It's Time to Reconsider...

Alexa walks down from the terrace and places herself on sofa before picking up her phone and going through the phone gallery randomly. She halts at a picture of Reo holding Zoe in his arms with both having broad smiles on their faces, this picture was among the few which she took when was in Reo's house and all three of them were playing in the lawn the other evening "It was all fun, wish the things were the same as then" she speaks to herself while leaning her head back on the sofa.

"All fine?" Sasha speaks to Alexa while walking down the stairs.

"Yeah all ok, mind keeps wandering about random stuff that's all." Alexa replies back while locking her phone and placing the same next to her.

"You say, all ok? Some one seems to be in good mood?"

"Yeah...Actually got a call from Chen's agency and they were checking about my schedule for next month to see if can help Chen with the choreography for his upcoming National Award function" Sasha replies with her face covered with blush.

Alexa takes a minute to understand the content which Sasha pours out just now and the reason for her blushing; she jumps to get near to Sasha and screams loudly "Oh my god! Someone is super excited to work with Chen. Wow... I am so happy for you Sasha. This is a good chance for you girl. I know you are already super successful in this industry but working with Chen is no less" Alexa draws her in a friendly hug.

"I know dear...it's a lifetime opportunity for me and that too with my Idol-cum-crush"

"So what was your answer" Alexa questions smiling widely and blinking her eyes to mock Sasha.

"Of course, it was yes lady. How can one say no to Chen? C'mon, I can spend my fucking whole day with him for two weeks. Oh my god, I think I am getting a panic attack now" she replies while falling back on sofa pretending to be sick.

"Hahaha...very funny. Now it calls for a celebration. Let's party"

"We can't go out now dear, it's late and we have our last day practice tomorrow before the concert. I have to make sure you remain in sense for another two days. But promise you to take you out for drinks after the concert is over. Pinky promise" Sasha stretches out her pinky finger towards Alexa and she does the same before crossing their pinky fingers on to one another.

"Are you hungry" Sasha questions Alexa while walking towards the kitchen.

"Not much, but need to fill the stomach with something to avoid late night munching. What's in the menu?"

"How about instant egg noodles with some sides" Sasha replies and wait for her response.

"Count me in then, you prepare the noodles and let me fry some eggs and sides" Alexa gets up from the sofa and starts following her in the kitchen.

After finishing their dinner they both walk back to sofa to relax. "Home food is so yummy" Sasha speaks up while placing herself on sofa next to Alexa.

"Hmm yeah, I am so tired and sleepy. What about you?" Alexa replies to Sasha with sleepy eyes.

"Let's sleep then!" Sasha smiles while getting up and stretching her hand for Alexa to get up which she quickly grabs and gets up while grabbing her phone. They both walk towards Sasha's bedroom and throw themselves on the bed. "Let me get you another blanket" Sasha speaks up while opening her wardrobe to take out another blanket for Alexa.

Alexa sits up on the bed to check for any new message from Yie. She switches on the mobile internet and the phone starts buzzing with the many messages. Alexa gets shocked for a moment to see all the messages from the same person and takes her time to relax back before reading the message one by one.

1st message "I am sorry Alexa, for that night and again today. I should have controlled myself. I know have behaved like a jerk earlier and don't know how to correct it"

2nd message "I think that's the reason everyone keeps leaving me."

3rd message "Please try to forgive me and give me another chance"

Alexa keeps reading the message, with every message her heart skipped a beat. She felt the same pain as the person who texted was in. She looks up and finds Sasha staring at her with curious looks.

"Everything alright, you seem to be occupied with something?" Sasha finally asks.

"Yeah all good. Just some random messages from friends." Alexa coughs to cover her uneasiness and replies back while going back to the texts. While Sasha places the blanket on Alexa's side and walks to the washroom to freshen up.

Alexa reads all the texts and take a deep breath to digest the content in those messages. She finally starts replying to the text. She completes the reply and waits to the other person to read it and after seeing the person online and getting a blue check on her send message she smiles widely hoping to draw the same smile on other person's face. She receives another text before she could lie back on the bed. "Thank you for giving me another chance. Let's starts it over again" Alexa chuckles and rolls back in her blanket.
