Valentine's Day. It has no meaning. It's been over a month since I've written in here, since that day. The day I went back. It was a test.
Him knew about my past relationships. Him knew everything. Him had to. Him knew Chris would be there. Him was testing me. Him thought I stayed in the car, never knew I got out, never knew I talked to Chris, never knew I chose to go back to where I was safe. Where I had worth. Him rewarded me. Made me one of them.
Today Him brought in my first 'pleasure.' That's what they're called. I could do whatever I wanted; whatever Him told me I wanted. Him gave me a knife. A big knife. A silver knife stained crimson. The same blade Ryan made me use many times before.
Him brought me into a room, and left. In the room was a girl. My age. She was scared. She was pretty. She had long blonde hair. Honey colored eyes. I recognised her. From that day. The day I saw Chris. The day he betrayed me. The day he replaced me.
She recognised me. The girl who had been missing for two years. The girl that showed up in the parking lot. A ghost from the past. A girl who existed for a flicker for a second. A girl Chris referred to as "Harper."
She remembered that. She didn't realize why I was there. "Harper! Oh God! I'm so happy you're here. Please, you have to help me out. Some strange men brought me here."
Pshhh, she thought I came to help her. She thought I was her guardian angel here for the rescue. "I'm not Harper. I'm You." I raised the knife.
