IMOGEN'S POV
I could let him have the last word. I could pretend that the face that was right in front of me just seconds ago wasn't one of jealousy. My husband hated me to the core and yet again the idea that another man was in the picture made him seethe. What exactly was his deal?
I looked back at Maggie who looked at me with pity because it was all she could to help me. Offer her kind smile to placate me. Of course, I wasn't bothered. Not when this was my grand design. I looked at the supposed damning pictures on the floor and started to pick them up. It was honestly hard not to laugh when I picked them all and did the walk of shame to the bin like I was humiliated.
