Spending Time with Family

Glancing at the new face, Lu Xueyun subconsciously heightened her guard against them. Never showing any expression on her tiny face makes her unreadable. Knowing exactly what running on inside his daughter tiny head, Lu Hongxuan raised his right hand and patted her slightly on the head.

"Xiao Xue, it's alright. They won't hurt you, they are daddy's family and your family too." his heart clench as he saw how his daughter behaved. He couldn't give her daughter a peace of mind. She's always on her guard every single time.

The family of five could only grit their teeth in anger. Calming herself down, Mo Yinqing smiled from the bottom of her heart as she introduces herself.

After making the child comfortable, Mo Yinqing brought her one and only granddaughter out the mansion and went shopping along with Lu Lunyi and some of their bodyguard in case something happened.

Meanwhile, the remaining people went to the basement. Underground, a woman silhouette could be seen sitting on the floor with her hair covering her face. She looks very miserable in her current state.

Feeling a presence nearby, the woman finally raised her head. She looked directly toward Lu Hongxuan, hope flashed across her bland dirty face. Being way too focused on him, she failed to realize another person standing beside him.

"Honey, please help me. I was framed, it wasn't me! I would have never hurt our daughter. Please believe me, honey." she screamed as she rushes toward the iron bars. This man has always believed every words she said, this time would be the same she thought inwardly.

Everyone was shocked at how shameless this woman is, didn't she know what kind of situation she's currently in? What a big gut she has!

"Open the door." with an emotionless face, Lu Hongxuan commanded one of the guard. A smirk revealed on the woman face, victory is on my side she thought inwardly.

The moment she got out, she ran toward the man hoping that he would caught her in his toned arms. That imaginations of her makes her smile even more but before she could grasp that man firm hands, a strong impact landed on her right cheek throwing her of her balance as she fell hard on the floor.

Feeling humiliated, she threw a sharp gaze toward the person whom dared to slap her. "How dare a filthy things like you land your hands against me. Honey, look at her, she dared to slap me even you never land a hand on me."

Ignoring her antics, Lu Yunxi grabbed her by the hair and dragged her toward the interrogation room. She completely unfazed with the woman trashing and screaming as she kept dragging her by the hair.

Bald spot appeared on her head as the result of her squirming around, not that Yunxi cares though. Satisfied with her handwork, Yunxi threw the remaining hair on her fingers.

"I never knew your taste was this bad brother." Yunxi mocked her brother which he shrugged uninterested. "Baby liked her." he retorted.

"Oh hoo... such an ungrateful person. You eat more than you can swallow." A malicious looks plastered on her enchanting face making her looks terrifying.

"How should I kill you? Should I just skinned you alive? Or... just feed you to the fish? Look, that fish over there." she said gesturing toward her right. A tank of hungry piranha were currently swimming around.

"You can't kill me! If you kill me, that person would hunt you people for life." she screamed hysterically. After she finished talking, Yunxi gripped her jaws tight. " Let us have a long talk." she said viciously.

On the other side of the city, Mo Yinqing carried her granddaughter proudly in her arms. They spent their time buying stuff for little snow as it's been a long time since they had a kid back home.

Sometimes they would rest somewhere in order to not put too much strain on the child. This is the first time, Lu Xueyun had so many fun. She's excited to see thing that she'd never seen before.

They went to buy clothes, eat a lot of tasty food and they even went to see the animals store. Smiles never left her lips ever since they left the house. "Sweetheart, is there anything you wanted to buy?" Mo Yinqing asked.

Lu Xueyun eyes sparkled at the question, she hurriedly nod her head. "A collar! For the puppies!" she exclaimed happily.

Both mother and son was bewildered as they look at each others. Puppies? Did the eldest bought puppies? Wasn't he extremely allergic with dogs? Then where did this dogs came from?

In the midst of their bewilderment, Xueyun was busy looking for a collar inside the store. "Did your daddy bought you a puppies?" Mo Yinqing couldn't help but ask.

Lu Xueyun shake her head slightly. "It's daddy's puppies, it's thiiisss big." she said extending her small arms as wide as she could even her feet stands on her tiptoes. The eldest puppies? Don't tell me 'that' puppies?

" It's the wolves, madam." Jinan confirm their suspicion. What? Doesn't the eldest knew that they were dangerous?! Noticing the madam angry looks, Jinan explained how that wolves saved the youngest princess life.

Listening to Jinan's explanations, soothes Mo Yinqing heart slightly. She continued following her granddaughter around choosing collars for the puppies.

Who cares, as long as the baby is happy. Lu Lunyi shakes his head as he saw his mother spoils his niece. He could only follow along the both of them. At the same time, he watches their surrounding carefully in while acting as if he's slacking. Of course he caught a rats snuffing them like a theft.
