Chapter 1394: Meeting!

"Where am I?" Aakesh mumbled after suddenly finding himself in a dark place when he mentally touched upon the newly added memory.

He tried to look around, but nothing except darkness welcomed him. Aakesh stopped trying and waited. There must be a reason that he was there, so there was no point in wasting time.

After what seemed like a long but brief period of time, tiny but precise rays of light started to pierce the darkness, as Aakesh had anticipated; in no time, the dark had disappeared in its totality, and Aakesh found himself standing on a small island in the middle of an endless water body.

Even though the island was smaller than a dust particle, when compared to the vastness of the water, it was nonetheless a large body. Aakesh couldn't see the end of the island from where he stood, so he decided to walk forward since he had a feeling that something was waiting for him at that end.
