Directly under the floating pillar that was serving as the main energy source for Front lies the offices of the heads of the school.

I was currently inside Miss Scarlet's office as we were talking about stuff related to the start of classes. I've been here a few times already, but I haven't seen anyone else besides Miss Scarlet. She probably calls for her other disciples at different times.

"Here, they finished the reports on your evaluations on the admin forums. "Miss Scarlet brings out a sheet of paper with my picture etched on the top right portion of it. Written in the center were the words ' Student Evaluation '.

[ Julius Solomon ]

Proficiency: Peak F Class

This should be their analysis of my current rank in terms of the proper system. This was during the entrance exams, so they haven't updated it yet.

I scanned some more extra details showcasing the effects of that interview four days ago.

Potential: B class

My potential was decent. It seems like they've raised it a little bit, at least as compared to what I felt like they were going to put me at before the interview. However, my sudden decision to become a mage with little to no mana seemed to have been very absurd to them.

" It's absolute horse shit, isn't it? "As I was reading the details they gathered, Miss Scarlet, who was just sitting on her chair, suddenly said with a small smile on her face. Her expression was a mixture of feeling offended but at the same time excited, as if she were wronged, yet her revenge was just around the corner.

Four days ago, she was just looking at me like I was just some fan she wanted to take care of; it was completely different now. She had an interested look on her face, the same look she had when she was talking to Magnus. Like looking at a piece of gem she wants to refine.

" To think they even dare to imagine, someone like you could only reach B. Are they looking down on me? Thinking I'll let an apprentice of mine only reach the rank of a measly B rank? It's insane, isn't it? An insult to me, and an insult to your genius. "

" I'm sorry, miss, but if we're talking about genius, shouldn't the Lux siblings and Magnus be more deserving of such a classification?" "I couldn't help but let out a giggle, as I felt quite proud as she complimented my skills. This was, after all, a pillar of humanity, the mentor of two main characters in the very story I wrote.

"Then is having the guts to manipulate a whole room of strong people something a common man can do? "She stands up from her seat and walks towards a room on the left of her office.

" You might not amount to much in terms of your power, but the attitude and capability to pick your allies and act upon your advantages is something I only see from the greatest. "

"It's just some creativity; I can't call myself that until I can actually handle the weight of that title. "

It seems like she was looking for something, as rummaging could be heard from outside the closed door separating us.

"Well, your definition of genius might be twisted. Creativity is what makes people call a person a genius. "She says before opening the door and throwing a small ring towards me.

"Also, you're my apprentice now; I can't let bald people like those treat you like some normal goon. "

The ring was black, and although it's not visible, the moment I touched the ring, I could feel a thick fog of mana surrounding it.

" That's a ring of mana. It attracts mana in the surroundings for you, further amplifying your speed in collecting them. It's a ring I used a lot as a child, but I don't need it anymore. You, however, do. It's your only weakness, after all. " With a stern look on her face, she grabs the student evaluation paper before burning it to ashes.

The Vice President, Miss Scarlet of Flames, seems to be quite keen on my growth.

With a deep bow on my end, I could only accept the gift as it was necessary for my growth. "Thank you so much! Master! "I was very grateful.

"Let them know that from this point onwards. You are my disciple, and make it loud. "She says with a satisfied smile, urging me to become as upfront as possible, hiding less of my power as she will handle all the annoying consequences.

" I'll make sure I do. " I was just waiting for that confirmation.

Anyway, the four days went quicker than I thought. All of that training made every day feel like it lasted an hour.

I didn't even get the chance to meet any other main characters at that time, but I did hear about them as the rumors around them grew bigger. Obviously, I was a victim of such as well.

It's only about an hour left before class starts, so I should get ready.

After dressing up, I immediately went to the classrooms, which were in a tall building about 5 floors tall. It was massive in area as well, so it was easy to find.

The number of people around grew even more as seniors from different years finally arrived on campus.

I didn't dwell much on the scenery, however, as I grew accustomed to it in the past few days.

Walking through the marble hallways with hanging golden chandeliers on the ceiling, I couldn't help but start to grow nervous yet excited as I slowly approached my room.

Class 1A

The class of wonders.

I'll probably meet them all here.

A class of 100 students, and a class of the top hundred students that recently enrolled.

A room full of prodigies.

As I walked through the hallways filled with students, I could feel the strength of everyone as they walked around. Simply from their confidence, and innate energy surrounding their bodies.

