"I want everyone to take out their textbook and work on pages one through twenty" right now I'm in my history class working on the pages that my teacher assigned to us and Aria has been acting up for some reason since my sixth period class started

'Hey Aria, what is going on with you?'

'Well one don't you smell that? And two that's our mate who's close by'

'Ok well right now I have to focus on this so could you like, chill for a moment'

While I was finishing my last question someone was walking in

"Yes? Can I help you?"

"Yes I'm here to pick up Esperanza Sanchez she'll be leaving for the day" Weng came in giving my teacher an office note Weng is a friend of mine we worked at a pizzeria together. I met her before I met Jana, Alex and Jackie. She's a senior like me

"Alright, thank you. Miss. Sánchez please pick up your belongings and you may leave have a nice day"

"Uh? Thanks. Here you go" I said handing my teacher my work and walking out with a Weng

"Hey Weng?"

"Yeah?"

"I would like to know the real reason why you got me out of class just now?"

"Well it-"

"Because I told her too" Roberto came from behind the corner

"Thank you Weng" Roberto said with his alpha voice I was about to ask him why he is using his alpha voice towards her if she is....

"No problem. Glad to help. see you at the pack house, alpha's" she bowed in respect I was to speechless to even tell her not to call me alpha but E like she normally does

"Princesa she's part of our pack you'll see her later"

"Ok but why did you tell her to get me out of class?"

"One we're leaving right now" Roberto said grabbing my hand and pulling me towards the back of the school

"From now on I'll call you Robbie, IF and only IF you tell me why and where you are taking me, deal?"

"(Sigh) fine OK but you got to act surprised later-"

"Hang on I want MY part of the deal in this too only if you agree to the terms then I will tell you, you ready for it?"

"Before school starts and before we go to lunch I want a make out session with you...hey don't give me that cute mad face look, ok? You made a deal with me first I'm only agreeing to it IF you agree to mine too"

"Roberto whose mansion is this?"' I said pointing to a huge house we were a couple feet away from

"It's the pack house that you will be living with me, Joseph, and the rest of the pack members"

"What if they don't like m-"

"Esperanza look at me they will love you just like both me and Joseph love you"

"But if they don't I will personally kick them out of the pack if they don't. Which I doubt because they WILL love you ok? Now can you stop thinking negatively?"

"Hey starting tomorrow I'm going to have the same schedule as you"

"Wait Miss Brown already changed your schedule?" I said looking at Roberto

"Yeah I did this during the second period when I dropped Carlos at his class. Now can we make out now before it's four : thirty pm"

"Yes Because I have to take you over there...." Roberto said pointing to the mansion

"Oh!" I turned my head away from him so that way he won't see me blushing

"WHAT? I look like a freak in tomato?!" I was already getting my belt off getting ready to leave

"No! I didn't mean it like that Princesa, wait! Don't leave!" Before I got the chance to open the door Roberto grabbed my arm so that way I was looking at him and not at the window

"Hey why are you so dang happy Robbie?"

"Hey Where's Joseph?" I asked Roberto noticing that I didn't see Joseph anywhere once we reached to what I assume was the living room

"He's on his way here but it sounds like the only person you care about is him and not me" he stopped walking and looked at me

"No that's not it, Robbie I just miss my other mate because I haven't seen him since this morning. That's why I was asking where he was. So please don't get jealous over this I love you both equally"

"Eille! Where is your alpha female?!"

"Over there!"

"Okay thank you Marcy!" I am silly man in the direction of his voice

"JOSE!" I looked at him while I was running to him then jumped into his embrace

"(Clear throat)" we both stopped and looked at the person that did that which was Roberto. When I remembered what I just did I instantly hid in Joseph's neck so that no one can see my blushing face

"Yo Joseph, do you want to announce the big announcement now?"

"Yeah!" I then felt him started walking with me in his arms

"Hello everyone, welcome, sorry for the late notice but the good news is... Well as you could tell in some of you know/heard that we found our mate" I got off of Joseph and stood in between other of my mates to introduce myself to the pack

.........Three Hours Later.............

