"How's that possible?! Volan is dead? But who killed him?" Terasia was shocked.
"I don't know," said the guard nervously.
"That's weird, who would want to kill Volan?" said Taros curiously, who happened to be a good friend of Volan Barius. Taros is also one of the ten S-Rank members in the Crimson Tiger Guild.
Although Taros appeared to be calm on the outside, but everyone knows that he's obviously not happy after knowing that his best friend was killed by someone.
"Hmm, don't tell me it's the Blood Moon Guild?" said another S-Ranker in the guild throne room.
Everyone in this city knows that the Blood Moon and the Crimson Tiger Guild doesn't get along well with each other. So when everyone in the throne room heard that Volan was killed by someone, they immediately suspected that it has got to be the Blood Moon Guild doing.
Terasia then looked at the guard and said:
"Did Volan told you guys where he was going before he leaves here?"
"No idea, he just left without a word,"
"And when did he left the guild?" said Terasia to the guard again.
"About two to three weeks ago, I'm not sure the exact time," replied the guard.
"Hmm, this is going to be hard...." said Terasia while stroking her chin.
"Terasia-sama, do you think the Blood Moon Guild is involved with Volan's death?" said Taros with an angry look on his eyes as he despised the Blood Moon Guild a lot.
"Maybe, but we should still do some investigation on our part first before we do anything stupid," said Terasia.
Terasia knew Taros is a bad-tempered guy, so she didn't want him to recklessly offend the Blood Moon Guild and bring more trouble later.
As much as Terasia doesn't like the Blood Moon Guild, but she still hopes it's not the case because dealing with the Blood Moon Guild is going to be very difficult. Since after all, the Blood Moon Guild is also one of the top 5 guilds in Azurion City.
In fact, the Blood Moon Guild is slightly stronger than the Crimson Tiger Guild as their guild is Rank 4, while the Crimson Tiger Guild is Rank 5. Meaning that the Blood Moon Guild is one rank higher than the Crimson Tiger Guild in Azurion City.
"Taros, I know you're angry that your best friend was killed by someone, but please don't do anything yet. For now, I want you and Sarona to go investigate more about this matter first and report to me if you managed to find anything,"
Although Taros is furious and wanted to confront the Blood Moon Guild, but he understands that is not a wise thing to do. So for now, he's willing to listen to his guild master and do some investigation first, rather than assuming things without any evidence.
"No problem! Leave this to me Terasia-sama," said Taros determinedly.
"Alright, good and Sarona you can follow Taros and help him if anything happens," said Terasia.
"Yes! Terasia-sama I will," said Sarona respectfully.
The reason why Terasia wanted Sarona to accompany Taros is because Taros always cause problems whenever he's angry. So Sarona's job is to make sure that Taros don't cause any more problems that will affect the guild in the future.
After that, Sarona and Taros then left the guild throne room and begin their investigation on Volan Barius's death.
"Sigh... why did this have to happen now of all time," said Terasia worriedly.
In general, it's very hard for guilds to recruit any S-Rank Adventurers because the number of S-Rankers in the BlueStar Kingdom is very small. And even if they did manage to find one, it would be very hard to convince them to join since most S-Rankers in general are very picky and demanding.
"Don't worry Terasia-sama, we just need to find another S-Rank Adventurer to join our guild. Although it's going to be hard to find one, but there's still hope so don't give up," said Tae Won as he's trying to comfort her.
Tae Won is also another S-Rank member in the guild and his power is not much lower as compared to Terasia. Some said that Tae Won might even be stronger than Terasia, but Tae Won is a righteous person, thus he wasn't greedy to compete with Terasia for the guild master seat.
"You're right, we shouldn't give up so easily," said Terasia gratefully.
The truth is, Terasia only became a guild master for this guild not too long ago. To be exact, she only became a guild master for two years, but before that, it was her father the one who's in charge of the guild.
Unfortunately, Terasia's father died two years ago while doing a very dangerous quest. It is unknown how Terasia's father died, but some say that someone killed him, while some say her father was reckless, and thus he was killed by some powerful monsters/beast while doing his mission.
