Everything but not her!!!

Once arriving at the entrance of the village the moon was already beginning to appear in the sky, Yury was about to head towards his house when he heard a voice behind him.

(?)- You were still hanging around in the forest, am I not mistaken?

Hearing this, Yury turned to face a small, old man with a bald head and a small mustache.

The man wore a long brown coat, gray pants, a pair of boots and a cane he held in his right hand.

It was Rubiel the doyein and the chief of this village. Seeing who it was Yury contented himself with remaining silent and staring at him.

(yury)-....

(rubiel)-You're still doing the silence trick, aren't you?

(yury)-How does that concern you?

(rubiel)- "sigh"..... why don't you try to spend time with the other teenagers in the village, apart from Azur you spend your time alone in the forest?

Yury was never a very sociable person, he hardly ever spoke to others, he was the complete opposite of Rubiel who is always smiling, always listening to others and who was appreciated by the whole village.

Despite everything, he really appreciated Rubiel's personality, he was the second person he didn't mind spending time with.There were indeed his adoptive parents but they cared more about Azur, their own daughter than him, which he understood perfectly but that made him distant with them.

(yury)-You know.... it's really not my thing to spend my days here, I... I discover the world outside the village, to be able to admire new landscapes, I don't want to wait for a miserable end in this place.

(yury)-Wait seriously?!

(rubiel)-yeah the world was composed of 4 major kingdoms "YORNA, NOKRON, ALISIA, ELSIN" inside of them you could find different towns and villages, each kingdom had their own culture and lifestyle but...

(yury)-but?

(rubiel)-the vampires and the werewolves appeared and that's when everything fell apart, Nokron and Elsin were the first to fall under the attack of the creatures, the survivors who managed to escape regroup as well as the other two kingdoms have come together and merged into a single kingdom, its name is HOPE.

Yury was absorbed by what the old man was saying, he didn't know what the world was like before the war and when he heard that he wanted to discover it even more.

(rubiel) - thanks to the combined forces of everyone the Kingdom of Hope was able to fight back and put an end to their progress.

(rubiel)-"sigh".... after months of fighting the humans and the monsters agreed to a peace treaty, the vampires and werewolves could keep the lands they had conquered and the survivors such as us who could not join the kingdom were forced to stay here to live in fear of being eaten at any time.

after hearing those words yury could feel a sense of anger and hatred boiling up inside him.

(yury)-that's why I don't intend to die here, I want to explore this world that was once ours and no one will stop me!!

Rubiel remained silent and gazed at the determination that was on Yury's face, after a short while he smiled and said.

(rubiel)- and I'm sure you will!

(rubiel) - it's getting late you should probably go home

(yury)-yeah you're right...see you old man!

(rubiel)- take care boy!

Rubiel stood there watching the boy walk away while saying to himself "I hope you can achieve your dream yury I really hope so".

Yury finally arrived home, he opened the door and saw his adoptive father sitting in an armchair reading a book

- where have you been?

he asked without even taking his eyes off his book.

(yury)- in the forest ...

-How many times have we told you not to go there?

-(yury)- yeah yeah whatever... where is Azur?

- she felt sick, she is resting in her room, don't bother her, she needs to rest.

(yury)-hmmm ok!

heading to his room yury noticed his mother busy preparing the meal for this evening.

(yury)- I'm not hungry...

she answered him with an angry tone

Yury stared at her for a moment and decided to go upstairs and rest in his room. Arriving upstairs he stopped in front of Azur's bedroom door, he wanted to see if she was okay but he remembered his father's words and went to his bedroom.

once arrived he lay down on his bed and thought back to the discussion he had with Rubiel, he remembered the different kingdoms and the war. without realizing it he fell asleep and woke up in the morning.

as usual he left his house and went behind his house where he was chopping wood with the help of an old ax, by dint of repeating this every day his body had strengthened, nothing very exceptional but he He had a good physics for his age.

the rest of the day went like any other day but Azur did not leave his room, after the evening meal Yury returned to his room but could not sleep, something bothered him he had a bad feeling like something was wrong.

it was the middle of the night and the whole village was asleep but yury couldn't sleep, he hadn't seen azur for two days and he was worried. He got out of his room and went to the azure room, he knocked on the door.

(yury)- Azur...are you sleeping?

None answers. he then seized the handle of the door and opened it.

what he saw left him stunned, azur was not in her room.

At this moment the several thoughts jostle in the head of yury but only one arose. he remembers all the young women's who have been kidnapped by the countess. a cold sweat ran down his back, he immediately went to his room, put on a t-shirt and pants and rushed to the door to enter, he took his boots and went to the back of the house, in order to to be able to defend himself he took his old ax and then ran at full speed towards the forest

while he was running he only had one thing in mind
