After finishing his work at the office that evening, Jamal arrived at A THE BAR. He ordered a glass of wine and waited patiently until Maya's arrival; then he anxiously peered over his shoulder every five minutes or so while he continued sipping the drink slowly. Finally he caught sight of her entering from the front doors a few minutes later wearing a simple black dress that matched the color of her hair. The outfit was low-cut in design but covered enough skin to keep him satisfied without exposing too much. She appeared to be more beautiful than ever before as he gazed upon her graceful figure in amazement. Her dark brown tresses were swept up elegantly onto her head and held in place with several clips while a pair of diamond earrings glittered daintily on her ears. Then she slipped into the seat across from him with a radiant smile on her face and greeted him with a brief wave, "Hey! Sorry I'm late..."
