The Golden room

That night you couldn't sleep. You just couldn't stop thinking about everything that happened that day, from finding out your father only has little over a week to live and watching the doctor slitting his throat at the sight of that mans name to the old man who offered to train you.

'There are so many questions like, why would Murphy not poison the pills and only the mana potion, and why would the doctor kill himself, Also why would he smash the bottle was it just so he could kill himself if so that wouldn't make any sense because there were multiple ways he could have killed himself other then the bottle maybe Murphy had some sort of influence over him...It's not like it matters.'

"I'll just train for these next few days and go kick that guy's ass!"

You plop down on your bed and look up at the star designs on the ceiling you stare for a moment as your heavy eyes begin to drop for what feels like a second.

But when you open them a bright light shoots from your window pierce through your eyes forcing you to quickly shield them from the onslaught.

You blink sporadically as to give your eyes time to adjust without completely blinding yourself. But when they finally do you adjust you open your eyes to see the old man is back and with a big smile on his face he says.

"Good morning, I'm sorry to just appear like this but it's time to start your training. You don't have to worry about getting dressed or eating breakfast it will all be taken care of on the way."

The old man pulls a key out of his pocket that looks just like Mr.green and your fathers.

"Hey, sir where did you get that key."

The old man looks down at the key and smiles "Oh this old thing it's just a key that the sect gives out."

Not satisfied with his answer, you quickly reply.

"Why do they give it out is it just certain people and why is it possible to change the location of where the door originally leads?"

The old man turns the key then opens the door as the same bright light signs through as it did when you and your dad showed you the library.

"I can't answer the first question but for the second one lets just say it's a key that can take you any place you desire using spatial magic created by the machine sect for all the other clans."

That answer only left you with more questions but he was reluctant to answer that one let alone give any detail so you just silently followed him through the gateway.

Though you can't help but feel disappointed first your mom and dad and now the old man you can't help but feel like you kids aren't allowed to know anything about the outside world.

When you step through the door closes behind you and you are in a beautiful golden room filled with books, targets, weapons, armors, pills, and potions, as far as the eye can see.

"What is this place," You ask in awe by the spectacular scene before your eyes.

"This is the place you will be spending your time for the next six or seven months."

Your heart drops when you have these words you can feel the anger bubbling as you shout begin to shout.
