Wedding Night (2)

Leon slowly let go of his embrace when he heard how loud his wife's heartbeat was pounding now. He took a step back to see her face, but his wife lowered her face to avoid his gaze. A smile framed Leon's face as he held her chin, trying to lift her face so their eyes could meet.

"My dear wife Allynna… can I see your pretty face?" Leon asked jokingly. Tried to tease her so she wouldn't be too nervous on their wedding night. He could hear what she was thinking now. And that makes him feel funny. His wife is really virtuous.

"L-Leon..." Allynna was utterly speechless. Somehow she lost her ability to compose sentences, but her mind filled with what she wanted to know. 

"Can you call me by another name when we're alone?"

Allynna saw Leon's eyes. Confused. 

Why did he suddenly want a nickname on their wedding night?
