2 First Encounter

"Um, I tripped and fell into it. I'm Kai Reid. I remember nothing about this place I've lost my memories about how I came here or what I'm doing here. I can't give you an explanation."

She smiled at me and told me it's okay if I don't know this place, I can come along if I want to...

The girl didn't even ask a single question about me. She acted as she already knew what happened to me and stuff. She seemed kind and shy to me. I followed her as she asked me to come along. I was feeling the warmth that was coming from her.

"Are you hurt anywhere? The ponds around this area are not safe. Various monsters and creepy creatures are lurking around, so try not to get in there."

"Ah, no, I'm alright, thank you for aiding me, may I ask you something?"

"Yeah, go on."

"What's your name? And why are you helping me?"

"Well, I'm Skyler I would be around your age, to be precise I'm helping you just because, It is a nymp— no, I mean I did it out of Habit, that's all.

As we talked, we came across a rundown building, "Alright, go and clean, we've arrived at the Skyler mansion," she told this with a proud face.

"Yeah! I need to wash. I stink as I came right out of a sewer! But I think it'll be better to wash in a bathroom or a lake or something. Cleaning myself in this wrecked building like this might make me stink more, don't you think so?"

I nodded at her, but as my eyes met with hers, the thing I experienced was disastrous. I felt the rage and wrath coming out of her as she'll devour me raw for the sin I just committed against the Skyler mansion.

"Wait a min, did you just say Skyler mansion! Is this your house?" I was scared of her. I realized the sins I committed against Skyler's mansion were grave, and now I only hoped for her forgiveness.

"Uhh!! Um sorry, this house is great.''

"Why does it feel like you made fun of my mansion?" She said this while giving a death stare to me.

"Skyler, I'm sorry—

But it was too late...

She Landed a god punch on my handsome face.

"Mhm, now I feel good" She took a breath of relief after destroying me.

She was not a shy and kind girl; she was a spawn of a devil!!!

"Please tell me the way to the bathroom, please," I asked her, as I was now grounded after being defeated in a one-sided battle.

I crawled my way out to the bathroom after being heavily wounded; I removed my top before entering the bathroom and when I was just about to enter; she stopped me with a confused look on her face.

"Oii! Wait! What are those marks on your nape? Did any leech get to stick to your body when you fell into the pond?"

"Mark, what mark" I tried to look at my back while asking about it

"The one on your nape," she located the mark by aiming a finger at my nape.

"Hah, what's this mark it was not here before. Where does it come from!" I shouted with a confused tone.

"It's not a leech's mark, it's something else it looks like a snake, with his mouth open," she pointed out the mark at my nape in a doubtful tone.

"I don't know where it came from or what it means—"

"Go take a bath, don't bother yourself too much maybe it's just me thinking too much," she interrupted me as I spoke.

The pond I tripped into was really stinky, that even after washing myself with soap, I was still giving out an unpleasant odor. After washing for a while, I got out of the bathroom. Skyler threw a piece of rag similar to her at me.

"Wear these I don't have any man's clothing, so use this." She said while looking in different direction as she did not want to show that she's being nice.

"Thanks, anyway I never expected that I would get a luxury suite,"

"mhm, alright—"

"Please let me stay at your place I'm homeless, and I don't have anywhere else to go. I'll handle all your chores. You can use me as a slave with just a roof and a small plate of food." I began to beg her. I kneeled and joined both of my hands to show I was desperate. I went the lower I could because I knew being proud and hero never helps in real life and that all just happens in films.

"I can't let you live here! I don't even know you." She replied while furrowing her eyebrows.

"Please, let me I'll be your slave I don't even need food too," I tried all I could to get her approval I even clung to her, I even tried to manipulate her by crying out loud.

"Mmh... Alright, alright get the fuck off me first, but try not to do something funny."

"Aye Aye, captain," I shouted with a faithful smile.

Few weeks passed on while I worked at the so-called Skyler mansion. Meanwhile, Skyler and I formed a good bond as friends. We formed a relationship with each other like roommates, but one day I felt I was just letting my life waste in this new bizarre world and I decided to ask Skyler about something...

"Hey, Skyler got a minute,"

"Yeah, I just got here from work. Bring a glass of water and then we'll talk," she ordered me as I worked for her now.

"Here's your glass of water, ready as always. May I ask you a few questions about this place?" I asked my question while holding the glass of water.

"That's fine, go on."

"So, my first question is what is this place and what is this world all about, you may think I'm weird, but I'm not from this world I got here somehow."

