(Michael's POV)
Cassandra's body is quite light, adding to my werewolf genes it wasn't long until I reached Matthew's room.
The hallways are filled with confused pack members who didn't know why they were in the Alpha's residence.
I don't blame them though, even as an already mated wolf, I could smell how potent her heat was.
Michelle helps me open the door and I thank her before walking in, heading straight for the bed.
The Alpha's room is luxurious but simple just like the man himself. We, that is the high ranking werewolves and the Alpha's family members, were also given our own rooms in the residence but no room could top Matthew's.
