(Author here: Some lore and stuff for you guys and for me to build upon. If you like lore, then I hope you find this one interesting. It's a long one though :) )

World

Known as Medulieon This world is one of many worlds born without a core. This world has five different lands, also known as continents. There is nothing much to say about this world, it was born with a dying breath.

Continents

1 The continent of fire, also known as Ember. This continent has its own inhabitants known as Pyres. They are the only sentient creature of this continent and one of the only species on this continent. The inhabitants of the third continent known as Zingtopia call the Pyres fire demons and view them as monsters. But thankfully their racist views can't hurt the Pyres as they are protected by a wall of flames. Ember has thousands of different monsters related to fire who see this as their safe haven. Where they can reminisce about the past, in hope of one day reclaiming what they once had. The monsters take part in the cycle of life, just like the animals. Hunting each other and they even act friendly towards the Pyres.

2 The continent of ice, also known as Glacial Polar. This continent is so cold no entity of flesh can survive here for more than five minutes. Not even magic can keep them safe from the destructive ice, as the ice mana will disrupt the flow of other mana and overwhelm it in quantity. The only creatures of flesh to have ever lived in this continent for over a year are the dragons, as they rested here, taking a break on their eternal journey. The monsters here are many and friendly. They even have a good relationship with the locals, even the sentient species known as Hailstone.

3 The continent of life, known as Zingtopia. Zingtopia is the land of sentient species. The state of the mana and everything makes it the perfect place for sentient species to be born. In the beginning there were over hundreds of different species in this continent, now there's only nine left. In a war of superiority they killed each other and the final result was the nine supreme races, as they call themselves. This is the prime continent of technology and is therefore seen as the main continent in this world. Even if it is the smallest and weakest continent. As the perfect land doesn't create perfect beings, making them much weaker than other species all over the world. This continent fights over their resources, as they can't go to any other continent due to their weakness. This has split the continent into 32 different countries, all will not be named.

4 The continent of never ending death, also known as Oblivion. This continent is corrupted by decay, in other words mana. All the waste the world wants to keep from the other continents are dumped here. Making it a hellish environment to live, making its creatures just as hellish. Reapers are the sentient species of this continent. They can't leave this continent as the world itself shackles them here. All the reapers, also known as Grim reapers when they've reached a certain age, are very powerful. Just one of these creatures could dominate a continent all on its own. Due to their powers even the world can't keep them fully at bay, as they can still influence the other continents with their energy. They use willing vessels called Necrosis who can raise the dead and taint the world in death. The species on Zingtopia call them by another name, necromancers, or dark magicians. These creatures, once its own species devolve, or evolved, based on how you see it, when they accept the embrace of the reapers. They gain tremendous powers at the cost of their sanity, becoming eternal slaves to the reapers, as that is the price of their power. Even when they're killed, their corpse must be burned, or they will come back to life as a Litch. The final form of the power they were granted.

The reason why the reapers are angry is simple, the energy of the continent is tainting them with its rot, making them its vessel, just like the Necrosis.

5 The continent of high peaks, also known as Crestafallspike. This is the largest continent by far and is the homeland of Trolls. The land is made out of millions of mountains thousands of meters tall. This place is very dangerous and although not impossible for the Zingtopia continent to reach and live in, it is very unlikely that they will succeed. This continent has hundreds of thousands of different strong monsters that live on mana. Even the strongest of wizards would die in this place. There is no plant life and the Trolls live by eating monsters. The trolls are the only species zingtopia has some information about. As a Troll once visited their lands and told them about itself. So it is known that they worship a deity known as Homjaardo, a deity of stone.

The continent is in the middle of the world in a way, as all other continents surround it. This is also the only continent known to never have accepted the tempting words of the reapers. So the reapers know almost nothing about them and can't fuel their greed, like they do to others.

countries

There are many countries, like the Shifao Dynasty, one of the smallest and weakest kingdoms. This particular kingdom has been at war with another kingdom and is in a constant power struggle. Maybe there will only be 31 kingdoms soon, if this continues.

Mana

Although mana sounds fantastic, amazing even, it isn't! Mana is radiation, the sign of a dying world. It means that the world is falling apart and mana is the result of such fate. Worlds with cores don't have mana, as they aren't decaying yet. but once a world's core extinguishes it will gain mana. In an instant animals will evolve and grow stronger, some call this event "THE APOCALYPSE" There are some cases of worlds being born without cores, truly a pity, to be born sick and only live for about a million years. There are ways to slow down this inevitable demise. We call this, Magic and Deities

Magic

Magic the act of returning mana to the world again. The mana will gain a physical form again, but will decay much faster and the mana will be different from the already used mana. This is how the term mana density was born. The world treasures magicians and they farm them in a way. It's a way to prolong their lives and it is the reason why worlds have life on them. Bigger worlds, with bigger cores usually don't make climates for life until they have to. As living creatures are very annoying to a world. So they wait as long as they can.

Sadly magic is but a fifth of the radiation of worlds and each time magic returns mana to the world, the less mana will come out, as four fifths of it will become other forms of radiation. That's how deities come in.

Deities

Deities, also to be called the will of the world. Every world has them, even those without life! Deities use the power of faith, which is the radiation of life, to control the radiation that isn't mana. But even they are limited and can only do so much.

Deities are respected and worshiped by all beings, as that is the job of every species and animal that can't use mana. They have an instinct to worship the deities, this way the world doesn't have to worry about loose ends.

There are cases where species stop worshiping gods before the world's core is dead, in those cases they are deemed as defects and are disposed of as quickly as possible, so the world can have a great defense the second their core is dead.

Monsters

These are pitiful creatures in every sense of the word. Deities are literally part of the world and as a world dies fully, it explodes sending the essence of the deities across the universe the world inhabits. The deity itself is dead at this point, but it has been tainted, or formed by the creatures that worshiped them. As the essence collides in the form of asteroids with other worlds it becomes the object of worship it once was and monsters spawn out of it. (An example to this would be the totem of Jantyr) But in reality it's creatures of life that have been tainted by the death of their old world and lost their sanity. Doomed to eternally search for their dead deity, and or hope to restore it. Even if that is an impossible feat.

Species and animals

Life local to a living world. Nothing much to be said about them really. They're tools needed for the extension of the world's life.

Dragons

The eternal lifeform, that search for the eternal world. Dragons are born when a world dies. They are born with an instinct, a memory of sorts. Telling ancient tales of a world that lives forever. A world home to the first dragon and the last dragon to be born. Dragon's search for this world their entire life and no one knows if any dragon has ever found it or not. They wish to find this world for one reason and one reason only. They want a home that will exist as long as they do.

Under the course of time a common statement has been made. Worlds are just eggs that don't want to hatch and that is true.

The stages of rebirth:

The stage of beginning, known as Tier Zero

The stage of acceptance, known as Tier One

The stage of comprehension, known as Tier two.

The stage of power, known as Tier Three (Strongest being in Shifao Dynasty is in this tier)

The stage of order, known as Tier Four

The stage of law, known as Tier Five (Some of the strongest trolls are this stage)

The stage of ?, known as Tier Six (Reapers are born this stage)
