Prologue

The world was young, and the land was wild. The first humans had only just begun to carve out a life for themselves, hunting and gathering in a world that was both beautiful and deadly.

Amidst this untamed wilderness, a boy named Kael ran for his life. He was fast, but the hunters were faster, and their spears and knives glittered in the fading light. He had seen them before, these hunters from a rival tribe, and he knew that they would show no mercy.

He sprinted through the trees, his heart pounding in his chest, but he knew it was only a matter of time. The hunters were closing in, their shouts echoing through the forest, and Kael felt a sense of despair wash over him.

He had always known that his life would be short and brutal, but he had never imagined it would end like this. He was just a boy, barely old enough to call himself a man, and yet he was about to die.

But then, just as he was about to be caught, something strange happened. It was a feeling he had experienced before, but never like this. As the world around him faded into darkness, he felt his consciousness slipping away, his memories and soul unraveling from his body.

And then, he was born again.