After listening to me, she took a breath and gave me a look. The way she took it was too much unexpected. She should've acted crazy, but she didn't...

"Hmm, I understand what you mean. I've been into one of these accidents once. I got teleported to some weird place too so I believe you," she replied with a pleasant smile.

I freaked out as she told me that she's been into one of these accidents too. I instantly shot another one of my questions at her.

"How did it happen! Tell me?"

But She turned my excitement into dust by telling me she doesn't know how it happened.

"Back to your main question about this world. That's a big question, but I'll sort it out for you, so this world is called "Witldom" it's divided into many continents likes Devsplid, Redbotn, Kineldy and few others don't be surprised these continents have different kinds of beings like humans, devils, monsters, vampires, werewolves, etc. I guess it's better not to mess with them if you don't have a death wish"

"The what, this world is crawling with such things how am I going to survive?" I was shocked and my happy face turned into a crybaby one.

"C'mon you'll be alright you'll learn."

This world is a bit too much to live in I can't survive in here I won't survive I'm not a big brute or not a shape-shifting creature. I need to find that door to get back into my world I should leave this place as soon as possible. I need to find the door, I talked to myself while lying on my bed.

"Good morning, Kai,"

"Huh, you're going somewhere?"

"Yes, I feel I shouldn't bother you anymore. Thank you for taking care of me all these days I'll get on my way."

"Hey! You can't leave like this."

"Try not to miss me too mu—

"Who's going to do the chores of the house from now, huh?"

"Hawwww... do it yourself from now!!"

I ran out of the building with all my stuff packed while Skyler shouted, "get back here you son of a bitch"

I ran for a while and found myself in a small town, where I saw demi-humans roaming here and there, I entered a pub where I stayed till the night.

"Maybe, living in a fantasy world isn't that bad." I moaned while being drunk sleep.

The moment I opened my eyes, I found myself tied to a tree; it was all dark around me. I could not see anything, but somehow, I was able to sense heat signatures coming from meters from me, as I was trying to figure out what was happening around me. I caught heat signatures of a womanly figure and scent of two of Human-Beast bodies.

I didn't know how I was sensing heat signatures or how I saw the things ahead of me just by scent. But the least I knew was that I was in a fucked-up situation right now.

The people of whom signatures I was catching were approaching me, but they stopped in the middle of the way and talked for a while again. But now I could hear what they were talking about.

"We just need his livers and eyeballs, that's all it's the least reward we are asking for getting him here,"

"Don't worry, I can at least leave that for you since you've done such nice work for me," a womanly voice spoke.

"You two should get back, or you'll ruin this beautiful night I'm about to live to my fullest with this young man."

The women approached me; she had long beautiful hair with a glittery dim glow coming out of her; she had wings like a Tinkerbell, but they were cut off.

"How are you, is it too tight, should I free you?" asked the women

"Yeah, that'd be so nice of you if you untied me. But why am I here can you tell me that?" I terrifyingly asked her.

"Oh, boy you don't know me? I'm the pretty fairy who saved you from those filthy Demi's, I've just come to free you."

FREE FROM THIS LIFE!

The big, sharp canine teeth of the fairy came out from the enormous jaw of hers. The beautiful fairy was turning into an awful creature which would change the whole fairy tales about fairies.

Her green eyes turned white. She screeched as a beast.

She jumped at me with full force and pierced my lower abdomen with her enormous claws; she bit me in different parts, but when she bit me on the shoulder with her sharp teeth pieces through my collarbone, it was so horrible that I screamed in indescribable pain...

"AHHH! Get off me AHHHH get off me bitch" My eyes were flooded with tears, I was in immense pain.

In a bat of an eye, when the drop of blood and tear touched the ground, several viper snakes creeped out of nowhere hissing in anger they covered me around themselves as a five-headed snake, and in between this a giant python came out throwing the ground apart. he struck the fairy with the deadly fangs of his...

"Get off me!! Get off my fucking face AHHHH!!!!! " the fairy screamed in tremendous pain as she tried to get the snake off her.

When the python ripped her face out of her body, she cried in an ear-splitting voice.

My vision was getting blurry, and I was about to faint. My mind stopped working at the moment. The last thing I saw was fifty snakes wrapping me around in their bodies.

"Are you alright? Is it hurting?"

I heard a buzzing voice of a woman asking me about something. My vision was getting clear slowly. The woman was wearing an old rag she was coming close to me; she was pretty. Pretty as a goddess. She sat on the bed I was lying on...

