What do you do when you wake up and find yourself inside the very game you loved? Follow a 'normal' person on his journey, follow him as he tries to survive in the very game he used to love. But when games become reality... what will he do... He knows the true dangers of this world... and how to survive in it... The Game world was a cruel place where even hundred year old NPCs were smart... the players used to lose to those old monsters continuously.... will he survive his journey... or will he just be another spec in the dust of time...
In the end, Alex decided to choose the Soul Mage, this was the class that he had gone through all this trouble to chase after. With that in mind, he burned the small letter, which was the only way in this world one could open the road to becoming a Soul Mage.
Immediately he leveled up his new class as far as it could go.

Alex smirked at this, he had been preparing for this ever since he knew where he was reborn. This world had nightmare levels of terrifying creatures, things that even he didn't know about. So all this time he had to keep up, never let himself lag behind.
Also, he immediately put all of his stat points to intelligence, bringing it up to thirty-three… and that was when his mind exploded. As if a fire was licking his brains, he could feel every nerve in his body, a sense of hypersensitivity hit him.
He felt divine, that five points difference made the previous him feel like a bumbling fool. Alex was hit by thousands of ways he could have moved through this world and even killed Julie when he had been weaker.
So many places he could have taken her and gotten the woman weak enough to kill her, though the combination could have destroyed a part of the Human Continent. To him, it would be a worthy sacrifice.
Alex for the first time was experiencing a metamorphosis, like a caterpillar out of its cocoon… HE CAN NOW FLY!
{Mind Palace}
Can allow someone to access their mind and build on it.
That was the Perk that he got upon reaching thirty in Intelligence. The description didn't explain anything and was very vague, but he knew what it meant.
Especially with his knowledge, he could create a simulation in his brain. Something like a dream state with laws of reality that he could change whenever he wanted. It could even be an exact copy of the real world.
His brain could process things at such a speed that he could even simulate real people's behaviors and build their whole life here. In this place he was God, he knew everything and was all-powerful.
Any being that he created in his Mind Palace would be simulated by his thought process so he could see the person's life and how it would go as soon as he was born, no, even before that.
Also, time was relative in this place, it could go faster or slower if you wanted it.
Camilla had a similar ability to this, and she always has had a fancy for reincarnated human memories, specifically the ones from modern times. She would use this space to create Manga, Anime, and other things from her previous world and read them.
It was a silly thing, but she had lived for thousands of years and that was a long time… especially since she was mentally older since Camilla 'slept' most of the time. Though Alex knew that was just her spending time in her Mind Palace.
He also planned to do something similar, after all, in his Mind Palace, his Mana would be infinite since it was all happening in his mind. This would allow him to research more on Soul Mage spells, players in his last life didn't do research, since to everyone that sounded boring and researching for a new Legendary Spell in a new path of power like the Soul Mage would take at least around 100 years.
Yeah, there was a reason that most high-level Legendary Mages were over a hundred years old. Of course if one had nine Legendary Spells of their class, then they would face no roadblocks. Though they still needed to gather the power to level up, which while for Alex who had the interface it was easy, for normal people it was a tedious job.
Of course, like in everything else, Alex had a shortcut to this. That was why he had been putting every point he could get into intelligence. It was simply the best decision for a Mage to do so. Wisdom was another good one, but it wasn't necessary in most cases, though if he was a Monk, then that would probably be his highest stat.
Alex shook his head to stop his wandering thoughts, his mind was moving too fast. Already he had come up with plans to kill Camilla and he didn't even plan to use those. His mind was like a machine, every factor was calculated, every piece of knowledge inside his mind was woven together to form a most likely possible future. It was more accurate than most Future Reading abilities in this world.
But there was the first mistake, he couldn't turn it off. His mind was at constant high speeds, he wouldn't even be able to handle a normal conversation like this as by the time he spoke he would have assumed over ten thousand scenarios of that person's backstory just from the body language.
He looked at the golden divine energy that was swindling around the room, it was the Dream God who had been observing him all this time.
Alex looked at it, immediately he thought up plans and what this God's backstory could be with the information he had at hand. The first and foremost was that the Dream Mage and God of Dreams were the same people.
It was the story of a mortal who ascended. But why was the Dream God so fixated on this part of the world? In this inheritance of his? Suddenly Alex smirked.
"I see, so you had someone close to you die didn't you? A Soul Mage? You were searching for a method for true revival, aren't you? They weren't talented enough, I see… you loved her didn't you? Sadly for her, you chose to ascend and-"
Fwish!
He didn't get to finish as the God's presence disappeared. This made Alex smirk a little, he had the God on checkmate. Just this reaction told him enough, the God still held emotional wounds from it and it showed just how much he was trying to do.
"Hahaha, he truly got scared from something small as this?" Asked Alex, perplexed (not really) by the situation. "Well then, it seems like I will have to go in hibernation."
[Legendary Spell - Soul Shock] (Lvl Max)
Causes extreme spiritual damage, it is considered unblockable. If the target's soul is weaker than the user's, it causes instant death to the victim. Can be used in a wide range attack, but the damage would be lessened the more targets there are.

A/N: Everyone one of the people in this story have their own agendas and dreams. Even the simple farmers which would be in a background shot, some are very ambitious, some are less ambitious… but in the end, everyone has their own goals, no matter how big or small. The God of Dreams is also the same.

Don't forget to throw some power stones :)
