The Eye Of The Moon Plan

Erik Saltzman was a young man, a normal student who spent his time studying and playing games. Enjoying his time with his family, annoying his little sister, singing songs and much more. His life was plain and simple but he didn't have any complaints with it. He was happy with what he had. Unfortunately, his simple life came to an end when he died at a young age of 17, courtesy of [Truck Association]. Upon his death, instead of finding peace, his soul was abducted by an Outer-God. The dangerously powerful entity was able to "convince" Erik Saltzman soul about the world being riddled with pain and agony. He asked Erik if he wanted to end this "Cycle of Eternal Damnation". Outer God:- I will grant you strength, to end this all, no more suffering and everyone will be happy. Erik:- What is the price? True Paradise is just a fantasy which can't be achieved no matter what you do. Outer God:- It is true that a thing such as True Paradise can only be dreamt of but what if we change the reality into a dream? After all, everything is possible in a never-ending dream. Erik:- What do you propose? Outer-God:- To create a True Paradise, you must first make the "Impossible" into something "Possible". Erik:- Swapping reality with an everlasting dream..? Outer-God:- The "Eye Of The Moon Plan" Erik:- Madara wasn't able to succeed, and I don't need to tell you about his capabilities. What makes you think that I would succeed in doing something that he couldn't? Outer-God:- Firstly, You aren't affected by Plot-armour and secondly, you don't blindly believe in anything, you're caution and decision making sets you apart the rest. Erik:- Hm...How do you propose to even start this "Plan for Salvation"? Outer-God:- You will be sent to a dream world, [Irregular at Magic High school]. You will need to successfully put everyone in that world into a dream. That world is heading towards its destruction, so begin from there first. Erik:-Irregular world? You do know the danger that infests that world right? Not to mention the broken protagonist and his sister, how am I even supposed to survive there? Outer-God:- That where I come in, I will grant you a few abilities which shall help you in your endeavour. Erik:- Hmm..... Outer-God:- You would ask about your family? How they are? Erik:- Unfortunately, I can no longer affect that world and from my observation, you too can't....otherwise you would have chosen someone with a higher success rate. Outer-God:- On-point observation indeed. Erik:- I can only pray for them to have a happy life and move on. Outer-God:-Indeed... ----------------------------------------------------------- •Cover:-Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint. •Release rate:-4 chapters worth 1000 words per week. Chapter-76 The Final Battle pt-2

——>>>

Even after taking a full power punch from The King, no signs of injuries could be observed on Katsuto's body, his aura was also unaffected.

Everyone including The King couldn't understand what was going on.

Unfortunately, no one saw the amused expression on Erik's face.

——>>>

(Erik POV)

Hm.....this creature is rapidly learning and evolving, it was able to figure out Juumonji's technique after only seeing it once.

Successfully coating its skin with its own Psion to negate the effects of Katsuto's attacks.

Now it knows how to deal with Katsuto's [God of Destruction Mode] without sustaining massive damage.

But now, a few questions arise in the mind after looking at the current situation.

Questions which are required to be addressed for my readers.

Why wasn't "The King" healing?

Why wasn't Katsuto injured at all?

Well, interesting isn't it?

If we go back in the past, at the very beginning.

You may have seen me temporarily cripple Tatsuya by using the ability bestowed to me by [The Outer God].

While surely Tatsuya is a monster in his own right, this creature in front of me is on another level.

A true monster, if I must say.

Fortunately, even a true monster can't fight against [Hollow's Seal], the strongest ability at my disposal.

Using the [Hollow's Seal] to seal The King's healing factor, I was able to prevent him from recovering to full health.

Even if the damage done to him is negligible.

As for Katsuto, I simply looped the time using a much-tamed version of [Time:-Chrono Anastasis].

A spell which has the power to rewind time to a specific moment, altering the spell, I placed a spell on Katsuto's body.

Every time he receives damage, his body would physically revert to the moment when he was at the peak of his power.

Pretty neat right? Unfortunately, it also has flaws like any other thing in the world.

Katsuto can't emotionally forget or revert the pain his body was experiencing.

He was also well aware of what was happening around him even though his body was reverting to his optimal state every time he sustained damage.

Not to mention the biggest flaw of this particular magic!

Limited period of activation time.

Yes, folks! Don't forget the "true" nature of my magic!

The true nature of my magic was "stealing time" from those I target. The time I have stolen is stored away as reserves and I can use that power anytime I desire.

Unfortunately, my reserves also have a limit.

I can't just keep on using such high-level magic forever.

'You better finish this soon, Katsuto....' (Erik)

I turned towards Dr.Eriskiel who was just standing there with a smile on his face.

