[Completed 11/13/20] Paimon has always been his brother's shadow. Never noticed, never given credit for anything, always dismissed. Well, that is till he ventured off to Earth, which is strictly prohibited by Satan himself. While on Earth, Paimon meets Ivy Lendel. Ivy had delt with a lot of hardships throughout her short 22 years on Earth. Losses of family and friends. Having to fight a disease herself. Paimon helps lift this endless weight of struggles and vows to show her the beauty of life. The biggest one being herself. Little do they both know Ivy contains the key to safety and allegiance in the underworld. Maybe even Hell.
Paimon
"Ivy! Kratos! We're home!" Zeus sang as we helped Thanatos through the door.
He would be fine but he was still fragile as of right now. Poor bastard. Only a few of us were actually immortal. You'd take a guess and say the grim reaper was one of the immortal ones but unfortunately he is not.
"Ivy!" I called as I helped Thanatos onto the sofa.
"Thanks homie," he chuckled.
"Always." I winked and looked down at Ivy's bedroom door.
Maybe she's not home? Went out to explore?
"I'll go check," I offered after I saw the confused look on Zeus's face.
"Okay," he nodded,"I'll go find Kratos." Zeus inhaled deeply and walked down the other corridor.
I did the same and walked slowly towards her room.
If Kratos laid one finger on her while we were away, I'd hurt him very bad.
Maybe take him down to the pits of hell for a field trip and push him into an obsidian cage.
Then have a servant carry the cage to a fire pit and hang it directly above so the stream roasts Kratos over time. I'd enjoy watching his dirty skin melt off.
Or I could just tell Zeus and he'd kill him for laying a finger on his precious daughter.
"Ivy," I knocked.
No answer.
"Ivy you better be decent I'm coming in." I called as I twisted the golden knob.
I opened the door to a disaster.
The once beautiful rose gold bed was now in shambles on the floor. Pieces of wood in the wall and scattered about on the floor.
"Fuck fuck fuck." I mumbled as I walked deeper into the room.
Blood and flowers were mixed with feathers on the sofa and vines covered the far wall.
"Zeus! God!" I yelled as I backed into the hallway.
"Paimon,What is it?" God stood at the end of the hall.
"There's blood and flowers and shit everywhere!" I pointed to the opened doorway.
"Blood?" God walked down the hall and into the room.
"Holy shit. Where's Kratos?" He turned towards me.
"No clue. Zeus went to find him." I ran a hand through my greasy curly hair.
"Zeus!" God stormed past me and I followed.
We passed a confused Thanatos and a worried Ares. I held up my hand in a dismissive manner.
"Did you guys find Kratos?" Zeus asked as we approached him.
"No. Ivy?" God crossed his arms.
"No. FUCK!" Zeus yelled.
"We shouldn't have left them alone." I chimed in. Both of them shot me a glare.
"We shouldn't have! Look what happened! Kratos took Ivy to Satan knows where and we have no clue!" I began pacing.
I'm a fucking demon, sure. But I'm not good in stressful situations that include a loved one.
Loved one?
Fuck it, I love Ivy. And I didn't get to tell her yet.
Really tell her.
"Kratos didn't do this, Pai." Zeus hitched his thumb at Kratos's room.
We all walked over to the door and Zeus pushed it open.
A reck just like Ivy's. Except blood was splattered onto his wall instead of on the floor.
"He put up a fight against whatever it was." I sighed as worry flooded my emotions.
"Who could of done this?" Both Zeus and God turned to me as I asked this question.
"Hades and Lucifer."
