Form is massive and can easily hug this entire world which will no doubt caused a lot of panic in both the Mundane world and the Supernatural world but I had considered stop hiding at some point.

Though it does make wonder how the world is going to react to my True Dragon Form *well it doesn't matter much anyways Astraea, I'm sure that eventually I would have been found out but this way it will be on my terms plus I doubt they'll know it's me, all they will see is a massive Dragon capable of eating a whole planet in a bite flying above the sky*.

I chuckled finding Astraea's excitement fun, now that I have the means to help Kaede awaken the dormant powers within her I can also help her grow stronger.

Now all I have to do is wait for tomorrow so she can tell me her answer, I'm sure that even now that she was doing her homework she was thinking about her decision to fully step into the Supernatural world.

I smiled and looked up at the sky but suddenly I felt something dark an evil heading this way which made me looked towards where it was coming from with my Akashic Dragon Eyes activated only to see and inky black glob of dark magic headed towards the house of the Nakashima.

But as soon as it got close I caught it with my hand before it could even touch the home and glare at it "... this thing is a curse... a very dark and evil one at that, what a bunch of bastards".

The glob of inky black magic squirmed in my grasp as if it was trying to escape and head towards the Nakashima household but my Domain over the concept of energy allows me to grab it and keep it within my grasp.

A curse is just negative emotions and desires given power by magic and both negative energy and mana are sources of energy that fall under my Domain, needless to say that this thing isn't going anywhere.

[What a hate filled horrible thing... this curse is filled with the desire to kill and cause harm, this thing would practically insure the Nakashima suffer a lot before dying... just what sort of human would willing do something like this?.]

*Master... what are you going to do with that thing? it's filled with such evil intent that it's practically vibrating in your hand...*.

And it was true this disgusting blob of evil intentions and mana was vibrating in my grasp "out of all the Five Great Principal Clans the Himejima Clan and Shinra Clan are the only one capable of using curses like these... I say we let them reap what they sow but first I'm going to add a few things to this curse before I sent it back".

I grinned as I took control of the curse with my Domain over energy, the inky black orb of mana and evil intent stopped both squirming and vibrating in my hand.

I let go of the curse and it floated up to my face and waited there, I smiled and then pointed my open hand towards it as I added a Confused Ray, a Ghost Type Curse attack, Hex and Toxic into it.

I might not know who sent it but they clearly did so to not only make the Nakashimas suffer but to kill them and that was something I wasn't going to allowed or forgive.

So I'm sending back this curse straight back to its caster or casters and they're about to have a horrible day with what I had added to this horrible piece of work.

As the Inky black orb of magic took in the concepts and effects of the Pokémon attacks I added to it and merged with the curse it changed as well, now the curse looked like a flaming black orb, the flames that engulf the curse brightly flicker with the colors of Ghost and Poison Type energy.

I smiled at the black orb of purple and violet flames and then sent it back where it came from with a wave of my hands "enjoy my little gift bastards and I hope you suffer for it".

I stayed on the rooftop as I watched the orb of malice fly off into the sky and disappeared into the distance I will follow it in a bit but before I do I have to summon some more Pokémon to keep and eye on the Nakashimas for me.

In the Himejima Clan compounds a group of Onmyōji were happily congratulating themselves on a job well done, thirty of the Himejima's best Onmyōji had gathered to create what perhaps was the most vile and powerful curse they had ever created.

They fed it all of their hate and anger on the entire situation they had to deal with, a step that was made easier as it was aimed towards a family of exiles and a half breed.

With this they will guarantee that the Nakiri would not gain power and deal a massive blow towards the fools working as politicians, these ignorant fools just refuse to listen to their warnings about the beasts the Yokai they're helping and supporting really are.

Especially Isamu Nakashima an filthy exile who actually dared to married an Oni of all things and have a half breed, so these Onmyōji were happy to do this to not only prevent another Great Clan from raising into power but to also get rid of an abomination.

But their celebrating was caught short as a black orb engulfed in purple and violet flames suddenly crashed down from the roof and landed in the middle of the ritual room they had used to create the curse.

