In the Begining.

The night was ravenous as a storm raged on. Thunder roared throughout the lands, as lightning struck almost never ending. The light illuminating the surrounding area. Trees of many species could be seen in brief seconds of light. A mountain range can be seen in the distance, with signs of snow on its peak. The wildlife of the forest couldn't be seen nor heard as the storm continued.

In the depths of the forest, a small cabin could be seen. it's only a single story tall, made of logs with windows boarded up from the outside. No lights were visible on the inside, Though there didn't seem to be a power source of any kind. No power lines, nor any trace of electricity. The Cabin seemed to sway in the powerful wind, though it remained standing, sturdy and strong.

Inside a baby could be heard crying, scared by the sounds of the wind and roars of thunder. A woman was sitting in a chair by a fireplace, cradling the baby in her arms. There was a fireplace, it long since went out during the storm. The woman could be seen caressing the baby's head, and humming a nice lullaby. An older man was walking through the cabin, from window to window. He seemed to be analyzing the strom, mumbling to himself.

"Hush now my little man." The woman spoke in a soft loving tone while smiling at the child. some moments have passed before the baby looked up at the woman, tears dripping down his cheeks, but he slowly stoped crying. "That's my brave little warrior. This storm is nothing to fear."

The man walking through the cabin stopped when he noticed the baby's crying ceased. He looked over and smirked at the pair by the fireplace. "The storm is slowing, we should be able to relax now." The man had a rough voice, sounding far older than he appeared to be. He had short black hair, emerald green eyes. His face is really soft and doesn't look older than 24.

The woman sitting with her baby looks up at the man, "That's good to hear Dan, maybe we will be able to get some rest soon." She smiled weakly at Dan. Her hair was messy, but long and oddly blue, it hung down her back. She looked even younger than the man, barely 19. She then looked back at her baby and smiles.

"Ally, you should head to bed now, I'll keep an eye on everything." Dan slowly walked over to the pair and caressed Ally's cheek. He slowly bent down and kissed the baby's forehead, before moving to Ally and kissing her lips. They shared a passionate kiss before he stands back up. "Ewww, all i taste is sweat." he begins to laugh after his remark, and gently caressed Ally's cheek again. She snuggles into his hand before getting up and heading towards the bedroom. Before closing the door she takes another look at Dan, "Goodnight my love." she said before closing the door and laying down.

"Goodnight my sweet. Goodnight my Prince." He whispered softly to himself before going back to watching the storm. Less and less rain fell, and less lighting struck. 'What does this all mean? It came so suddenly, and just before he was born. Are the gods angry?' Dan was trying to figure out why a storm came so suddenly. Just earlier that day, there wasn't a single cloud in the sky. It was all calm, even the animals seemed be at peace. But everything changed when ally went into labour, The sky got dark, and rain began to fall. Then came the thunder and lightning. He thought the cabin was gonna be torn from the ground and sweep them all away.

Time seemed to be passing slowly, but as soon as he seen the storm dying down enough, he went into the room as well. He seen Ally and the baby laying in bed and couldn't help but smile. 'We are gonna have to give you a name little man. but we have time.' he climbed in bed as he thought about names. he laughed a little as he thought, due to the storm, Thor would be the best name. He shook his head and slowly went to sleep.

Dan started to dream about a beautiful landscape. It's morning, and the sun is raising over the mountain in the east. He's standing on the edge, facing that mountain range. He looks behind him and he sees a massive forest, trees 20 stories tall. All the marvels he sees around him stuns him. Then he hears a loud roar in the valley below him. "Dragons!?" massive beast are fighting, and there's an army of humans battling. Its definitely a battle, but they are fighting each other, and not just the beasts. "The hell?"

The battle has only two dragons, tens of thousands of soldier, and some other creatures he can't make out. He continues to watch the dragons from his spot, feeling he's safe there.

'This is amazing. I gotta tell Ally.' That thought made everything around him distort, like an invisible wave. That wave stopped the fighting below, that's when the two dragons looked up at him. 'They can't possibly see me'. one of the dragons took flight and flew over to him. In a panic, he fled into the forest, hoping the trees would save him. Loud roars are heard behind him as he runs, and within seconds, trees all around him start to crack. Branches falling all around him, then a large black dragon descends to the ground in front of him.

There's a man riding on the back of the mighty beast. He's wearing a black rode, with a hood over his head, holding a long spear. The dragon just sniffs Dan than sneezes, as its rider looks at him. "You're not suppose to be here yet!" The voice of the man is strange, like it's distorted but not.

"What do you mean?" Dan really didn't know what to do. He can't run fast enough, nor can he fight a dragon.

The rider points his spear at Dan, "It's not time for you to be here, you must go back, NOW!" the rider pulls his hood off, revealing emerald green eyes, and long sandy blonde hair. The one thing Dan knew, the rider was only a boy. No more than 17.

The rider jumps off the mighty dragon and stands in front of Dan, "Go home!" He slams his spear on the ground and Dan wakes up.

Dan wakes up and is breathing heavy. 'What a vivid dream.' He looks over to Ally and sees shes still sleep. He breathes a sigh of relief knowing he didn't wake her, then he noticed the baby is cooing. He peeks over at the baby, still in Ally's arms, once Dan looked over at him, the baby looked back. Dan let out a loud gasp as he looked at his son. 'emerald green eyes!' He doesn't know what his dream is implying, but he had a feeling he's not gonna like it.
