Secret Spot(4)

"How is Canadian football different from American football?" asks Dan.

"The rules are different," says Leo, "so are the size of the field. Many people think of them as completely different sports, to me, I'd say they are similar, but not so different."

"Ok…"

"He looks so confused." Ian turns to Leo and says.

"He does." Leo laughs.

"What position does he play? I mean…Henry?" asks Dan

"He's a linebacker." says Leo, "Great man."

"Why did he move to Canada?" Dan keeps asking.

"About that…" Leo shrugs, "You know, there are only 32 teams in the US. The competition is just crazy. So he decided to go to Canada for more opportunities."

"I see." Dan nods and takes another sip.

"Have you ever been to Canada?" asks Ian.

"No." Dan shakes his head.

"You should go. Toronto is a good place. I've been there twice and even watched a football game over there." says Ian.

"How was it?" asks Dan.

"It was great. You need to go check out Niagara falls. It's outstanding and one of the most beautiful places on earth." Ian smiles.

"That sounds incredible." Dan says, "I will, one day, for sure."

"After that, you can go down and visit New York city. It's also somewhere you should go in your lifetime." says Leo.

"I'm definitely gonna do that." Dan laughs and speaks to Ian and Leo; he's feeling a bit closer to them. Three of them talk about sport and traveling while enjoying their food. Ian and Leo both recommend Dan to visit the USA and Canada one day when he has time.

"Im' telling you, it's worth it. You won't regret." says Leo.

"That's good." Dan smiles.

Hours later, Ian, Leo, and Dan had a good time in the restaurant. After staying in the restaurant for a few hours, Ian looks at the clock and tells the other two it's time to go. John seems to be busy so they decide not to bother him. Ian goes to the washroom before they take off; Leo walks to his car and asks Dan to tell John that they're leaving. Dan nods and goes to John.

Soon, Dan gets into the car after having a quick chat with John. John tells Dan that he has to invite his teammates from the Dreamers next time. He wants to meet those kids who are working hard on chasing their dreams.

They take off. in the car, Ian stares at Dan, "Hey, do you want to join me tomorrow?" and asks.

"What?"

"My training. Do you wanna train with me?"

"Your training?" Dan's curious.

"Yup, I have my own training routine. Do you want to check it out tomorrow? I can show you." Ian says.

Dan replies with a smile. "Of course!" He's surprised and happy that Ian's willing to teach him.

"Great. I will see you at the gym at 7:00 in the morning, we will have two hours before the team meeting. Don't be late. We have a lot of work to do." Ian says.
