Tower Preparation Part 2

In the morning, Li Xuehua, Mei Ling, and Shen dedicated their time to studying the monsters that awaited them in the tower. Their tower books became their guides, providing valuable insights into the strengths and weaknesses of each creature. They immersed themselves in the knowledge, preparing mentally for the challenges that lay ahead.

As the afternoon sun graced the sky, they made their way to the training grounds, where martial artists of different levels honed their skills. There were five training grounds in total, one designated for each level of mastery. The last training ground, the smallest of them all, was open to those who had not yet reached a level.

Upon arriving at the training grounds, Li Xuehua, Mei Ling, and Shen were met with the sight of their fellow new students, vigorously training their martial arts. Among them was Hen Lin, the boy who had been defeated by Mei Dong, accompanied by three other boys.

Hen Lin noticed the arrival of Mei Ling's group and, in a display of respect, bowed his head before resuming his training. Li Xuehua observed the dedication and determination of her peers, delighted to witness the strength they possessed at such a young age.

Shen, with his adorable puppy eyes, turned to Li Xuehua and asked with sincerity, "Little Li Xuehua, do you need help with your martial arts?"

Although the school discouraged senior students from directly assisting their junior counterparts, it was not uncommon for new students to support and learn from each other in the realm of martial arts. Mei Ling playfully smacked Shen's head, asserting her role as Li Xuehua's protector.

Mei Ling: "Of course not, Shen! I'm the one who will help Li Xuehua, my cute little sister."

The group, including Li Xuehua, couldn't help but smile at Mei Ling's affectionate nature and her determination to look after Li Xuehua. It was evident that they adored Li Xuehua and were determined to see her grow stronger.

Li Xuehua, touched by their care and support, bowed her head in gratitude.

As the day drew to a close, and the other students settled in for a well-deserved rest, Li Xuehua felt an irresistible pull to continue her cultivation of the Fiery Path. Silently slipping out into the night, she made her way towards the tall mountains that surrounded the school grounds. Within one of those mountains, she discovered a secluded cave, shielded from the presence of any monsters.

Entering the cave, Li Xuehua could sense the dormant power of the Celestial Phoenix coursing through her veins. The fiery essence yearned to be unleashed, but she knew she must exercise control and discipline. Concentrating her efforts, she suppressed the fiery power and focused on absorbing the intense heat instead, allowing it to fortify and stabilize her foundations.

In the darkness of the night, a bright light enveloped Li Xuehua's body, casting an ethereal glow in the cave. The heat radiated from her as her meridians were cleansed, and impurities were purged from her being. It was a transformative process, heightening her connection to the Fiery Path and reinforcing her cultivation.

Unbeknownst to Li Xuehua, her display of celestial power had not gone unnoticed. Within the school, an old man, a formidable martial artist, was roused from his slumber by the extraordinary energy emanating from the mountain. Intrigued and curious, he cast his gaze towards the source of the light, his eyes widening in astonishment.

This old man, well-versed in the students' abilities, could not recall any among them possessing such celestial power. His mind raced, considering the possibility that a new student had joined their ranks. The intensity of the suppressed power was a testament to the remarkable control wielded by the mysterious child.

As time passed, the light gradually faded, and the aura of power dissipated completely. The old man, filled with excitement and anticipation, could hardly contain his enthusiasm. The discovery of a potential genius within the school ignited a spark of hope and anticipation for the future. Sleep eluded him that night as he eagerly contemplated the arrival of this extraordinary student and the profound impact they could have on the school and the realm of martial arts.
