After leaving Blake's office, Madison called her mother and explained what happened without mentioning how Blake had answered her question about loving him. She didn't dare tell her mom about his confession or explain that he'd cheated on her in their previous relationship while claiming that they weren't married to each other. As a result, Madison was shocked when her mother suggested that they all move back home together temporarily while she got through this difficult period. But it seemed like a good idea given the fact that Blake wasn't willing to accept her decision to continue living apart. So he agreed and promised to discuss it with his father...who didn't hesitate to agree since the Maxwells had lived in the house next door for decades.
