Birth

I spent a week in the room, didn't go out for anything. Since I didn't need to go to the bathroom, I stayed in bed the whole time putting magic into the egg, only getting up to eat the food that appeared on the table.

During this time, I got bored, so I was talking to the egg about my "past." I practically have all of Ayla's memories, so it was good for me to remember my life.

I was talking to him about Ayla's life because I'm afraid of what would happen if one of the 7 heard something about my past life, although I think they wouldn't care since they're only interested in my body.

For a week they didn't come, but 3 big tremors happened, which could only have been one of the 7, after all, shaking this castle is not something anyone can do, even a superior dragon couldn't.

Strangely, I found something strange in my memories. Ayla seemed to be very loved, she was a gentle and attentive princess who liked everyone regardless of social class, and her servants took very good care of her.

Her two siblings, Elaina Lilith Stygian Aurora II and Lion Lilith Stygian Aurora I, got along well with her and spoiled her when they had time, and her mother and father also took good care of her, so you could say she was loved.

"This... doesn't seem right?" I whisper.

Even though it seems that way in her memories, her parents, siblings, and servants always have a somewhat... indifferent look, as if they didn't really care about her. Ayla was too innocent to notice this.

Even when she went for walks with the guards, she never left the family castle, her life was entirely in the castle, almost as if she had been confined to that place.

It was when she met Uriel, a commoner who had invaded the garden at the back of the castle to steal fruit. This shows how the guards didn't really care about Ayla's safety, since they never noticed that she started meeting with Uriel.

"Uriel..."

Uriel is the only one in my memories who really seems to care about me, his gaze is not indifferent like the others, and he doesn't show any false kindness.

"This is very strange... why doesn't Ayla's family care about her, but they take good care of her? And... why is my Authority status so low... I never stopped to think about it, but I'm a princess... shouldn't my authority be greater?"

"There's a lot that's wrong... is this part of the secrets I'm going to uncover in the castle?"

I continue to review these memories to try to discover something, no matter which memory I see them in, they always take good care of Ayla, but they always have an indifferent look towards her.

Uriel continued for a long time to be the only one who really cared about Ayla, until he was chosen as the Hero by the [Blade of Infinity], after which he was always busy killing monsters.

Even so, he always made time to come visit Ayla, although some of my memories are blurred and I can't remember what they are, I know that only Uriel sees Ayla as something precious.

This bracelet I have is in Ayla's 17-year-old memory, it was a gift from Uriel, they are a set that serves both as a communicator and as a way to identify certain things.

For Uriel, it changes color if one of 3 things happens, if Ayla is in Danger, sad, or cursed.

My own only changes color 2 times, if Uriel is communicating or...

"Dead... if Uriel dies, the bracelet turns red..."

"I hope that never happens..." I decide to stop looking at my memories, there's not much different. Ayla spent her whole life in the castle without being able to see the world.

I pick up the [Basic Encyclopedia of Races] to read. Even though I had a week to read it, I ended up not looking at it because I was too focused on the egg.

But now the egg is full of magic, so I'll take this time to read this book. I spend about half an hour reading, although I'd prefer a book on monsters so I can learn more about some of the monsters in the castle, the book was quite interesting.

However, it's just the basics and doesn't even have the weaknesses of each race, it's more like a general introduction to them.

The summary of what was in the book was:

Elves - Graceful beings with a high life expectancy, blessed with excellent magical abilities, with a great affinity for elemental magic.

Dwarves - Robust creatures, usually associated with mining and metalworking, they are small but have a high life expectancy, and have a great affinity for elemental magic.

Dragons - Imposing and powerful creatures, being one of the strongest races, all members of this race have a gigantic life expectancy, having an abnormal affinity for Elemental Magics and a great affinity for Non-Elemental Magic.

Fairies - Magical beings, usually small and winged, have a great affinity for Non-Elemental Magic, generally being solitary and living in isolation, enjoying living in environments rich in natural magic.

Giants - Enormous and powerful beings, often portrayed as guardians of ancient lands. Their monumental sizes do not reflect their high knowledge, being a wise and friendly race.

Vampires - A race considered a plague, they have a stagnant lifespan, not dying of old age, feeding on the blood of other races to gain more strength, they are skilled users of Blood Magic.

Beastkin - Beastkin being a common race, although discriminated against, having many slaves in human countries, their main characteristic is excellent physical abilities, the Beastkin resemble a mixture of human and animal.

Phoenix - Mythical bird that is reborn from its own ashes. An extremely rare species, seen only a few times, they are considered one of the few immortal beings, having an incredible affinity for Abyss Magic.

Sirens - Aquatic creatures that have a half-human, half-fish body. Their blood is highly valued in alchemy, and naturally they have become wary of other races.

Tieflings - Beings with demonic characteristics, such as horns and tails. They are a subspecies of demon with low magical affinity but endowed with great physical abilities.

Kitsune - Foxes that possess magical abilities and can transform into humans. Usually confused with Beastkin, Kitsune are closer to Spirits than the other races.

Ents - Living and intelligent trees, usually protectors of nature. They are a friendly race with a great affinity for natural magic.

Humans - They are a race with a low life expectancy compared to other races, but they have a high reproductive capacity, being the most populous race in the world.

