"I have bigger plans for you now....."
"What do you mean by that!?..."
Hearing Erik's words induced an unsettling feeling into Miya. He had been very clear about killing her from the very beginning of their conversation yet now somehow, he doesn't want to kill her.
No matter how one looked at the situation, they would also find it strange and unsettling.
'What does he plan to do!?....'
Miya's calm expression was replaced with a cautious one, even though she couldn't use her magic anymore, she must also make sure that the individual sitting in front of her can't use her as a weapon against her own clan.
Seeing her cautious expression, Erik let out an amused chuckle.
"You see, at first I was required to kill you to fulfil my task.....but now, you will be the first person who I add into my collection."
"You magic ability is very precious to what I have planned...."
Miya's cautious expression remained unchanged as she processed the words that the masked man had just spoken to her.
'Add me to his collection? What does he mean by that!?.....'
'My Magical ability is indeed unique unfortunately I can no longer use it due to my limited time and health condition....'
'Can it be that he doesn't know that I can't use my ability? I must stall for time! Whatever he has done shouldn't last long!....'
'I doubt that the [Sakura Series] can win against him but I must try my best to deal with him...'
"You don't need to think much, what I meant when I said 'You will be the first puppet in my collection.' was that, I will use a [Ancient Magic] on you and bind your nerve system to my brain..."
"That will allow me to further use another spell used to refine people in puppets, I will transform you into my first puppet....."
"Once you are bound to my brain, I will be able to control your every motion from however far I want to, with just mentally thinking about the action..."

As soon as the words left Erik's mouth, Miya had already jumped out of the bed, running towards the door, trying to reach for her bodyguard who was frozen like a statue just outside the room.
'I doubt I can escape for him! Especially in my condition.....'
'All I can do now is to inform the Yotsuba clan, anyhow....!'
Though Miya's body was already nearly broken, she could still burst into impressive speed for a short interval.
Her decisive actions combined with her unwavering loyalty towards the Yotsuba Clan made her a dangerous individual, even though she couldn't use any magic at the moment and was also completely helpless against Erik.
She reached out towards the doorknob, her outstretched right hand along with her body was suddenly stopped mid-motion, her eyes widened in panic as she tried moving her body.

An extremely high-pitched noise resounded throughout the room, the sound was horribly loud and disturbing, Miya flinched from the noise as her body stopped moving.
The screeching noise, similar to two metal plates being slid over each other, also stopped with her motion.
"W-What the...!?"
Miya couldn't believe it, her body was tightly bound by multiple thin metal wires attached to the different surfaces within the room.

Hearing the sound of steps behind her body, Miya somehow turned her head a bit, towards the left to see what was the masked man doing.
"You like them? I call them [Vibranium Wires], they are extremely durable and extremely sharp, so if I were you, I wouldn't try to move much....."
Erik calmly walked towards his prey and stood in front of her face.
"Resistant is futile, you can't escape neither can you fight me. Surrender to your fate now....."
Saying so, he raised his right hand in front of his other arm, willing the nanotechnology near his right palm to open up, he took off his white glove.
Revealing the pale right palm and his black fingernails, he moved towards Miya, intending to mark her, so to convert her into his first puppet.
Seeing the masked figure come close to her restrained self, Miya tried to move her body, only to be astonished by what she discovered.
'I can't move my body!? No, I can't even feel my body!.....'
'What the hell is going on!....'
Knowing that Miya would surely try to resist becoming Erik's first puppet and may even try to commit suicide to prevent him from gaining information about the Yotsuba family, he had already used another one of his abilities.
'[Hollow's seal]...'

'[Seal Nerve System].....' As soon as Erik chose the 'Nerve System' to be sealed, both he and Miya suddenly froze.

It the dead silence of the world, the sound of glass creaking and breaking resounded throughout the place. The space around Miya twisted and broke, revealing a ghastly figure who held a black lantern by the metal curve within his left palm.
[The Outer God]
The cosmic entity looked towards Miya and raised his lantern towards her.
A ghostly fire emerged around Miya, the fire turned into chains and wrapped around her body, instead of burning her the chains turned into characters which etched itself onto Miya's soul, effectively sealing her nerve system (Body movement only).
"The dream will become the reality!...."
The ghastly entity entered the broken space as space started mending itself back to its original condition.
The time resumed, Erik and Miya regained their ability to perceive the world.
He looked towards Miya as if looking at her soul.
'[Hollow's Eyes]....'
Erik's perception of the world suddenly changed, the coloured suddenly filtered out along with all the details, leaving behind an empty dark land.
He looked at Miya's dark-spots filled soul and clearly saw the glowing symbols all over her soul, a grin appeared onto his face and he deactivated [Hollow's Eyes].
"I already told you, you can't avoid the inevitable, I have already seen your future...you can't run from me."
After saying so, he removed the top portion of Miya shirt and placed his bare palm over her smooth skin, just over her heart.
"[Terpsichora]....."
A terrifying crimson aura emerged out of Erik's body, the abundant was aura filled the whole room before taking the form of a clownesque puppeteer.
"[Collection:-First's Spider]....."
The clownesque puppeteer moved its hands towards Miya who unfortunately couldn't see the terrifying thing hovering behind Erik.
Multiple strings wrapped around her body in an instance, connected to the fingers of the clownesque puppeteer.
'What is happening...!?'
Miya could feel that something was happening to her body, something that terrified her and made her feel sick yet there was nothing she could do other than endure.
'Hmm....I should also heal her soul.'
Erik once again flicked his right-hand finger as multiple wires emerged and wrapped around the various Yotsuba clan members that were hidden within the hospital to protect Miya, along with the [Sakura Series].
'[Hollow's Touch].....'
Erik could absorb vitality with his ability but that wasn't the end of it, while he himself couldn't share his own vitality with others, he could indeed transfer vitality from one person to another.
Here in Miya's case, Erik was going to sacrifice a total of 16-Yotsuba clan members just to heal her soul and strengthen it to increase his first puppet's abilities.
"Congratulations on getting a new chance to live, even though the sacrifices were quite big, the benefits were worth it..."
Erik chuckled as he removed his palm from her heart and held her chin, making her look at him, a black spider tattoo with the number '1' etched within it, had appeared above her heart.
Even Erik had a tattoo of black spider appear on his back with the number '0' etched within it.
"You are now my first puppet, I have fixed you and its time to strengthen you...."
"Once I am finished with you, you will become the perfect puppet....a living, conscious puppet who is completely loyal to me even though you still retain all your memories....."
He let go of her chin, loosened the wires binding her and deactivated his sealing ability.
'Let's test this ability.....'
'Take three steps backwards.....'
Miya's had a vacant expression on her face as she took three steps backwards, she was still in the process of healing thus her mind was preoccupied.
Seeing her follow his commands, a grin appeared onto Erik's face as he waited for the announcement.