"Who are you? Long hair? Pretty face? Huh! I asked the woman who sat on my bed, but I failed to recognize her and took her for someone else.

"FAIRY! FAIRY! You're the fairy get away from me! Get away from me! " I screamed in fear as I thought the woman was the fairy who tried to kill me earlier.

"Kai! It's me, I'm Skyler, I'm not a fairy. It's okay, I'm here, nobody's going to hurt you it's okay."

The woman I thought was a fairy turned out to be Skyler. She hugged and comforted me "it's okay, I will keep you safe."

She placed her palm on my forehead and told me to rest for now. I fell asleep as she lifted her hand.

I was again in an unfamiliar place. I didn't know where I was, but I understood that I was in a dream.

"where I'm I this time? I've never been here,"

I found myself in a vast area with beautiful white ground and sky mixed together; it was a pretty space. I wandered around for a minute or two and founds an object in front of me.

"What's that it looks familiar, huh, let me get a close look at it "a door, huh"

''A door!"

DOOR! DOOR! It's the door that teleported me here what's it doing in my dream"

"So, you were seeking me, may I know why?" a heavenly beautiful voice of a woman asked me.

"Why? You ask me why? You teleported me into a world where I was almost dead as I got here. I never wanted to be in here you got me here without my permission," I yelled at the voice.

"Hey! Because of you I've to do so much work, you're the one who got yourself here it's not my fault. It was you who opened and connected three worlds." The voice yelled back at me.

"I don't want to hear your bullshit! Come down here right now it's creepy to talk to a voice."

Suddenly, A gust of light got collected in a centered space and a boom of light blinded my eyes, the moment I opened my eyes, a beautiful woman dressed in a black gown dress with long pitch-black hair, pale white skin, beautiful crimson red eyes appeared in front of him.

"Who are you? Don't tell me you're the door!"

"I'm Ecirel, The Great Gatekeeper of Realms,"

"I have little time on me, so I'll answer 1 question of yours,"

"One question! That's bulls— I should mind my language, okay. One question! So here it is, how can I go back home?"

"Home, sorry you can't go back home now,"

"Why!"

"The seal dividing the realms has been broken because 3 worlds collided together because of you and the seal couldn't endure that amount of exothermic energy released during the collision of the realms, so it got broken down and now the door isn't working. And since this collision, the balance between the realms is disturbed, that is causing millions of other worlds to collide for a certain amount of time in that time both the colliding world gets mixed into one another.

"Oh, so that it is. You know what I don't understand a single word of what you're talking about!".

"You'll understand, by time and yeah, don't go searching me in the wild. You can summon me in your dreams," Ecirel told me while being devoured in a storm of flower petals...

In a moment, I also got covered with lights. Ecirel smiled and vanished in front of me. After that, my vision got blurry and dim. In the blink of an eye, I was awake in my bed.

"Ah, you're awake. Are you okay? It's been a week since you fell asleep. I was worried sick," Skyler said with a tensed face.

I stared at the roof for a minute and sat on my bed. I looked at Skyler and smiled.

"Thanks for caring for me, and thanks for worrying about me."

"Worried about you? Stop daydreaming I was worried about my bed. I don't want to lie on a bed someone died on you, dummy," she spoke in a blushy tone.

"That was mean,"

She walked out of the room after asking me to wash up; she asked me to get to the breakfast table as well.

"The breakfast is outstanding I never knew you're that good at cooking, " I spoke with food in his mouth

"Hey, Skyler, I've got a question? How did I end up here?" I asked, while munching food in my mouth.

"That's what I should ask about how did you get in that position?"

"Don't you remember, yourself? Anyway."

"It was midnight. There was a knock at my door, but when I opened the door, no one was there who could knock, then I saw you, blood-soaked covered in snake's scales as it was tied to stop the bleeding."

"Well, now it's your turn. What the hell happened to you?"

"Hmm, when I ran from here I stopped by a café where I drank a bit with the lost money I found behind the bed while cleaning, then I passed out while drinking a jar of rum, next thing I saw was I was tied to a tree while 3 people were talking about something and then one of them came to me, it was a wingless fairy who tried to eat me but as she attacked, five-six vipers covered me to protect me while a python attacked and murdered the fairy, the snakes wrapped me while I was fainting. Then I woke up at your place. That's all."

"That's interesting maybe it's related to the snake mark at your nape. I guess the snakes brought you here."

I stood up at the breakfast table and walked toward Skyler and hugged her, Thanks again for taking care of me"