Gods - They are a race with the lowest reproduction rate, being beings that do not age and have incredible magical and physical abilities.

Superior Dragons - A more powerful sub-race of dragons, a mysterious but very powerful race.

Demons - A race with a high life expectancy and incredible magical abilities, but they are naturally malicious and manipulative.

Superior Demon - A more powerful sub-race of Demons, naturally stronger and with incredible magical abilities, surpassing the weaknesses of Demons.

Angels - An angelic race that are descendants of the gods, although they inherited little of the divine, they managed to achieve excellent magical ability.

Golems - They are born in areas with large amounts of magic, when formed naturally, Golems are sentient beings with excellent magical and physical abilities.

Elementals - Beings born from natural magic, but with the form of a single element, having affinity only for the element they were born from.

Dryads - They are a sub-race of Spirits born from natural magic and strong connection with nature.

Spirits - They are born from large amounts of magic in natural areas, being a race that remains hidden from others.

Mutant - Any race can have mutants, although they are very rare, they are aberrations that were born being abnormally powerful, they are usually killed at birth, never having a chance to grow into a walking disaster. Mutants can be born both among the Races and among the Monsters.

Hybrid - They are the combination of two races, they are hated beings, usually being killed as soon as they are seen, depending on which are the races of the parents, when they are not killed, they are treated with contempt or absolute indifference. Hybrids are as rare as Mutants, although being a hybrid does not guarantee any real advantage, they are an extremely difficult race to be born. Monsters can easily have children with other races, but for another race to have a child with a partner of another species is a chance that borders on impossible. That's why they are usually seen as aberrations that shouldn't have been born, this hatred comes mainly from rivalry between the races.

Superior Divinity - A single being considered of this race, which is Aurora, the Goddess of Eternity.

"So Aurora is a unique race..." I think to myself.

"I didn't imagine there would be so many races..."

I don't know if this book has all the races, after all it's just the basics and gives a general introduction, and it doesn't say anything about monsters other than a basic classification of them.

F = They are the lowest class, usually able to be defeated by anyone.

E = They are slightly stronger than F-class monsters, and can be a threat to adults and dangerous for children of some races.

D = These are considerably dangerous monsters that can destroy houses and cause a considerable number of deaths.

C = They are several times stronger than D-rank monsters, and can cause deaths in entire villages.

B = These are monsters that can destroy cities if not stopped.

A = From this class, these monsters are enemies of most races, being able to easily destroy cities.

S = These are monsters that can destroy a country on their own.

SS = These are monsters that have reached a dangerous level for all races, being able to destroy a continent.

SSS = These are threats to all races, being the #1 targets for elimination, easily able to destroy multiple continents.

SSS+ = These are beings that can destroy the entire planet, when this type of monster is born, usually many races join together to try to kill it.

??? = Unknown, monsters too strong to even be ranked.

"What race are the Demon Lords? I don't know that information... if I ask them, would they tell me?" I wonder about the race of the 7, since all but Leviathan have assumed a perfect human form, so I can't distinguish them.

Honestly, the monster ranks don't scare me much, the 7 Demon Lords are more terrifying since they can destroy this continent with a snap of their fingers, so destroying the planet is nothing to them.

"I think the only one who can face the 7 on an equal footing in a fight is Aurora..." Aurora is the only being I know to have as much power as the 7.

"I think I'll take a bath..." Since I arrived in this world, I've never taken a bath, my body is automatically cleaned every 24 hours, and since I spent the last week in the room giving magic to the egg, I haven't been able to take a bath yet.

Sniff Sniff

"My scent is wonderful..." I feel a bit narcissistic saying that, but it's true that my scent is good.

"I think Aetheris will be fine if I just go out for a while." I decided to call my dragon Aetheris, I thought a lot about his name and chose Aetheris, because besides being beautiful, the meaning is the opposite of Leviathan.

I leave the room and go to the bathroom. The bathroom is beautiful with its white walls and marble floor. It has a sink with a faucet and mirror, a toilet, a wall-mounted shower, and a large bathtub with a platform with various types of shampoo and soap.

I finished my bath and put on my dress, although it's still a bit difficult to wear, since I'm not used to it. When I'm about to open the door, I hear a sound.

"Strange... one of the 7 came to my room..." the thought of them being here gives me a shiver. I slowly open the door and step out.

"UUUOOOAAAH, WHAT HAPPENED TO MY ROOM?" The bathroom has great sound insulation, so I didn't hear anything, but...

Something broke my room, my bed is a mess while one of the legs is bitten, the table is upside down, the mirror is broken, and the chair legs have been torn off by a bite.

I see some kind of reptile flying, it's the size of a parrot, its body is black with blue details as it hovers over my room.

"Aetheris... he was born..." my mind reels with the fact that I wasn't here to see it.

"W-Will he not see me as his mother because I wasn't here?... b-but my magical connection with him still exists..." the little dragon notices me and comes flying in my direction.

"W-Wait..." I'm surprised, thinking he'll attack me, but he just hugs me and rubs against my chest affectionately, I'm confused, as he was so aggressive with my room.

That note is to make something clear, Phoenix are not truly immortal, they are just hard to kill.

In this work there are only 2 characters who are absolutely immortal, they are Ayla and Aurora, both are self-sustaining existences, which means that even if the universe is erased, they will still live on.
