Vincent knew that in order to build his empire, he needed money. Lots of it. So he began making deals with wealthy businessmen and politicians, offering them protection in exchange for a cut of their profits.

Soon, Vincent had a network of businesses and politicians under his control, and he was making millions of dollars every year. But he was never satisfied. He wanted more.

One day, he received a call from an old acquaintance, a billionaire named Alexander Jameson. Alexander was a man who had made his fortune in the technology industry, and he was always looking for new ways to expand his business.

Vincent met with Alexander at his luxurious penthouse apartment in Manhattan, and they discussed the possibility of a partnership. Alexander had heard of Vincent's reputation and was intrigued by the idea of working with him.

They struck a deal: Vincent would provide Alexander with protection for his businesses and in exchange, Alexander would invest a large sum of money into Vincent's criminal empire.
