The shock

After Amir left to the police station, the doctor entered with Younes, where they would start their heinous crime, Younes looked at Adam next to him, "Do it. I don't want a child to come out of her body from someone else." Adam's view of his side, "Younes, you know this is a blow to morality." Younes looked at him smiling, "and you know you can lose this hospital."

Adam sighed desperately and started aborting the baby two hours ago, and they were finally out of the room.

The next day Amir returned to the hospital Younes greeted him with grief, and Adam, next to him, at the height of his tension, Amir look at them, "Is there something wrong?"

Adam sighed desperately, "The baby was aborted because it was a huge danger for her body last night and she was about to die, so we preferred to abort the baby instead of risking her life."

Amir looked at them, he hasn't yet understood what Adam said. Younes put his hand on Amir's shoulder, "I know it's hard to lose your son and wife in a bad condition. I'm so sorry for you"

Amir left Younes and Adam in their place and went to Lillian's room, taking heavy steps full of despair. He get into the room and found Lillian standing on the balcony talking to herself. Amir thought she was cured, but when he heard what she was saying, his facial features changed to shock. "I'm coming to you, baby I will never let you alone I'll protect you" She was reaching out to the sky and moving forward as if she were trying to catch something She was moving forward, she was about to fall, Amir ran towards her quickly and dragged her to him, she looked at him with a faint smile, fired a giggle, and then touched his shoulder with her finger." Who are you, handsome?" She looks like she's under the influence of alcohol. She walked away from his lap, walked around and said weird things, Adam came running into the room after he heard all that noise. When He came in, he couldn't do anything or say something The only reason Lillian lived was the fetus in her abdomen, even when she was in that state of mind, she felt hope inside her Adam ran to Lillian's side and injected her with a drug injection Amir was standing in shock, not knowing what to do.

Adam looked at him, Amir face was asking for a convincing explanation of what was happening to his wife Adam took a deep breath and stood in front of Amir and began to explain to him, "The only reason Lillian was stable was the fetus in her womb. It was the only hope left for her, she lose of last hope has caused her to lose memory and a mental disorder, she will suffer from schizophrenia in the coming period." Amir sat on Couch, He feels tired and desperate the more he tries to become optimistic, Lillian gets worse, he closed his eyes with fatigue and Adam came out of the place and the guilt was eroding him, he shouldn't have done this even if he claimed it was his hospital, but now what happened happened he was walking where he found Younes at the end of the corridor, "Oh, our little doctor has a conscience to warn him."

Adam didn't answer him, and continued to walk forward, but Younes grabbed him, "Listen, you have to get Lillian to get into her worst state. I want to see him suffer like I was been tortured for five years in a row"

Anas was with Lillian's parents at home he trying to change the gloomy atmosphere and make jokes until he succeeded, but their loud laughs didn't last. after a wail Lillian's father had a heart attack he took his heart side and start to breath deeply Anas choked and Lillian's mother was about to scream Raneem look at them and she scream at Anas face "what the hell are you doing call the ambulance!!" Anas get his phone out and call the hospital for sending to them an ambulance at the same time Raneem start doing to him first aid, but he didn't respond, his heart was getting weaker and weaker until he stopped beating before the ambulance arrived Raneem look at Anas with a crying eyes Anas body begin shaking Khadija fainted she can't hold it anymore her daughter in bad condition and now her husband, the ambulance finely there but they are too late the paramedics enter there and they took Lillian's parents, Anas and Raneem they was watching them without knowing what should they do "we should follow them" Anas sigh he is so tired Rneem look at him and she smile he took her in his hand hugging each other she was passing her hand on Anas hair he feel better after that hug she know that this family is important to him after his mother death Lillian's mother took care of him he never feel that he is a strange person, they get out and follow the ambulance "Anas we should call Amir" Anas stopped the car " I can't he is in bad condition I..." "he will know after all you should tell him at first" Anas started the car after a few minute they arrived at the hospital they get out of the car and enter asking for Khadija place.

"Raneem you will stay with ante Khadija now I will go to Amir I need to tell him about what's happened" Raneem sigh she is so afraid about Anas she now that he is so sad his heart hurt him but he still keep his smile and try to help everyone "Rneem I'm fine stop making this face don't forget I'm a super hero" she smile after seeing him do a move like he is super man he put his arm on his heart place "oh my god is this an angel don't smile like this my heart melt" she finely laugh "okay mister Popey I'm fine now" "oh mu olive you are so cute when you don't hit me" he say his world and start running away "Anas!!" "take care of yourself wonder women"

after Anas leave the doctor come running into Raneem "you are from madam Khadija's family?" Raneem was beat speedily she doesn't know why but she feel that something bad is happened to her "miss do you hear me?" Raneem look at the doctor "uh I'm sorry yes I 'am" "she is in bad condition she need a needle and I need someone signature" "I I can't sign..." she go out running for tell Anas before he go the doctor stayed at his place "what the hell?" Rneem see Anas car away she go running throw the road a car come with a fast speed Raneem stood with a shock in a second her body get in the sky and get back to the ground Anas saw the accident he get out from the car to know what's going in when he get to the accident place, as soon as Anas saw Raneem body on the ground and she doesn't stop bleeding he stood in shock for a wile after he scream at every body was watching "go to the hospital and call for help!!" he stood up and go into the car driver punch him hard on his face the other man fell the doctor and his nurses come out and took Raneem to the operations room . Anas enter to the hospital leaving the driver with the police as soon as he get in the doctor of Lillian's mother come into him "we need your signature for giving a needle to madam Khadija" "y yes of course" he follow the doctor into his office and give him so paper to sign it Anas sign the paper after he read it and then he go out waiting any new about Raneem.

What the hell is going on, his childhood friend and his first love in the hospital, and her condition doesn't bode well, her father died, and her mother passed out front of him, his only girlfriend who accepted him had a bad accident, his best friend at his worst condition, What the hell happened why everyone he love disappeared in front of him? There's no one left by him.

Amir was sitting in his place, then he stood up, got out of the hospital, went somewhere far from everyone, stopped his car on the edge of the mountain and started screaming. All he was thinking about was jumping. He wanted to get rid of this terrible pain that continues to stab him. before he think to jump but he remember Lillian he's afraid this will cause Lillian another shock he take a breath and got back in his car and rushed back to Lillian's parents' house, but he only found a man sitting in a bad state, and Amir looked at him he stood in front of him, "What happened to you now?"

Raneem died, and Lillian's father died and her mother in bad condition in resuscitation why everyone disappeared from our lives, Amir?" Amir sat next to him and make his hand on his face, "Lillian lost her baby, she lost her memory, she doesn't remember who I am anymore." Anas turn his head back "ah"

Amir laughed, "We're in a bad situation, my friend."

after a minute of silence all, the police broke in the house, where they grabbed Anas.

Amir was choked "What's going on here?"

Then the cop said, "Your friend poisoned your wife's father, and we got a complaint about this."