Yet again, the place was big, but this time it felt even more widespread, most likely because it's one of the many buildings that handles the many students of Front in a daily. Regardless, it felt like I'd been walking for over twenty minutes, but I'm still far from 1A. There's some special magic going on, I swear. This place didn't look this insanely big from the outside.

"It's Miss Kath! Oh my god! "As I slowly took in all the details I was consuming, a crowd blocked the hallways I was supposed to go through.

"Can I be your friend? I bake good cookies! "The commotion had built up, and it's all because of one individual.

" Miss Kath! Please look over here! "

A girl with long pink hair tied to a ribbon stood at the center of the crowd with a troubled look on her face. She has a small face, big round eyes that glistered from her teary eyes, and long eyelashes that brought even more attention to her puffy yet incredibly good-looking appearance.

Her troubled face didn't help her case, as you can't help but feel like you're obligated to protect her.

Kath Jules, the main heroine of 'Incarnation of Will'.

She is a shy and soft person at her core, so having such a blessing caused quite a bit of trouble for her.

I wrote such details as her personality, but obviously, I didn't add the consequences of it to the story as an actual scenario, as it would be a waste of time.

But since it's a trait that is bound to occur, whether I wrote of a specific scenario or not, just like now, it's bound to happen; this is the real world now, after all.

Regardless, this is a great opportunity. Now that I have support, my growth will only rely on my skills. I don't need to be as careful anymore.

"Moving through..." Nudging myself along the crowd, I announce my presence as I walk with a smile on my face.

I had a smile on my face, trying to look as loose and approachable as possible. It's time to build my image as someone who is friendly and easygoing. As I was now nearing the classes on the higher spectrum, being friendly here was a no-brainer.

Among all of the main characters in the story, no one was quite approachable, as one was untrusting, another was shy, and someone treats people as disposable.

Garnering some connections and acquaintances was one of the best things you could do when entering a society. I learned such importance as I applied for jobs back on Earth.

Although I can't say everyone here is a good connection, there's bound to be a lot from whom I could benefit from.

" Stop pushing! You- ...Julius? " A guy amongst the crowd seemed irritated as I tried pushing through, but his annoyed expression changed as he realized who I was.

Ahh…The power of fame…

" Yep, I'm sorry. Can I please go through? Class is starting soon. "

" Oh, right I'm sorry. You can go. " He says, which caused the others to follow suit.

I blazed through the crowd easily, and as I reached the center most part of the crowd, I called out for Kath who was looking at me with uneasiness.

It seems like she's scared of me. Or at least of my fame. Someone as famous as this is bound to be narcissistic or strange.

It makes sense after seeing all the people in the top 100, so someone as shy as her could feel intimated and tired just by thinking of interacting with someone like me.

Well, I know that she feels that way, as I wrote her, so let's make her as comfortable as possible.

" Oh hi! I saw your name on the leaderboard; you should be Kath Jules right? " I lightly bowed my head, still brandishing the soft smile on my face.

" Oh uh… yeah… That's me. " She says with difficulty.

" Then you should be in 1A right? I'm a little lost right now, so can I please ask you to lead me? "

" Oh uhm… okay you can follow me. " She says before walking off, leaving the large crowd from earlier to disperse.

" Hey… " I called out for her.

She only continued to walk forward, though, without muttering a single word.

" Uhm, miss Kath? " I call for her name, causing her to suddenly jolt up in surprise.

" Oh uh yeah? "

" You're of the Jules family right? " I ask her, trying to probe for a conversation.

She seemed a little uncomfortable with my question, most likely due to past traumas from her high ranks.

This is tougher than I thought it would be. I should've been more careful with my words, darn it.

Trying to take care of what I say, she suddenly mutters quietly, causing me to flinch a little from her words.

" Uh yeahh... why? "

...

" Oh nothing... It must be cool to have a lot of things. I came from a poor family... but uhh! I'm sure you have some troubles yourself. I was just saying it's quite interesting... "

Shit.

This is too awkward for me...

The silence that came from her didn't help my case at all.

" You can go now. I'm sure that was uncomfortable for you, but you looked even more uncomfortable during that whole ordeal, so I thought you might need some help. " I say awkwardly, hoping that I at least introduced myself one way or another...

" This… Thank you… " She says with a deep bow. before leaving.

" No worries, you should go with some friends next time. Take care! " I say with a casual smile, before making a detour to a nearby restroom, trying to forget what just transpired.

After handling my business, I proceeded to 1A.

Standing at the door, I couldn't help but feel excited by the sight of seeing everything I wrote in detail. I was about to see all the main characters, and some others who I only described in my story.

Here I go.