The Onmyōji stared at the orb in caution, one of the elderly ones frowned as he stared at the orb "that's the curse we just created but... it's different, something changed in it and it has become completely solid... I have never seen such a condense orb of magic before" and it was true.

This elderly Onmyōji had seen a lot of things but even when they sent their curse towards the Nakashima it wasn't this solid in fact it wasn't even visible to the naked eye which made the elderly Onmyōji frown in confusion "but why did it come bac- what!?".

The orb began to pulsate and let out a noise similar to a heartbeat which made then Onmyōji panic and begin to slowly walked away from the orb, only for it to violently explode engulfing the entire room in sickly violet and purple darkness like flames.

The Onmyōji screamed in both horror and panic as they found themselves engulfed in the violent dark energy of their own curse, it was here that all of them began to noticed the effects.

Many Onmyōji began to dropped down to their hands and knees coughing blood and their skin melting from the corrosive energy of the Toxic within the curse, these Onmyōji died suffocated or melted.

Some were hit by the Curse mixed in within the orb of malice, they scream and flailed around in pain as the curse began to attack not only their life force but their very souls, these Onmyōji died letting horror filled screams of pain and they slowly died.

Many other were hit by the Confuse Ray added to the curse which caused a few of the Onmyōji to suddenly begin to attack their allies and friends in a frenzy of rage catching many by surprise.

A few were killed by their allies while other began to defend themselves but this fighting just added to the chaos within the ritual room, it was here the last part added to the malice within the orb activated.

The Hex within orb began to increase in power and energy as many Onmyōji began to succumb to the poison of the Toxic or the confusion caused by the Confuse Ray and began to gain more and more power until it finally exploded violently outwards from the orb engulfing the ritual room in Ghost Type Energy.

The remaining Onmyōji had no way to defend of protect themselves from the massive Ghost Type move and were immediately engulfed in the corrosive energies of the Hex.

They died in horrible pain and the Ghost Type Energy ate at their body and souls however the wards and protections on the walls of the ritual room, couldn't contained the power of the curse and began to fail until the room finally exploded releasing the power of the curse within the Himejima Compounds.

The whole Himejima Clan watched in horror as a giant pillar of Purple and Violet darkness exploded out of one of their Ritual rooms into the sky, that is until the curse began to spread out towards the entire Himejima compound.

Which sent every member of the Himejima Clan member in a panic, many tried to contain the curse with their Onmyōji arts but nothing seems to work and the spread continued.

Many Himejima Onmyōji began to fall to the effects of the Confuse Ray, Curse and Toxic within the pillar of ever growing malice increasing the power of the curse itself thanks to the Hex within it causing its spread to grown even more and faster.

In the main chamber and having a meeting with the Elders of the Himejima Clan about the foolishness that was going with the Five Great Principal Clans stood Suzaku Himejima who was arguing with the Elders about current events "we can not just drag innocent people into the affairs of the Clan! we already have a lot of mundane humans dead because of our actions and this can't go on".

The Elders all listen to Suzaku who is the current head of the Himejima Clan, Suzaku is a young woman of long black hair and red eyes, a slim and voluptuous body, she is a kind hearted and soft spoken woman that right now was not very happy with what was going.

The Elder all frowned at their current head "Lady Suzaku, we understand your concerns and you make excellent points but we cannot have the Nakiri raise in power and take the spot the Hayashi left behind, it would only work against us so you must understand this".

Suzaku shook her head "no, this is all a selfish and greedy endeavor from all of you, we don't need such a seat of power not would affect us in anyway for another Clan to have it... this has gotten out of control already and the fact that you're willing to attack a high member of the government so callously and caused the deaths of many is wrong and if you can't see that then all of you don't deserve you precious seats of power".

The Elder frowned, they really didn't like dealing with the naive Head of the clan but because she's the current Avatar of the Vermillion Bird they had to, still it didn't make them happy having to deal with her, one of the Elders stood up "Lady Suzaku we understand your concerns but this is something that must be do-".

