How the System Works
"You're finally here, leave us alone Jin. I want to talk with her alone." Alice glanced at Jin and waited for him to leave. After seeing him leave, she then invited Mio to sit down in front of her. She wanted to conduct a little interview to know the background of the new teacher.
"Who is this woman? Well, it doesn't matter anyway, plus it's a good thing for me since no one would be able to recognize me here. I can probably teach here in peace, and also get some money." Mio sighed, she then took her seat in front of the Principal, but as soon as she sat down she felt something was off.
"Detection System huh? Sadly for you, it wouldn't work with me." Mio said in her mind, she then tapped the table and shattered the Detection System that was placed without being noticed.
"Nothing suspicious, she's clean," Alice muttered in her head. She then started the interview, it was more like a job interview. The questions were pretty basic like do you have any experience in this kind of fieldwork, why do you want to join here?
Mio answered them half-heartedly anyway so it was not a problem for her. Plus her real goal or intention of coming here was to do something fun out of boredom and make a little bit of money since she is already broke.
"Then before I can accept you we need to conduct a little test. We will have a written test and Magic Test for you. The written test is just as important as the Magic Test as even if you are high level if you don't have any practical knowledge then we still wouldn't accept you. That is just the qualifications of a teacher." Alice slowly explained to Mio.
The Dynasty of Death Academy has incredibly high standards when it comes to the teacher's strength. It was much higher than the students they want as they believe that even a blind person can make a huge evolution because of the System, and with the system's help can still see because of the system's help that everyone has.
The System is a very powerful thing that gives everyone the chance to survive and become extremely strong. Like in the novels that people read, the System that has been granted to them will allow them to level up by gaining EXP Points from the Monsters that they kill. Because there is still a constant stream of Portals that come to Earth, the heroes need to enter the Portal and kill all of the Monsters because they can leave the Portal.
The heroes that kill all the Monsters are the ones that Graduated from the Academy, even if a person is already old. They would need to attend the academy for 2 Years and once they graduate, they would have the certification to become a Hero. Once they get their certificate, they have the choice to either join a Hero Guild or be Solo.
Once a baby is born, they would immediately receive their System, and once they level up once they would receive one Class that they can choose. From Swords Man/Woman, Mage, Healer, Berserker, Tank, and many more. Anything is possible, there are even some instances where two Classes have merged.
Mio then glanced at the Principal in front of her before using one of her Skills.

"Grant? So she's that woman's daughter." Mio slowly muttered, but when she heard Alice coughed. Mio stood up and followed her into a room. Once she entered another room she heard a notification from her System.
