CH-6. ARTHUR VS ADAM

'As everyone came to an open ground Helen asked to Alice in a worried tone'.

HELEN- "Don't you think we should stop then Alice, you know that Adam is the strongest among us". She said to Alice in a worried tone.

ALICE- "You don't have to worry Arthur will be fine, but I am worried about Adam". She said with a smile on her face. Hearing her Helen and the others were confused.

'In the open ground we can see Arthur and Adam standing and facing each other. Adam may not have any element affinity but he was physically even stronger than Ray and is skilled in Spear Art's.

ADAM- "Are you ready Arthur". He said while taking a stance with his spear.

ARTHUR- "I am always ready". He said while standing on his position with a care free expression.

ADAM POV

'He saw Arthur standing there without taking any fighting stance, he was angry that a 5 year old kid is looking down on him. He decided that he will not hold back.

Then he vanished from his position while thinking that Arthur won't be able to see him at this speed. Adam appeared behind Arthur with a smile on his face thinking that he has won, he draw his spear up to do a full up to down attack to stop just from inches away from his face.

Just when he was going to attack, something unexpected happened he saw that Arthur was looking at him with the corner of his eyes. He was scared out of shit, it was like he was the prey and Arthur was the predator. He suddenly stopped his attack and fall back as far away from Arthur'.

3rd POV

'Every one was confused they saw Adam vanishing from his place and appearing behind Arthur, just when he was going to attack they saw that Adam fall back suddenly'.

ADAM POV

'Just what was that it was like if I don't fall back I will die at that instant. It was like I was starring in abyss and if I move the abyss will swallow me completely. It was terrifying, just what is that kid'.

ARTHUR POV

'Well I think I should finish this game now, there is no point in fighting anyway'.

3rd POV

'Then everyone present there saw something that they won't be able to forget for the rest of there life. They saw that blue fire suddenly covered Arthur's full body, it may seem like he was getting burned but it was not. They saw that Arthur a 5 year old kid has reached a level where he can summon blue flames that even adults are not able to summon and even covered his entire body with it like it was a child play'.

HELEN- "H-H-Hey Alice am I seeing things".

She asked shuttering while looking at Alice with a completely shocked look.

ALICE- " No, you are not". She said in a care free manner like it was nothing.

HELEN- "H-How is this possible he is just 5 year's old and is already able to summon blue flames that not even most adults are able to do, th-this is just unbelievable,gulp". She said while gulping mouth full saliva.

ADAM POV

'Adam was just standing there like a dead man he had already lost his will to fight when he saw what Arthur has done. He just couldn't believe a kid who is not even old enough is already able to summon blue falmes, it was like he was day dreaming but he suddenly came out of his thought and saw that Arthur has vanished from his place and suddenly a gigantic pressure fall upon him it was like a mountain is thrown upon him.

Suddenly he fell on his knee and felt extremely hot behind him when turned around he saw Arthur standing there with blue flames dancing on his body'.

ARTHUR- "So, wanna fight more". He said while looking at the gloomy face of Adam.

ADAM- " N-N-NO". He said and suddenly the gigantic pressed dissapiered like it was never existed before.

Every thing became normal and Adam's party members came running towards him to check on him.

DURDEN- "Adam, are you alright". He asked with a worried face.

'Ray and Alice came to Arthur'.

ALICE- "Baby don't you think you overdid it, you could have defeated him with just your

raw power, you didn't have to use you power's. Even though those blue flames looks good on you". She said with a smile of her face.

RAY- " Your mom is right, Arthur". Ray said while giving him a victory thumbs up.

ARTHUR- "Thanks mom and dad". He said to them and started walking towards Adam.

ADAM POV

'Why is that kid coming towards me, is he going to make fun of me'. Adam thought as he saw Arthur coming towards him as he stopped in front of him.

ADAM- "What do you want now". He said with a annoyed look on his face. When Arthur saw this a smile formed on his face.

ARTHUR- " Why the hell are you acting like a child, if you lost then accept your defeat". He said while looking at him.

ADAM- "How can I, a child has defeated me like I was nothing, it's not fair". He said with a defeated look on his face.

ARTHUR- "Adam this world is not fair, some are born strong and some are not. Every one is not same, just like you and me, we both are different from each other. If you want to become stronger in the future you have to first start accepting you defeat".

'When everyone heared what Arthur said not they were surprised, but even Ray and Alice were also surprised by their son's mature mentality, even after having power he didn't try to sound arrogant which made them smile'.

RAY- " Arthur is right Adam,you don't have to be sad, so just chill up man". He said to Adam while helping him to stand up.

ADAM- " You are right Ray, I was acting like a child. Sorry Arthur for showing such a pathetic sight". He said with a apologetic look.

ARTHUR- "It's all right, now cheer up I don't want my dad's friend to be sad". He said with a smile on his face.

ADAM- " But still even if I lost can't you tell us how did you became so strong at such a young age and what is you mana core stage". He said with a hopefull look in his eyes.

ARTHUR- "Well, when right time will come you will know". He said with a mocking smile on his face to which Adam just huffed and turned his face in annoyance.

" Hahahahaha"

Every started laughing by seeing their conversation.

HELEN- "Alice your son is incredible". She said while starring continuously at Arthur.

ALICE- " I KNOW". She said with a proud look.

Suddenly Arthur gathered their attention.

ARTHUR- "I know it may be to much, but can you all keep my powers a secret until I take admission in Xyrus Academy".

ADAM- " You don't have to worry about this, we will keep it a secret". He said with a serious look.

ARTHUR- "Thanks". He said with a thankful expression.

3rd POV

'After the fight everything returned to normal

and all of them started packing things for the journey. Arthur was sitting near the fire when Jasmine came to him.

JASMINE- " What are you doing Arthur". She asked as she sat beside him.

ARTHUR- "Nothing just enjoying the moment". He said with a smile while looking at the sky filled filled with stars.

JASMINE- " You are really different from others Arthur".

ARTHUR- "Did you mean in a good way or bad way". He said with a teasing smile on his face to which Jasmine blushed.

JASMINE- " I-In a good way". She said with a blush on her face.

ARTHUR- "HAHAHA, You are really cute Jasmine". He said while laughing.

JASMINE- " C-C-CUTEE". She said while blushing.

ARTHUR- "So Jasmine say do you want to be my friend". He said while giving his hand for handshake.

JASMINE- " O-Of course I want to be your friend". She said with shuttering and taking his hand with a small smile on her face.

'After packing up they all go sleep but Arthur was still awake'.

ARTHUR POV

'Tomorrow we are going to leave for sapin. Well there is one thung I am worried about, I have to meet Sylvia to save her but to save her I have to send my parents to sapin without me and I still don't know how should I do that. Well I have something in mind but I know that after doing that I mom is going beat me when I will meat them again. I also have to save Tess, well from tomorrow on wards I have a lot of work to do '.
