AYAN'S POV
After Zaryn and the wives left I returned to Teon's wing to start our lessons for the day.
I hoped for the best for the three of them, Laika especially since she was pregnant.
I was feeling a little embarrassed since Laika had figured out Arsen and I were in a relationship. Was it that obvious? I thought to myself. As I thought about it I remembered Arsen had personally come to save me himself when I was abducted by Zaryn I'm sure that was an obvious sign there was something going on.
I also felt like a bad friend since I hadn't told her. It just didn't feel like the right time to tell her though. Arsen and I were still in the early stages of our relationship not knowing what awaited in the future. I would explain the situation to her properly one day.