"Dr.Eriskiel, looking at what you have created. I can't help but wonder, what object have you used as its core?" (Erik)

"Huh? What do you mean?" (Dr.Eriskiel)

"Well, the skin pattern of your creation resembles that of multiple layers of plating, leading me to believe that your creation's skin is its first and final line of defence." (Erik)

"The materials you used for creating its skin seemed to be high-quality Antinite, according to my knowledge, they weight quite a lot." (Erik)

"This leads to me another point, the exoskeleton of your creation must also be very durable yet less flexible, after all, it is enduring the weight of a heavy body." (Erik)

"To support such a body, multiple veins and nerves need to be connected to the same organs, so to provide it with more energy, enough to sustain life." (Erik)

"And to achieve all of this, you must have used a very powerful source of energy, unfortunately, I haven't seen anything remotely as powerful as the hypothetical core of your creation." (Erik)

"So I ask you, what is its core?" (Erik)

——>>>

(Dr.Eriskiel POV)

T-This man i-is a monster!

The hell is going on here!

He was able to gather all that information just after observing The King for a couple of minutes!

He successfully deduced the source of The King's power and even outright questioned the origin of that object!

Of course, no way in hell would I tell him about the core!

Hearing his question, I remembered the origin of my creation's core.

'To create a stable experiment, I needed a powerful core.....'

'[The 7-Kings] had a unique meteoroid rock which siphoned magic like no other object...'

'I was able to steal the unique rock before I had to run for my life...'

——>>>

(Third POV)

While Dr.Eriskiel recounted his experience within his mind, Erik had a smile on his face.

Everything was going according to his plan.

Dr.Eriskiel didn't know was that he just walked into Erik's trap.

For those who have forgotten, Erik has mastered the [Outer-Systematic Magic] he stole from Yotsuba Miya and was using it on Dr.Eriskiel to read the latter's thoughts.

Erik of course knew that Dr.Eriskiel wouldn't tell him about the origin of the core, but he also knew that if he asked him about the origin of the core.

The crazy doctor would surely think about it, and that was just what Erik wanted.

He directly gathered all the information he wanted about the origin of the core from Dr.Eriskiel's thoughts, that too without alerting other magicians.

The thing that made Erik dangerous wasn't his power or status.

No! It was the sheer level of intelligence he displayed when dealing with his enemies.

Throughout all this time, he barely fought anyone yet his intelligence frightens even those regarded as monsters among men.

Erik raised his head to match Dr.Eriskiel's line of sight and spoke with a calm expression.

"I don't think you are willing to tell me anything." (Erik)

"Of course, I understand your reason, after all, we are indeed enemies." (Erik)

"W-What are you saying!?" (Dr.Eriskiel)

"Well, what I mean to say is that..." (Erik)

"Unfortunately,..." (Erik)

"You have outlived your resourcefulness, Dr.Eriskiel." (Erik)

Kchaa!

Splash!

"Arghh-aghr!..?" (Dr.Eriskiel)

Dr.Eriskiel felt his body jerk forward, yet he didn't fall.

His vision blurred for a second as he struggled to maintain eye contact with the young Saltzman.

The latter was standing near Elder Retsu with a calm expression on his face.

His chartreuse phosphorescent held unimaginable indifference.

Dr.Eriskiel could feel something bubble up against his throat, leaving a taste like iron in his mouth.

A couple drops of fresh blood trickled down from the side of his mouth.

He desperately tried to move, but couldn't.

He desperately tried to speak, but he couldn't.

He could feel his body growing cold, heat leaving his body.

He felt tremendous pain, so he looked down. Trying to find the source of his discomfort, only to be terrified after seeing a hand sticking out of his chest.

Dr.Eriskiel barely managed to turn his head sideways, wanting to find the identity of the attacker, only to be shocked once again.

The person standing behind him was the same person who has been standing in front of him.

Erik Saltzman.

Anyone could see that he had pierced Dr.Eriskiel's chest with his right hand without any problem or hesitation.

"W-What!.." (Dr.Eriskiel)

The crazy doctor tried to speak, but the words barely left his mouth.

It was as clear as the day that Dr.Eriskiel was dying.

Unfortunately, he had to pay, for he had sinned, a lot!

"[Convergence-Type:-Purple-Lightning]..." (Erik)

Chiiii!

"Arrgggghhhh!...." (Dr.Eriskiel)

The screaming and the screeching noise intervened to create a disturbing yet oddly satisfying atmosphere.

Erik's hand along with Dr.Eriskiel's body were surrounding by purple coloured lightning, especially the latter since the deadly force flowed through his body.

Dr.Eriskiel screamed loudly as the purple lightning was being injected straight inside his body, causing his eyes to burn and explode into blood mist.

The body frantically wrought about while being electrocuted from inside. Erik didn't stop until he made sure that he had fried everything inside the crazy doctor.

After killing Dr.Eriskiel, Erik simply pulls his right hand out of the dead man's chest and watches as the dead body falls on the ground in front of him.

All this with a calm expression on his face, as if he didn't just kill someone.

He takes out a napkin to clean his glove before looking towards the other "Erik", the one standing beside Elder Retsu.

Others also turned towards the other "Erik" who immediately bursts into a bunch of crows, flying everywhere.