However, Terasia knows that her father is not someone who is reckless, so instead, she believed that someone must have plotted on her father in order to kill him. Unfortunately, even after 2 years of investigating, Terasia still couldn't find out who the culprit is.
Although Terasia couldn't find any evidence on who killed her father, but she has a hunch that it has something to do with the Royal Family. Since after all, it was them the one who assigned her father to go to the "Eternal Abyss Dungeon," one of the five most dangerous dungeons in this continent.
The current continent that Prime is in right now is called the "Sapphire Star Continent," and this continent is located in the western part of ExionSaga Planet.
They are 4 Continents in this world and they are by the lists:
1. Sapphire Star Continent - Located in the Western part of ExionSaga Planet.
2. Flower Ice Continent - Located in the Northern part of ExionSaga Planet.
3. Tree Sword Continent - Located in the Southern part of ExionSaga Planet.
4. Azure Dragon Continent - Located at the far East of ExionSaga Planet.
Unlike the Sapphire Star and the Flower Ice Continents, they are pretty close to each other. But for the Azure Dragon and the Tree Sword continents, they are extremely far away from the other continents and one must cross the great oceans or "Sea Of Death," to get there.
Although the Sapphire Star and the Flower Ice Continents are close by, but they still have to cross the sea to reach one another. However, the distance between them is not very far, probably a few months or years to get there depending on what transportation vehicle one uses.
Of course, using a Skyship will be faster to reach one destination, but it would be more expensive to ride one as compared to a sea ship or a boat for transportation.
However, for the Tree Sword and the Azure Dragon continents, it would be another story because they will have to cross the Sea Of Death to get there.
The reason why it's called the Sea Of Death, is because the Sea Of Death has a lot of powerful sea monsters living in the depth of the oceans, and some of the sea monsters even exceeded the level of 1000. Which is S-Rank and above or higher.
Of course, the sea monsters aren't the only ones getting in the way, but also other strange phenomena that causes one to lose their power. Meaning that, whenever someone tries to cross the Sea Of Death, their level will be decreased to level 1 and become mere mortals.
Due to all that reason, that's why no one dares to go to the Azure Dragon continent or the Tree Sword continent as you will only be seeking death if you try.
Of course, they are sea monsters too in the ocean between the Sapphire Star continent and the Flower Ice continent, but the sea monsters there aren't as strong as the one from the Sea Of Death. Which is why many people don't mind traveling to the Flower Ice continent as it is safer.
While everyone is waiting for the skyship to come closer, Prime then disappeared from his location and appeared right next to Nara. Of course, he makes sure that no one notices him when he disappeared.
After that, Nara and Prime began to discuss how they can escape Tedora island to Azurion City safely. Because according to Nara, she found out that the entire Tedora island is covered by a magic barrier set up by Buro's group, so if they want to leave, then they will have to deal with the magic barrier first.
Without delay, Prime told Nara not to worry as he will take care of the magic barrier. Although Prime doesn't mind fighting with Buro's group, but at the moment, he doesn't want to stand out too much because he still has to be wary of the Crimson Tiger Guild looking for him.
Without waiting, Prime told Nara to wait here as he went outside to search for the magic barrier to break it. Considering how fast he is, it didn't take him long before he sensed where the magic barrier is and destroyed it.
After destroying the magic barrier set by Buro's group, he then quickly return back to where Nara is and together they board the skyship to Azurion City. Although Nara is not permitted to enter the skyship, but considering how high her level is, so it wasn't a problem for her to sneak in without anyone noticing.
Of course, when Prime destroyed the magic barrier, it immediately alerts Buro's group to hunt for Nara. But unfortunately, no matter how hard they try to search for Nara, they just can't find her.
At this point, Prime and Nara already left Tedora island and is now currently on their way to Azurion City. Of course, despite being about 1000 meters away from Tedora island, Nara still never hesitate to suppress her aura in order to make sure that Buro's group don't sense her while she's escaping.
