Battle Town Part 1

His Atlas beeped and Zane reached for the earring on his ear but he could not feel anything. Oh! He actually forgot that he charged it. He got up and walked to the wireless disk in the living room. He had an incoming transmission, he switched it on and the holographic image of a young man with brown hair and a grin appeared.

"Zane!"

Zane smiled cheerfully, "Jet, Is anything the matter?"

The young man hesitated awkwardly, "Is everything alright?" He asked, there was a little hunk of pink embarrassment in his cheeks. Which made sense, Jet was not the kind to ask those kinds of questions so why was he asking him?

"Peachy!" Zane gave him a thumbs up before he grinned, "Why? Did something happen?"
