Black Adam's eyes widened as he flew toward Billy Batson, trying to catch the scarab amulet, but Grayson immediately got in his way and punched him to the ground.

"Now you're just making this too easy," Grayson said, raising an eyebrow as he looked down on the former champion, who instantly got to his and lunged at Billy Batson without glancing at him or bothering to reply.

Grayson merely shrugged, smiling as he let Black Adam go, and the latter quickly closed the distance as Billy Batson caught the necklace and bellowed at the top of his lungs.

"SHAZAM!" Billy Batson exclaimed, an arc of lightning descending on his head. Black Adam attempted and failed to snatch the necklace, leaving him unable to do anything but grunt in agony as lightning struck him and sent him flying away.

"Holly-molly, that was close," Billy Batson, now Captain Marvel, said with a sigh of relief as he watched Black Adam crash into a wall. "Thanks for the help, dude," He added as he turned to Grayson, giving him a thumbs up.

"Now let's kick some butt," Captain Marvel said as he lunged at the former champion without waiting for a reply, to which Grayson shrugged and turned his attention to Isis and Mary Marvel.

"You know... I couldn't see it when I saved you from Faust's lair..." Grayson blankly said as he looked at Isis. "But it's as clear as day now. I could almost see the foul energy oozing out of you," He added, narrowing his eyes as his tone grew colder.

"You know full well this dumb plan of yours would end in disaster..." He said as he raised his hand, the Leviathan Axe materializing within his palm, radiating a cold chill.

"What of it?!" Isis asked with a scowl. "Evil has tainted humanity beyond redemption. I have seen the underworld and witnessed the wickedness of man..." She said, her eyes sinisterly glowing as she floated into the ground.

"There is no cure, no salvation. Only destruction," Isis concluded, raising her hands as thorny plants and trees of all shapes and sizes rose from within the ground.

"What do you mean, only destruction?!" Mary Marvel asked, her eyes widening in shock. "You told me you planned to destroy evil, not humanity!" She added, gritting her teeth as she glared at Isis.

"When will people learn...?" Grayson said with a sigh, briefly glancing at Black Adam before turning back to Isis. "Resurrecting someone almost never ends well..." He added, shaking his head.

"Isis has clearly gone mad from the resurrection," Grayson said as he turned to Mary Marvel. "It's not too late to switch sides," He added, crossing his arms as he gave her a blank look.

"I want no part in this madness," Mary Marvel said, shaking her head as she looked at Isis. "I'm sorry, but I'll have to stop you," She concluded, electricity dancing around her body as she flew towards her, only for a black tree branch to penetrate her abdomen, pinning her in the air.

"It's too late for that, I'm afraid, child," Isis said, channeling the dark energy corrupting her into Mary Marvel's body, causing the latter to scream in agony.

"Willing or not, you will serve my purpose," Isis added as Mary Marvel's body went limp and her eyes turned bright red. "Together, we will create a world with no evil..." She concluded as the heroin slowly flew to stand behind her after the tree branch released her.

"Figured as much..." Grayson said with a sigh as he calmly watched the process without interfering. He expected something like this to occur and let it happen now rather than in the middle of the fight when he had his back facing Mary Marvel.

He'd rather apologize later than get a stab in the back, but that's neither here nor there.

"Let's get this over with," Grayson added, brandishing his axe as he charged Isis, dodging vines and tree branches left and right to close the distance as the drones went to work, burning everything to clear the way.

He finally reached his destination and prepared to swing his axe, but Mary Marvel immediately got in the way to stop him. Grayson maintained his composure and didn't stop the attack as the heroine raised her arm to block.

However, the Leviathan's Axe disappeared from his hand before it could make contact. He gripped Mary Marvel's wrist before throwing her away into an open energy barrier that immediately closed around her.

"Now it's just you and me..." Grayson calmly said as he took the star heart ring off his finger, knowing it would be ineffective against Isis and her power to control nature.

"In a way, this entire mess is my responsibility since I freed you..." He added with a smile. "It's quite fitting, really," He concluded as he lunged at Isis without waiting for a reply.

Isis instantly flew back, raising her hand, to which countless vines and branches moved to shield her, creating a green wall of wreathing shrubbery.

Grayson swung his axe without hesitation, unleashing a blizzard that froze the vines and branches as he broke through them effortlessly, only to find a giant green fist flying towards him.

Unable to dodge, Grayson created a flaming barrier around himself and slowly consumed the giant fist as he darted his eyes around, trying to find Isis in the midst of the tangled mess of trees and plants.

He quickly found his target and sent his axe flying toward her as the trees moved to protect Isis. However, the weapon cut a clean path through them as it reached the former champion's wife.

Isis gritted her teeth and instantly stopped the spell she was attempting to cast, teleporting away from the axe's trajectory. She moved to the other side of her natural dome, raising more trees to protect herself.

However, she found Grayson waiting for her as the young man had somehow calculated where she would appear. He didn't waste any time and showed no hesitation as he attacked.

Her eyes widened as she watched Grayson's fist approaching her face and quickly called her plants to shield her, but the young man's fist broke through all defenses as it connected and sent her crashing into the ground.

Not in the mood to waste time and mince words, Grayson's body emitted a golden light as he channeled energy into his hands and dove toward Isis fist-first, clearly intent on crushing her.

Still, Grayson was only halfway through when Captain Marvel crashed into him and altered his trajectory as the two flew away from Isis, much to her relief as Black Adam came to her side and helped her up.

"Fuck!" Grayson angrily cursed as he pushed Captain Marvel away and regained his balance before charging toward Isis as the latter crashed into the ground.

"Dude, that's rude. And watch your language. I'm technically a minor, you know?" Captain Marvel said with an affronted expression as he dusted himself and followed suit.

"Tell that to the crazy couple trying to destroy humanity, you and every fucking minor included," Grayson replied without bothering to turn around as Black Adam got in his way before he could reach Isis.

"Stay away! Look Out!" Grayson exclaimed as he dodged a punch from the former champion and tried to push him away when he noticed Isis looking at Captain Marvel with a strange glint in her eye.

"What do you mean-" Captain said, stopping midsentence, his eyes widening as a black tree branch impaled his stomach before he or Grayson could react as the latter was busy dealing with Black Adam.

"God fucking damn it!" Grayson said through gritted teeth as he watched Captain Marvel's expression suddenly turn blank and his eyes red, floating to stand behind Isis.

Black Adam didn't stand still as he noticed Grayson's distracted state of being and capitalized, punching his stomach with a lightning-charged fist, sending him flying toward a web of thorny branches.

A seemingly unending stream of curses and obscenities flew out of Grayson's flowed out of maw as he hit the web, and the branches gathered around him, covering his body in an attempt to bind him.

However, before Isis could sigh in relief, golden light, accompanied by searing heat, emanated as the vines and branches turned to countless pieces falling to the ground.

Grayson emerged from within the intense golden light, scowling as he seemed even more pissed off by the situation, to which Black Adam and Captain Marvel instantly charged him.

Though perfectly capable of taking on either if they were alone, even Grayson found himself overwhelmed by their combined assault as Isis supported them from the side and Mary Marvel almost broke out of her confines.

"FUCK!"
