"There's a changing room over there if you want to try these clothes." The woman said while pointing at particular rooms.

"Nah, I'll do it later." Kael refused with a smile. The last thing he wants to do right now is to wear the uniform he fell in love with. Currently, his bare body is drenched in sweat and has a foul odor because of his nervousness.

Nodding her head, the woman said as she turned around, "Okay, then, follow me, I need to wrap your clothes."

Propping the blazer on both his arms steadily, Kael starts following her steps compellingly,

...

Coming out of the necessities room, Kael and his roommates are each holding a bag.

"Is there even a piece of clothing in the world that can fit you?" Kael asked Galagar with an appalled face.

"Of course, if not, how come I'm here in the first place?" Galagar replied with a naive face.

"He's trying to ridicule you, but never mind. Your brain is too tiny to even register his insult." Tanaka shook his head and walked past them.

"Huh? What's Tanaka tries to tell, Kael? A friend is supposed to support each other whether in misery or joy, right? A friend is also the one who supports you genuinely because they want to see you succeed."

"Where did you hear that from?" Kael inquired suspiciously because the phrase Galagar spoke didn't match his brain.

"Google."

"Alright, just pretend I didn't ask."

Because the official lessons start tomorrow, Kael and his group had a day free to do anything they want.

"Where should we go?" Kael asked as he stared at the street which seemed to get busier than yesterday. Albeit finding that his family will die in six months if he didn't finish the system quest, Kael knows better than anyone that acting recklessly would only bring him no good. He already did several experiments, such as killing ants, plucking grass, overdoing workout, etc. But none of them seems to work since his EXP didn't increase the slightest. Thus, for temporary, he'd just perform his usual day as a student until he discovers some lead for this matter.

"Dorm."

"Food place!"

Two different replies simultaneously reached Kael's ears. Pinching the space between his eyebrows, Kael responded with a sigh, "We'll go to a cafe."

Before they start refuting, Kael swiftly added, "The cafe I know had edible food and chilling vibes."

Kael was aware that the only stuff that might pique Galagar's interest was food. On the other hand, Tanaka always wants a peaceful place where there is no sun in sight. This morning, Tanaka in fact almost didn't want to get up and skip the ceremony. Were it not for Kael and Galagar's nagging, Tanaka should be still lying on his bed, sleeping peacefully right now.

Hearing no objection, Kael led the way to the cafe he visited yesterday.

Entering the cafe, Kael momentarily startled as he perceives the people present were the double amount of people he saw yesterday. Like before, the cheerful-yet-tired voice belongs to Clara greets him, "Welcom---Eh? Kael?"

"Senior, you still remember me," Kael responded with a smile.

"Of course, ah! What do you think your senior is, an old woman?" Clara giggled before shifting her gaze at the two people standing behind Kael, "Your dormmates?"

"Yup."

"Glad that you are getting along with your dormmates already," Clara said with an unnoticeable grim smile and changed the subject before Kael inquire further, "You're quite lucky as we only had one table left."

Walking behind her, Kael stared at the hubbub surrounding where various chatters enter his ears, "Is there any particular reason behind all of this? I mean, yesterday wasn't as hectic as today."

"Didn't you know the holiday will end today?" Clara tilted her head slightly and answered.

Kael took a brief time in processing her words into his mind before coming to enlightenment, 'So, that's the reason.'

As the holiday comes to an end, a new season for students has bloomed. While the third-year senior students had to bid their farewells to the school, a batch of young freshmen would replace the old one thus. A new semester may then start afterwards.

Just as he pulled a chair for himself, the door bell's start ringing, indicating that someone has entered the cafe, followed by a sinister-teasing woman's voice, "Clara Darling~"

He immediately sensed Clara's body ahead of him stiffened. Her face becomes pale as white as a sheet of paper. Her pupils are shrinking in emotions Kael couldn't grasp. Her slender-fingers, which were initially positioned at the top of the note, promptly went down and clutched tightly at the hem of her skirt.

Seeing her state, Kael curiously lifted his head a little and saw a woman with curly blonde-hair standing in front of the door. Despite having a plain face, she got herself beautiful slender-legs that manage to catch the majority of males' attention.

As she spotted Clara, a smirk instantly played on her face, "I missed you, Clara darling~"

Before Kael could understand what's going on, he saw the same woman throw her body toward Clara and hugged her tightly.

Simultaneously, Clara, who got embraced, widened her eyes and was at a loss for words. She was about to return the embrace when he heard the woman whisper, "I can't wait to play with you again."

Clara immediately feels her stomach churned painfully in remembrance of what she refers to.
