002 Selena

---{Time Skip}---

I started my Jedi training officially at the age of 4, not that I needed it much anyways since I have many memories of being masters in my head. I have progressed way more quickly than the other younglings with my memories and my intellect. At the age of 6, I met a young girl around my age when I was eating in the cafeteria.

I was doing my usual routine, eating alone in the far corner of the cafeteria. Usually no one bothers to sit next to me and talk, well, except for today.

"Hello" I heard a girl ask meekly.

I looked up, a five to six year old girl was holding her tray of food. I raised my brows in confusion but decided to be nice for once and hello to her.

"Hi" I nodded

"Can I sit..." Her voice trailed off

"Sit" I nodded

Well she sat down and ate next to me. I could feel her nervousness through the force and didn't say anything. I went back to what I was doing, eating as I silently studied the information from my memories.

Even if I have the memories, it doesn't mean I would be able to understand everything, sometimes you need to study that knowledge over and over again. Sure, lightsaber skills might be able to be used on reflex but, I still needed time to adapt to the form first or I would have trouble coming up with the next strike.

For the first week the girl kept on sitting next to me. I didn't care much about it but I started to pay more attention to the girl as she continued to sit by me during lunch and dinner. 5 weeks later, I simply could not help but ask "Why did you decide to sit here instead of with everyone else?"

All she did was say "Because you seem lonely" innocently.

After that I simply befriended her and made her my friend. I noticed that she was alone and didn't have any friends in the following weeks after. Well, it was sort of my fault in the first place. People didn't like me for being too smart and I never had any friends either and just sat in the corner. When they saw her sitting with me, they thought that she might be a weirdo like me.

I learned her name was Selena, she came to the temple from Naboo right after the Jedi found that she was force sensitive. She didn't know her planet name but I was pretty sure it was Naboo after listening to her description of the place.

I gave her some help and guided her in places where she needed help on. She would ask me how to do things and I would give her some help on it. I eventually helped her learn the force abilities, force healing and telekinesis.

Later on in the year, we went to Illum to pick out our crystals.

I walked around in the cavern. It didn't take long until I felt the force bringing me to a location deep into the core of the planet. I walked slowly and steadily, closing my eyes as I used the force to guide me. It didn't take long to find the place. There it was, a crystal humming quietly. I slowly reached out to grab it. I took it with me back to the ship.

"get your crystal did you?" Yoda asked

"Yes, grandmaster" I nodded and showed him the crystal.

"Hmmmm" Yoda spent some time to study it and he looked surprised "a good crystal you have"

Eventually I created my lightsaber, it was slim and felt comfortable to the touch. I turned it on and a yellow blade came out of it. My mouth gapped in amazement.

Usually only temple guards would have yellow lightsabers but they are mostly just passed down. I got my own crystal. According to my past life's knowledge, Yellow lightsabers are meant for those who honed his or her skills in a balance of combat and scholarly pursuits.

Later on, I became a padawan under Plo Koon when I was 8 and Selena became Shaak Ti's padawan a year later. At the age of 9, I traveled around the galaxy with Plo Koon. I also helped in the rescue of Ahsoka Tano. We took her back to the order. We continued on our adventures after that, we hunted down pirates and stuff. During this time, I accidentally acquired a Ghost fire Crystal. I kept it a secret from Plo Koon and hid it away on my body. I also became a lot more proficient at all forms of lightsaber combat at the age of 10. I didn't practice form seven though, as I was forbidden to practice it. Anakin was also admitted into the order at this time. This left me plenty of time to create my own things if I pass the trials.

As for Selena, she was also adventuring with her master Shaak Ti, I would see her rarely in the temple whenever I returned. Every time we see each other, she would ask me about what I did and she would talk about her adventures. Eventually, I became a Jedi Knight at the age of 13. There was noting left to learn from master and he also knows. All I was missing was first hand experience and I got it when I became his padawan. Although I have a lot of memories in my head from both the Jedi and the Sith, I decided to check on the library and would spend most of my time there for a year before I asked for permission to go on my own travels.

Half the high council frowned at my decisions and didn't quite agree with me going to travel just yet. After some persuasion from Plo Koon, I was allowed to go on my own travels. Selena heard the news and went to see me one last time before I go.

"Yandi, come back safely" She told me

I raised my brows

"I am asking for you to come back safely as you're my only friend. hmph" She pouted but became sad "Don't die out there"

I laughed and told her "Don't worry I won't die so easily"

I patted her head and walked out

"Yandi" She shouted

I turned around and she dove in to hug me "I will be a knight by the time you come back" She told me

"Alright" I nodded "But, let go or the others would think that you like me or something"

He face went red and let go "I hate you"

I grinned and left right after that.

I used the credits I saved up and bought an old Delta 7, I decided to rent a shop and used the rest of my credits to buy a hyperdrive and materials. I had over a million credits stored up and spent most of it to get the materials I needed.

I took apart the Delta 7 and decided to make my own upgrades. It now had an integrated hyperdrive and had a storage compartment under the ship. I also made it so that I didn't need an astromech to operate it.

After spending the time and effort to make changes, I took the ship for a spin before deciding if it's ready to be used for a long ass ride. After using the memories in my head as an advantage, I took the ship and went into hyperspace to Hoth after buying some clothes.

According to legend, an old republic super dreadnaught lay dormant there in the ice. I might not be able to use it but I can replicate the technology and possibly get blueprints or other things to study with. The dreadnaught was equipped with all the latest and experimental technology that the old republic had to offer in it's peak.

I can also use the resources left on the ship for my research. As far as I am concerned, I only have a hundred thousand credits left on me which could last me a while if I find the dreadnaught. I have the location, I just need to find the entrance and excavate a hole into it where I could startup the backup systems again and make it a base for myself.
