Third Evaluation.

So thana doesn't know how the evaluation works.

I guess I have to be more vigilant.

Later in the evening, Zillah didn't see any sign of alvah visiting, she decided to stay up a few more hours.

She slept by past nine.

Alvah appeared by ten to check up on her, she was already asleep.

He looked at her, he sat on the chair.

He said to himself,....

"if it's a dream, then her body would still be here.

"I could take her to uncle Ghazan, he will figure out what to do".

He opened her windows and left.

Zillah woke up later, few minutes after he left, she felt he was here but she wondered why he left.

Zillah thought, if I really died...

She cleared her thoughts and teleported to the valley.

She walked a few distance but she couldn't find Ghazan.

"Maybe he isn't here"...she said to herself.

She walked closer to a stream, sitting down, staring intensely at it, when her own tears fell into the water.

Her eyes were teary.

She would wipe it but they would still pour out.

She cried silently, for about thirty minutes.

Till someone laid his hand on her head.

"Why didn't you call out to me"...., Ghazan spoke.

"Uncle..", she stood up and hugged him.

"You have me yet you choose to cry alone"

"What if you weren't here, who would I share this pain with?"... she said still crying.

"That's why I'm here in the first place, it's good to have someone to share your pain with".

He comforted her.

"stop crying now, you will feel tired by the next day".

He wiped her tears for her but more would still fall down her jaw.

He stroked her head till she fell asleep.

She woke up in her bedroom. Her eyes were quite swollen. She stayed in her room on bed till noon.

Daivik knocked on the door but she didn't respond. He opened to see if she was there, and she was.

"Zillah"...

He called her name, she removed the blanket which covered her face and looked at him.

Aeron peeped from the small opening of the door. He asked....."is she okay?"

"Not sure"..... Daivik replied.

I mean seeing her condition. She looks broken.

They walked in, she was looking at them.

"Keva sent us to check on you, she has to do something".

"Are you okay?"....they both sat on the bed.

"Don't worry, Aeron will let you win next time" daivik said to lighten her up.

She giggled.

"Dude, you broke her"... he said to Aeron give him a light slap on the arm.

"I didn't"...., Aeron defended himself.

"Three times in row, still in the morning",

Daivik said a flashback of what happened.

Aeron laughed.

"My head aches"..., she said interrupting their little conflict.

"See!..., she needs to relax her mind from thinking too much about the game".

"This is your feelings Daivik not hers"

This is the first time I've seen daivik act like this, he must have really wanted to defeat Aeron in the game....,she thought to herself.

I wonder how it would be like if they never met or knew each other.

"Let's go she needs to rest", Aeron said to Daivik pulling his arm.

"Can we get you something to eat"..., daivik offered.

She replied to him..., "I'm okay".

They teleported away, she held tears in her eye again.

"My head aches from crying"...., she said still crying.

She touched her forehead.

Few moments later, she fainted.

Alvah felt weak, "Zillah", she flashed in his mind.

When he appeared, Zillah was totally covered.

He removed the blanket, placing his hand on her forehead, it was burning.

He took her away close to a river to cool off his and her temperature.

About an hour he took her back. He wondered why she did such a thing

Later that night, Ghazan took Zillah with him.

He took his powers back.

The next day, she didn't practice so she had no idea her powers were gone.

Things were running smoothly for the last days.

Alvah didn't visit oftenly, and the times he did, she was Okay.

Ten days later, things were still normal. They were too normal that Alvah felt something was wrong.

He visited during the night time. She was sleeping soundly.

By 2am, Zillah was nowhere in Elysian.

She woke up In a forest.

"Where am I?".... she shouted. She stood up quickly looking around, trees only.

She hears footsteps. She tried teleporting, it wasn't working.

She ran a few metres and hid behind a tree. She tries her powers, they weren't working either.

"Where am I?".... she thought.

The footsteps were gone, she sat in the woods when someone hit her head, pretty hard.

She had a blurry sight of men before passing out.

"We should take her to the district?"...."what is she doing here?"...

"who is she by the way?"...

She heard these voices, before. blacking out.

She woke up, "ahhh!!!"...

She would have screamed loudly if her mouth wasn't covered with a piece of cloth.

She was terribly scared.

"It was a good idea to tie her mouth"... a man spoke.

She looked up at the man as she was tied and laid on the grass.

"You probably have questions to ask don't you?'...

"Us too".... another spoke.

She looked at the person.

Spreading her sight around, five men were present.

"We shouldn't waste anymore time, carry her".... the boss spoke.

She kept screaming until she was hit in the head, and she passed out.

The next time she woke up, it was night and they were still in the forest.

She didn't attempt to scream, which if she did, she would alert them that she was awake and she might have to walk as well.

"I'm exhausted".... the man carrying her said.

"Isn't she awake?"... the boss asked.

The man dropped her, she closed her eyes.

"She isn't"...., the man replied.

"Fine, we'll rest here then"... they all sat down.

Looking tired and with an all round sore body.

They set up a fire as it was dark, cold and breezy.

"We need an identification of her before we take her there"...., the boss said to the others.

"What's the use, she herself looks lost, I don't have time to force out something from her".

The second man spoke.

"You"... the boss slapped his head.

"what do you think, I should just submit her like that, what if I get questioned, will you be there to save me if I'm being sentenced to death?".

"Will you?"..., he shouted in their ears.

"Sorry boss"...., he apologized.

"I see, you want me to die"...., the boss said glaring at him.

"No!....," he quickly replied.

"She can't sleep forever, if it means feeding her, get her to talk by tomorrow, okay".

"Yes boss...," they all replied in unison.

The boss looked at Zillah,

"there's a chance that she'll be saved but not me".

Oh my God...,

Am I being sold, is this slavery, what if I'm...No!

she screamed in her head. How did I get here in the first place.

Could this be my...No! she said trying to deceive herself that this wasn't her third evaluation

She couldn't fall asleep as she kept thinking and planning how to escape. The men too had their night shift.

Unknowingly, she slept off.

"Wake up!, wake up!,"....someone was tapping her shoulders.

She was trying to get herself, when water splashed all over her.

She rose up, shaking her head.

"Clean yourself he threw a rag for her".

With her tied hands, she looked at the man.

"It will dry off eventually".

He took back the rag.

The second man walked up to her, "what's your name?".

She was staring at the man. she concluded in her head that this men were morons.

"Oh, sorry!...." he removed the cloth from her mouth.

"Cristal".... she replied.

"Cristal ahh...," he wrote it down on a paper.

"You look pretty young to me...,"he said still writing down her name.

"Where do you come from?...", he asked looking at the paper waiting for her reply.

She froze up, she couldn't speak.

"I said where do you come from?...," he asked again.

His face was quite frightening, but that wasn't what scared her.

"I..I..."

"Speak..." he shouted.

"I'm a traveler....," she responded.

"Traveller...." he repeated.

"Did you run away?..." he asked curiously to hear her reply.

She hesitated again.

"Would you speak....," he shouted.

"Did you run away?....," he asked again

"I said I'm a traveller....," she shouted back.

They widened their eyes,

"what a temper you've got there, that's good". He wrote this down.

"Where're you coming from?...." he asked further questions.

"Speak....," his voice deepened out of anger.

"Leave her".
