9 Powerful Forces Are Coming Home.

" What nonsense are you talking about?" The woman ask bewildered. Did her daughter lost her mind after going through her lab experiment? Who knows.

" Mom, BIG BROTHER HAVE A FREAKING DAUGHTER!! AND SHE'S SICK!!" She screamed.

The other side went silent afterward. Lu Yunxi still couldn't fathom her own mother, she's unpredictable just like her brother. No one knew what was going on in their head.

After a few minutes, the other receiver finally speak. " I'll contact your father and you should try contacting Lunyi. We're coming home, all of us." She said before hanging up.

While the Lu's preparing to came back, the people back in the capital never knew that the most powerful family are getting back together. When this news reached their ears, they were shocked rooted to the floor.

Meanwhile, Lu Hongxuan and his daughter are still enjoying each other company in the banquet as they 'entertain' the guest. Knowing that revealing his daughter publicly would endanger her, Lu Hongxuan already spread out his preparation to the extent so his daughter would be safe under his wings.

Seeing his daughter enjoying herself, Lu Hongxuan smiled gently. No matter what happen, he would fought to make this daughter of his would spent much more time than the estimated limit. He wasn't a Lu if he surrendered that easily. He'll prove to everyone that he is competent enough to save his little princess.

When Lu Xueyun started yawning, Hongxuan finally picked her up coaxing her every now and then. Knowing that he shouldn't tire her any more than she already had. She just recovered from a fever after all.

The banquet ended early than any other banquet because it's only an introduction for a small child. So dragging the event wouldn't be necessary either.

After the party, everyone headed back home trying to catch their beauty sleeps. Hongxuan took Xueyun with him as he wash and dressed her before tucking her into the bed. As usual, he would read her a fairytale whilst rubbing her back gently coaxing her to sleep.

He would all sort of trick to make his daughter sleeps because ever since the wood incident, little snow could hardly sleep. Almost as if she scared of sleeping. Using a sleeping pills would leave a long lasting effect, so Hongxuan would rather coax her patiently rather than feeding her medicine.

Making sure his daughter is deep in sleep, Hongxuan finally went to freshen up before accompanying his daughter on the bed. Sleeping with her has become a habit of his and without his daughter, he seems couldn't sleep that well.

Hongxuan stared at his daughter complexion. She looked very cute and warm. Her baby fat still invisible as he would sometimes poke her smooth chubby cheeks. She seemed happier.

A strong emotion engulf him as his eyes flashed a strong determination. He would find a cure for his daughter, no matter what happened. He would protect this small child of his with his own hands.

Lulled by Xueyun's soft snore, Lu Hongxuan finally scumbbed into dreamland.

The next morning, Lu Xueyun woke up alone in the bedroom. Her father was nowhere found. Instead of calling him, she carefully leave the bed and exited the room. As she started searching, she could hear people talking downstairs. She turned her heels and walk toward the living room downstair.

The moment she reached the stairs, she not only saw his father but also a new face she didn't recognize. "Daddy?" she finally called softly. But her voice sounded a little bit hoarse as she had just woken up.

Hearing a small high-pitch voice, everyone's eyes immediately locked on the small petite figure on top of the stairs. Their eyes gleamed with curiosity and fondness?

Realizing that his daughter has already woken up, Hongxuan stood and walk toward the stairs. "Stay there and don't move. Daddy will get you." Getting slightly worried that his daughter might fall as she's still groggy from sleep, Hongxuan warned her as he went after her.

He swoop her into his arms as he brought her toward the kitchen for a water before taking her into the living room where his family gathered.

"This is Little Snow?" Mo Yinqing asked looking at her granddaughter for the first time. A small loveable girl. She immediately lovestruck with her granddaughter as soon as she saw her. Whilst her husband couldn't seemed to divert his attention either.

"How the f-" Before his younger brother Lu Lunyi could finished his word, Lu Hongxuan immediately glared at him stoping him from swearing in front of his daughter. "Language." He reprimanded before glancing toward his daughter.

"Sorry bro but I couldn't help it. HOW THE FLIP DID YOU GET SUCH DAUGHTER?!" He exclaimed loudly. Well nobody blames him as everyone has the same exact question.

Rather than asking such useless question, Lu Yunxi immediately went toward her niece and grabbed her hand gently. Checking the little pimp pulse. Lu Hongxuan just let her do her thing, who knows what she'll do if he prevented her. Luckily his daughter aren't scared of stranger so the things went smooth.

Seeing their daughter antic, the living room fall into deep silent. They knew the very reason why they came back home after all. "So how is she?" Lu Tingran, Lu Hongxuan's father asked after being silent for a while. Yunxi face blackened as she withdraw her hands.

Judging by her expression, Lu Hongxuan covered both his daughter ears with his big hands gently. "Where's the motherfucking bitch who do this to my niece?" She raged. If looks could kill, that person would already died. "I kept her inside the punishment room. I haven't been there after the incident. I couldn't leave Little Snow alone."

"I'm fucking going to interrogate her. How dare she!" Yunxi spat viciously.

Hi guys. I am sorry for not updating anything up until now. I really had a bad year, well I could say we had a rough year. I haven't been updating any of my stories cuz I just don't wanna write a story when I'm doing it half-heartedly. Cuz when I do, the story turned out shitty so I'd rather postponed it.