Three hours later or maybe more I'm not sure I

lost track of time but I finally met the whole pack and they're all so wonderful ESPECIALLY The little kids. Also before I forget everyone left me well NOT everyone. I'm sure you know who I'm talking about?........,yep that her!...........Caroline still doesn't like me even her little sister but her parents are super Duper nice but it sucks to be her as you guys already know Alex and Jennifer gave her Beto and Joseph with a little bit of my help so they're cool now

"E!" I looked around to see who was calling my name out and saw it was my baby brother just don't tell him I told you that. He hates me calling him that

"What's up, Saeed?"

"Well I got a question for you"

"What is it?"

"How did you get mom and dad to let me and Hazel stay with you at the pack house? Does Hazel know?"

"Yes!"

"Wow I feel hurt you tell your little sister but you don't tell you-"

"Saeed! I'll tell you how I convinced them but be quiet!"

Well I understand that you are trying to protect me and them too but they i mean my mates want me to stay at the pack house and I was wondering if I could take Hazel and Saeed with me plus taking Dali, Cici, and Dixe , I WILL take good care of them and of course you both can come and visit us when y'all want to"

"No" my dad said looking very serious

"Please! You both will have the house to yourselves and I will still go to school and I'll take care of them all to please. I beg you nothing bad will happen to them. I swear on my life!?"

"No!" My parents said looking at me getting mad and my mother trying to think of something else to talk about then this

"Hey! I deserve it because you both hid this from me and not them!" I said pointing upstairs to where Saeed and Hazel were still getting ready for school

"That's why I deserve to know and I also have a lot of questions for you both later when I get back from school and if y'all are going to stop me from going there then you both are wrong I am going no matter what if you guys like it or not with them always!" I said looking at them straight in their eyes slamming both my hands on the table

"Wow Esperanza this is how we wanted you to speak" my mother said

Yeah I had to also convince your mom's parents to let her stay with me here but her parents said no so I also did whatever I could to convince them. You prove to me that you will do whatever in your power to protect both packs and your family plus your future family" my father said patting my back

"Wait what?.....So is that a yes?"

"Yes but-t" mom said popping the t

"Yes but I want you to take good care of your siblings and the dogs for us"

"Ok and we were thinking about merging both packs together. Joseph will handle that and also he will come by later to pick mine and the twins stuff while me, Roberto, and the twins are at school"

"Ok. I still can't believe you are dating Joseph again? I didn't think you'll be back with him ever. It has been four years since the break up?" Mom said surprised she my dad was not so happy about it

"Oh that was when you told us that mom and dad let you take us and our dogs, right?"

"Yes but sorry right now I'm a bit busy. I have to see where mom and dad are and also Jana's parents. I have questions for them both"

"Bye!" I waved at him and that is why I am walking to where I last saw my parents but it was quite hard to move with this celebration both Joseph and Roberto put on

"Esperanza!" I turned it on to see Hazel coming towards me with our parents behind her

"Hazel!" I met her halfway

"Why were you looking for us, E?" Hazel said with a confused face

"So Esperanza, what did you want to talk to us about?" My dad said touching my shoulders

"Are you ok? Did something bad happen?" Mom ask

"Mom nothing happened, I'm okay, see!" I turned in a circle to show her

"But I would like to go somewhere more private. Is that ok with you guys?"

"Yeah okay but where? This place is fully packed as you can tell"

'Hey guys, I'm gonna talk to my parents now. Is there a private place to go to?'

'Yeah hang on we will be there in a sec' they both said and just like that they were right in front of us

"Right this way" Joseph said walking out of the house. We got to a little cabin across the pack house

"Sorry about the mess. This place was supposed to be already ready for Hazel and Saeed" Roberto said picking up books and other stuff off the floor

"It's ok Roberto. Is this where they'll live?" Dad said looking around the cabin and so was mom

"Yes sir they will. If there is anything they need we'll be right across the road"

"Well we'll leave you all alone. I hope you both enjoyed the party, see you later Ellie" Joseph said while they both gave me a kiss on the cheek then left

"Si mami (Yes mom) I'm okay there is a lot of things I wanted to tell you since freshman year (ninth grade) but I don't have time to tell you everything but I will say the important things first then we can talk about the non important thing later"

"Is there somewhere you have to be?" Dad asked me when him and mom sat down

"Yes I have to talk to Jana's parents before they leave to the airport tomorrow"

"We're going to see Gustavo's family down in Cancun"

"We are getting off topic" I then looked straight at their eyes so that way they know I was going to talk serious and not playing around with them

