Erasure affinity

Arjun mind was blank of how Flame witch behaving in front of him. In the novel She is very dangerous and fearful individual. Who is very serious and hard to approach.

"Mother please don't cry. I promise will never leave you again " said Arjun to calm her.

"Mother what about traitor who is he?"asked Arjun once she calmed down and back to her previous demeanor of seriousness.

"He is the pastor from our city's church involved in the awakening process for you"

'what?' Arjun was shocked hearing the news as every awakened awake with pastor blessings either people go to him or for big families pastor comes to their houses and stay for few days until there are no problems with awakening.

"Mother can I see him once"

" No way Arjun. You are not going anywhere near that man who tried to kill you" 

Then Arjun used his legendary weapon. By making adorable face and said in a cute voice

" Please Mother" with his sapphire eyes burning like a sun. seeing him plead like that his mother melted like an ice. 

" okay but you are not allowed to go near him. got it"

" okay mother" said Arjun smilingly happily. But inwards he is thinking something .I need do check some things. I hope I am wrong.

Iris and Arjun went to the torture chamber in the mansion which is five mins walk from mother's place. when going there every maid and worker bowed to lady Iris and Arjun.

After five minutes they reached the torture chamber. There is a man opened door seeing mother in front of the chamber. we walked down chamber until where pastor is placed with an anti magic chains attached to him and stripped him up to his underwear. the magic chains work only up to peak A RANK and anyone with B rank strength can break it. 

Pastors who gives blessings only have blessing magic and don't work on their strength. 

After seeing the pastor and a scorpion tattoo on his chest he fears became true. 'Shit I didn't think they would attack this early of the novel'.

"Now you have seen him. so shall we leave ?" asked Iris impatient of taking his son back to the mansion.

"Mother why did he tried to kill me?" Asked hoping that his mother found the reason. Alas his mother told how much we tortured we couldn't obtain the reason. why he tried to kill him and where he came from.

"Mother I want to talk him" said arjun

"No Arjun. I won't let u do that".

"Mother pleaseeee" Said with his pure innocence aura hanging around him.

"O-Okay you have 1 minute that's it" said Iris and left him in the room and went outside.

After Iris went outside the room. The body language of Arjun has took a complete 180 degree turn

"pastor I want to make a deal with you". Said Arjun with cold look on his face. like his previous innocence and cute was all an act. When pastor saw the full scene. He got chill run through his body.

' Am I scared of this kid? No way!'. thought the pastor thinking of all the torture he endured and his mind is playing tricks on him and replied.

"what would an 8years old kid make a deal with me. When the flame witch couldn't get an answer out of me" pastor said in a mocking tone.

'' Twilight" replied Arjun with a single word.

The mocking on the face of the pastor is wiped off and replaced with true fear .He thought of the torture that he received was nothing in front of the word he received and asked in a fearful tone.

"W-What are you taking about . D-Does it meant to ring any bells. I don't know that name" said pastor trying to bluff is way out.

"Okay I am leaving" said Arjun who was about leave. When the pastor asked with full of sweat dripping of him.

" You said you didn't know. So I am leaving and tell mother what I know about that symbol on your heart". replied Arjun and raised his hand to go out.

"W-Wait what is the deal you want to make" asked pastor finally willing to talk.

" I am a kid what can I make a deal with you" said Arjun with same cold look on his face.

" please tell me the deal. I apologize" said pastor like facing a demon in front of him.

" what's reason for you to kill me who doesn't have a fucking blessing to grow and before saying some shitty lies. Let me tell you one thing once twilight knows about that you leaked the information about them. They will hunt your family and make them their slaves think before you answer".

Beads of sweat poured over his face and thought 'He is already a monster with that power and he also knows about twilight even the world association doesn't about it. how' thought pastor.

"It due to your affinity I wanted to kill you at all costs . Has no one told you not to tell your affinity openly to other's" replied pastor.

'Well my previous guy is an idiot and timid kid so he doesn't know the dangers of this world and said it to you. Not me' Arjun cursed in his mind.

"So what's my affinity?" asked Arjun in an annoyance tone. unable to open system for 2 years.

 " Erasure affinity is what you said " replied past with a confusing face.

" so you tried to kill me because I have Erasure affinity?" asked Arjun with cold gaze that is screaming of killing him.

"Y-Yes" replied pastor with one word. Fear of pissing him even more.

" So I told the reason, so please honor our deal" replied Pastor in a pleasing tone.

" okay, so tell the word twilight with your mouth one time and I will not tell anyone about anything" said Arjun without lack of any emotions knowing what happens after that.

"T-Tw" As the pastor was about say the word. After two letters of pronouncing his heart blasted and died at the spot. As there was a magic restriction on his chest. Which does not allow specific information to speak out.

Due to blasting sound Iris who is outside of the room rushed into the room to check if something happened to Arjun and check on him. After not seeing any injury she calmed down a bit. And asked him.

"What happened Arjun?" asked Iris worriedly seeing Arjun shaking in the fear. Which is different from previous demeanor that he showed to pastor.

" I-I don't know what happened. His heart suddenly blasted out when asking about the reason why he tried to kill me" said Arjun in a shaky voice.

Iris seeing the body of pastor and condition of Arjun who was shaking left that place and assigned rankers to find the reason of the death.

On their way to the Mansion Arjun was surprised to know about this affinity and thought why he tried to kill him.

'I don't think anyone in the novel has erasure affinity who played an important role till the end of the plot. Well whatever I will ask mom after reaching her room' 

when they entered the room Arjun didn't ask about his affinity as Iris is a smart lady. She may connect dots and know that Pastor told me something which he shouldn't have. So he thought about asking about her affinity.

"Mother what is your element affinity I also want to become stronger like you even with out any blessings and protect you mother" said Arjun in cute way with his sapphire eyes glowing.

Hearing Arjun talk like that Iris thought how adorable his son is and said in a playful voice.

"Oh! sweety I have fire element affinity and I am very weak with it. So please protect me with your strength from bad boys" said Iris in a sacred manner hugged him and kissed him on the cheek seeing how cute and adorable he was.

Suddenly Iris thought about his element and asked him

"Arjun what is your element affinity. Because of you not having any blessing we forgot about that" said Iris in sad voice. Thinking how Arjun was devastated after learning about not having any Blessings.

Arjun who was waiting for the question since the start of the conversation told about his affinity.

" My affinity is nothing strong neither like you or father's . I haven't heard about it " said Arjun with a sad voice.

"Oh Arjun sweety don't worry even if your affinity is weak don't worry father and I will protect with our lives and never leave you. So tell me" said Iris to encourage him. She sat on the chair in her room and put Arjun in her lap.

" Mother my affinity is Erasure. I know it is not that powerful so I work hard and make you happy mother" Said Arjun in cute voice expecting some Brownie points from her.

When he saw her expression it is anything but far from what was Arjun expecting.

Iris was shocked hearing Arjun's word and her mind was blown of the news her son gave him

"Arjun can you take responsibility for your words" She said in a serious voice. Leaving the playful tone she had before.

Arjun who never saw her so serious with him had a bad premonition brewing in his mind.

" Mother really my affinity is Erasure and what about it" asked Arjun who genuinely didn't about Erasure even though he know all plots of the future.

" Arjun never tell anyone about your affinity and if anyone asks tell about fire which is related to me or water which is Saunders family bloodline." said Iris with a fear on her face 

" I will not tell about your affinity because I also do not know much except your father.

What I know is the person who has Erasure affinity is hunted by demons and other people who doesn't want to give Erasure affinity people time to grow " Said iris in very serious tone.
