48. Finally a Mage!

The party was in the clearing. They scattered flares around the open field for the choppers to land. They were off in little groups, two to three people per group. Lance was standing off with his summons and Draco, inspecting them all.

While the group awaited the helicopters, they all talked amongst themselves. Lance had sent away all his summons except Draco, only because he currently couldn't. He studied Draco, evaluating its stats and making plans to use it in battle effectively.

"How did you manage to tame it?" Elandra came from behind Lance and started to question him. It's not unusual for Tamers to exist, but she didn't know he had that skill.

Lance looked over to her, "I had a book that taught me how to tame creatures." He spoke the truth, wanting to build their relationship some more. Her favor is really benefitting him. Not only that, but she is seeing him as a companion.