"Esperanza what are you talking about?" Dad asked getting up and walking towards me trying to touch my arm but I backed away from him

"Okay maybe this will refresh your memory. You both have lied to me since the day I was born and let me give you both a better version. When I specifically told YOU...yes you dad...." dad was pointing to himself when I said the word 'YOU'

"..... I told you that I was hearing a voice talking to me once I was done telling you that you immediately gave me a shot. Back then I had no idea what you were injecting me with but now I know. You also told me to tell you every time this happens so that you can give me that injection!" I was now yelling at him. I never did this to either of them ESPECIALLY to my father but now I guess it's the first time for anything, am I right?

"So that's why Aria couldn't talk to me before and that's also why once she talked to me that felt familiar like.....Oh!.....it also makes me forget about what just happened once you inject me with that injection right dad?!" He stayed quiet for about two minutes. I got my answer already by his quietness

"Yeah I did but that was the only way I could protect you but don't get mad at your mother this is NOT her fault she has nothing to do with this-"

"Yes, I think so.he's the beta of Joseph pack well your pack now. Is he a werewolf and a fox too?"

"Sort of but he's not a fox he's a werewolf, Angel and my guardian Angel but his angel and guardian Angel are the same angel"

"There was a war between Star Shadow and the moonlight star pack whose pack was destroyed. From what I know I was the only survivor-"

"Your mother died when she saw your father get sliced in half by Blakey before I had the chance to run to her to protect her. Blakey ripped Harper's heart out and before I could shred him to pieces your father grabbed me and pulled me away. Harper told me the day before the war that if both of your parents die then I was to adopt you as my own and to tell you that both your mother and father loved you so much Esperanza. She also said to forgive them for not being here to see you grow as the young and strong lady you are. So that was why I thought it would be best for you to never know about us"

"Blakey wanted to kill you from the moment you were born" my dad said With hatred in his voice

"Was that the first war you had when I was born?"

"No the first war started when you were nine months old" dad said

"Esperanza also I'm sure I have said this before but I'll say this again be careful since as you know our pack...." mom pointed to her and dad

"....he will do anything to kill you that's why your mother and father died that day to protect you from him"

"Does he know that I still live? Or not?"

"Yes but he does not know where you are exactly but that does not matter what does matter is that he will find out sooner or later so be prepared" Everything in me hurts me I got up and hugged them both

"Thank you so much!"

"Why? Are you not mad at us anymore?" My mother said a bit surprised by my action

"A bit. Are you still hiding more things from me? Or not?"

"No that's the last one"

"Ok."

"Hey Esperanza this still means you're our daughter but we will never replace them, OK?"

"Ok thanks and thank you for telling me I love you both so much"

"So do we more than you ever can think of" my dad said hugging both me and my mother more tightly then picking us up and spinning us around

"Remember I will never let anything harm come to you, your siblings especially your mother understood?"

"Si papi" (Yes dad)

"I also want you to call us everyday and let us know if I should bring you home made food to you or your sibling-"

"Ok will do"

"Alright we're leaving or do you have any more questions for us?"

"Yes. Did I have a sibling or was I an only child?"

"Yes you did but he wasn't born yet"

"Meaning she died with her b..." I couldn't even finish the sentence. I was hurt again I could've had a little brother with me right now and my parents but no there dead

"Sorry Esperanza" both my parents said rubbing my back

"We're leaving now" dad said grabbing mom's hand and walking towards the door

"I'll walk you guys out" I got up and started walking towards the door. While I was walking my parents to their car Roberto was coming out of the pack house

"Could you tell your siblings bye for us?"

"Yeah sure-"

"Jesus! Maria! Are you both leaving already? We haven't had dessert yet"

"Yes sorry Roberto but I feel a little sleepy so we're gonna head out now out now thank you for everything" mom said giving him a goodbye wave and then gave me a hug

"Hey I want you to tell me what your power is so that way I'll know I just hope it's the same as your mother" mom whispered to me I gave my dad a hug and said to him knowing that he'll tell my mom too

"But this does not mean I forgive you both for keeping this for me" I whispered to him then I let have go but before he did the same

"I know and we will wait for that day to come, remember we both will always love you as if you were our own, ok?"

"Ok bye!" I smiled at him I walk towards Roberto and watched my parents leave
