Tell Her Mother What Happened
Su Ruan rummaged through her luggage and finally found the skin care product that she had bought for her mother. She handed the paper bag to her mother and watched as her mother looked into the bag.
Su Ruan smiled brightly when her mother seemed to like the gift she bought.
"This is expensive and you bought a lot of gifts for others as well," Ma Zheng Zheng sighed.
"Mom, don't worry about this. I still have money. Didn't I tell you that I have been working as a freelancer? Besides, you won't get the special treatment from me every day."
Ma Zheng Zheng smiled. She thanked her daughter and placed the paper bag at the side.
Noticing the strange way her mother was staring at her, Su Ruan could guess that her mother had something she wanted to talk about.
"I was quite surprised when I saw Long Fei and his mother earlier," Ma Zheng Zheng spoke. "He already brought you to see his elders?"
