7 months and the creation of groups

The next morning I was woken up again by Hai, who told me that he had lined up people whom I taught to feel the qi for today's lesson, and then he asked me if I wanted him to do something else, to which I replied.

-After you finish the lesson with the girls, go and call all the miners and all the blacksmiths. To which he answered.

-I understood the patriarch. He said this, bowed a little, and left.

After he left, I went to the throne room to teach today's lesson. After I finished today's lesson, I sat on my throne, waiting for Hai to come with the people I told him to bring. After a few minutes, he came with people. When they entered, they all bowed a little.

-I'm glad you came. I'll address the miners first, after the blacksmiths. To which they said.

-I understood patriarch.

-Okay, then, I want the miners to start creating mines to try to find metals. I think there are some of you who have experience in making mines, right? At which one of them stepped in and said.

-Yes patriarch. The one who said this was a man in his 30s with short black hair without a beard and a rather muscular body and brown eyes; from the looks of it, he seems to have worked on me for quite a few years. His appearance made me curious, and I said.

-What is your name? When I asked that, he looked at me with a look of astonishment for a second. After that, he returned to his normal expression and said.

-My name is Ping, patriarch. After saying his name, I said it.

-I want you to create mines and look for metals in them. I will give you three people to take care of you and your people if something happens. After I said this, he asked.

-Patriarch, when will we start? To which I answered.

-You will start in 7 months; until then, I want you to go to one of the learned people and tell them what resources you need. After saying that, I turned my attention to the blacksmiths.

-I understood patriarchy. After Ping said this, he went back to his previous position.

-Now which of you has more experience as a blacksmith? After I asked this, one of them stepped forward and answered.

-I patriarch. He was a man in his 40s with gray hair and brown eyes, a short beard, and a muscular body. When he saw me, I asked him.

-What is your name? To which he replied.

-My name is Yu, patriarch. After hearing the name, I said

-I want you to start making blades and daggers. I want you to try to make them with the greatest care and make them of the highest quality you are capable of. To which he said.

-I understood, patriarch. After he said this, I said

-You can leave now, after I said that they all left except Hai, to whom I said.

-From tomorrow, we will start dueling after we finish teaching lessons. To which he said.

-I understood. After hearing the answer, I went to my room and started to cultivate. After some time, I decided to start sleeping, so I left the cultivation position and started to sleep.

The next morning I was woken up by Hai. After I taught the lesson, I dueled with Hai, then I cultivated, and then I went to sleep. This was my routine for the next 7 months, apart from occasional orders that I take given to Hai, which include increasing the fields on which we grow food, building more houses, and expanding the walls.

In these 7 months, all the people that Hai and I were teaching became 3rd-rate martial artists, and so the clan got another 63 martial artists, 43 of whom are taught by me and 20 by Hai, after they all became 3rd-rate martial artists. I started to give them orders and to give them positions in which they will be in the future, I appointed 10 of the people I brought to the members of the Hall of Retribution and the remaining 3 I appointed as security guards in the law courts, the barbarians I have divided 3 groups of 10 each, the first is the internal security group for the clan that patrols the clan, the second is the group for the external exploration of the clan, they are in charge of patrolling the land around the clan and will guard clan members when they go outside the clan, I also created a building for them to have the command center, the third is my personal guard, for the moment they train with blades and cultivate all day because I don't need them at the moment, they don't have a building of their own for the moment because they have to defend me.

I chose for the 20 girls who were taught by Hai to learn to use the bow and dagger in order to have a force in the clan that can fight from a distance.

Today I sent 3 members of the inner exploration group with the 5 miners of the clan to create mines and find metals.

That was all that happened in these seven months.

From tomorrow, I will start training my personal guard for a month, and then I will bring more members to the clan and more resources. That's what I thought while I was falling asleep.