But the Elder was cut off when Suzaku suddenly spoke up "no, this will stop, I won't have the members of my Clan killing innocent humans not involved in the Supernatural and besides Isamu Nakashima is friends with Yasaka the Leader of the Yokai, do you really believe she would just sit there and let you do whatever you want?".

The Elder frowned because Suzaku made a very good point right now but before they could say anything a young Himejima Onmyōji suddenly burst into the meeting room "Lady Suzaku! Elders you have to get out of here now!".

But then the meeting room began to shake causing everyone to panic and run out the meeting room and head towards where the shaking was coming from, only to gape in horror at the massive pillar of Purple and Violet darkness that was reaching high into the sky.

Suzaku's eyes widen in shock and horror "wh-what is that horrid darkness?... such evil and vile thing?".

She turned her head towards the Elders and immediately noticed not only the fear in their eyes but the nervousness as well "what have you done?...".

Suddenly screams of pain began to echo throughout the entire area alerting Suzaku who turned and gasped as she watched th effects of the darkness upon her Clan member.

She watched as some of them began to melt as if someone had dropped acid on them, other began to attacks their friends and family in a frenzy while others dropped to their knees where they howled and wailed in pain.

Suzaku couldn't believe what she was seeing right now, her Clan and family was being devastated right before her eyes, suddenly an Elder took a step back "this... this wasn't supposed to go this way...".

Suzaku turned her had towards the Elder and narrow her red eyes at him "what did you do!".

But the Elder was to busy being horrified what had be fallen the Himejima Clan to answer Suzaku's questions and the Clan head not wanting to waste more time took off running towards the Pillar of darkness, she called forth the power of the Vermillion Bird within her and she became engulfed with divine flames.

She then added her purification powers to the flames and the shot them at the ever growing pillar of darkness in an attempt to stop what was obviously a curse.

She grimaced as she felt the nature of the curse, the hate and malice within it but what disturbed her the most was the fact that this curse was made with Himejima Clan Onmyōji techniques "to think my Clan could create something so disgusting...".

But it wasn't the only thing within the curse no, within the malice layed something else, something obviously very powerful and it carry some very distinctive attributes, a poison, a curse, a light of confusion and ghostly flames that increased the power of the curse.

All of this lead Suzaku to understand one simple fact of this attack on her Clan, someone wanted them to suffer she just didn't know why and as she struggled to purify the darkness and malice in the pillar of darkness she couldn't help but wonder at loud who had done this "...why... would someone do this us?... no... perhaps this is what we deserve after all...".

Suzaku looked down understanding that the Himejima had brought this upon themselves somehow and that left her feeling sad, she had been trying very hard to change the old ways but perhaps all of that hard work was for naught.

But a voice suddenly brought Suzaku out of her thoughts causing her to look up "I'm glad one of you understand the weight of your actions...".

Suzaku's eyes widen in surprise as she watched a young man floating above and in front of her, his purple hair was eye catching but it was his glowing purple eyes that really drew your attention so even more.

The Vermillion Bird within her suddenly began to tremble in fear causing her to falter in her attempts to purify the curse which made her panic as the Pillar of darkness pulsated and then shot outwards a wave of darkness.

Completely afraid of the effects of the curse Suzaku closed her eyes and awaited death only to just hear someone snapped their fingers, the young head of the Himejima Clan cautiously open her eyes only to gape as the pillar of darkness that it was a curse full of malice immediately dissipated before it could reach her.

Suzaku looked up towards the young man floating above her and stared at him as he began to float down and soon he gently landed onto the ground and spoke "that was just a warning to the Himejima Clan, if they dare to try to do anything else against the Nakashimas I'll do far worse than this".

As Suzako heard those soft and strong words come out of the young man in front of her, she couldn't help the shiver of dread that ran through her spine from making her shake "who... who are you...".

The young man in front of her narrowed his eyes at her and the glow in them began to intensify, what she would hear next will forever change her life and that of her clan.
