Skills:
Polymath: Greatly increases effectiveness and growth rate of Development Abilities. Lowers the requirements for obtaining Development Abilities. Any Development Abilities whose requirements are met, are unlocked on rank-up.
Arcana: Drastically improves any magic related activity. Records all spells and curses the user perceives and allows the user to modify them or create new spells based on the principles learned from them. Creates magic circles independent of the mage Development Ability that substitute most chant requirements. The user can meditate to choose which spells to put in his magic slots. Grants one extra spell slot per level.
Exceed: Removes the limit of any aspect of the user's abilities and skills. Greatly increases excelia gain from all actions. Immune to mental effects.
Archon: A mortal who has grasped the power of the ancient enemy and the gods' favored children. Creates a core in place of the user's heart that gradually increases physical abilities over time along with resistances to all negative physical effects. Turns all of the user's magic into spirit magic, drastically increasing all of its attributes. User's magic abilities are gradually improved over time along with resistances to negative mental effects. Continuously recovers the user's health, stamina and Mind. The boost can be further increased at the cost of exponentially increasing strain to the user's body and spirit.

The status left even Nox utterly dumbfounded. He gained a total of nine awesome sounding development abilities of which he only knew one but the most surprising things was, beyond a shadow of doubt, the change in his skill tab.
Nox's Mind Veins and Spirit Circuits had combined to form a new powerful skill that excited Nox to no end. This was another ultra overpowered skill. This rush of power made him all the more glad he worked to drive his abilities, skills and magic to their peak before leveling up and motivated him to do the exact same for each and every level.
"Sooooooo . . . Can you tell me what you can tell of my development abilities?" Nox asked.
'As a goddess she should be able to tell what they do . . .' He thought.
Loki whose mind was turned back on by Nox question could only scream.
"WHAT IN THE FUCKIN' HELL IS THIS!?" Causing Nox to cover his ears and everyone to run to their location after hearing the scream.
The executives who were relatively closer were the first to arrive and more members of the familia gathered every second. In the end Loki sent everyone away after apologizing for the disturbance but any who managed to lay their eyes on Nox could see the obvious change.
"I don't really know what to make of all this . . . I'll need to think on it for a while. For now, we announce your level up and nothing else until I figure the best course of action going forward. Is that okay with you?" Loki said.
"Fine by me! I trust you Loki!" Nox replied with his new and improved lady killer smile making even Loki's heart skip a bit.
"W-Well . . . Thanks . . ." Was all she said before ushering him out of the room where he was crowded by the familia members who were waiting nearby. Before he left though Loki made some alteration to his sheet showing the effects of his development abilities like he had asked.
'Damn that face of his! It's foul play! And do you think it's wise to give such trust to a goddess of trickery!?' Clearly both Nox's new appearance and his total trust in her combined with the shock of seeing his outrageous status had managed to cause strong ripples in Loki's heart.
Meanwhile, the crowded Nox explained that he leveled up and that his new appearance was the result of a skill. Everybody congratulated him with immense surprise and most of them took with explanation. His new appearance caused nearly all the girls to swoon and even some of the guys to question their sexuallity which was thankfully missed by Nox.
Finn and Gareth realized there had to be more to it but knew Loki would tell them if she found it necessary. Riveria could sense there was a great change in Nox underneath the surface as well but knew that it was not her place to pry and that Nox would tell her if he wanted.
The one most surprised however was Ais.
'S-Spirit!?' She thought with great surprise.
Nox gave the feeling of a greater spirit to Ais, just like her mother in the past. And she wanted to ask about it but knew this wasn't the place so she decided she would find him early tomorrow.
Released by everyone and back in his room, Nox went over the effects of his development abilities that Loki had noted down.
Luck: Don't know. Maybe it literally makes you luckier? It would make sense.
Archmage: Enhanced version of the Mage development ability with similar but greater effects. Also boosts mind recovery. May be the result of the Archon skill's influence.
Craftmaster: Improves the quality of any crafted item beyond that of other crafting development abilities. Allows the user to add special abilities to crafted items. User can activate miracles and create magic items. Allows the user to grasp the inner workings of items and properties of materials more easily than others.
Martial Lord: Greatly improves all martial skills of the user with any weapon or without one. allows the user to instinctively grasp to to wield any weapon, even if they had never used it before, to a similar level of mastery of more familiar weapons. Improves understanding of the fighting style of others allowing one to emulate it or detect openings.
Perfect Body: Increases physical strength, resistance to physical attacks, magic, abnormal effects and even curses. Slowly recovers expended stamina and health. The user's body maintains top shape regardless of exercise or calorie intake. Definitely has something to do with the Archon skill enhancing other development abilities you might've unlocked.
Unbreakable Bulwark: Improves your resistance to damage and balance when taking a defensive stance.
Irresistible Force: Increases the power and force of user's attacks. Simple and straightforward.
Genocider: Enhanced version of the Hunter development ability. Like the Hunter, it improves the user's abilities when fighting monsters whose type you have gained excelia from but the effects rise the more of them you kill even if the skill's rank doesn't change.
Tamer: A regular one! Finally! You don't really need an explanation right?
Ignoring Loki's quip, Nox marveled at his new abilities. Right now, it would take a Level 4 adventurer to be his match and that depended on who the Level 4 was.
Having gone over his abilities, Nox went to get some much deserved sleep. Although he didn't need it, it was nice once in a while and he hadn't slept for pretty much an entire month.
Next morning he woke up and noticed a small weight on him, it was a miniature Hellhound.
"Ash?" Nox asked.
Hearing her name, the Hellhound woke up and looked at her master but noticing his dumbfounded look, she was a bit confused . . . Until she looked at herself that is.
Ash immediately jumped off the bed while panicking about her small size but suddenly grew large again and stopped. Master and pet looked at each other in surprise for a moment and then, while running in circles with happiness Ash swiftly changed her size like a child with a new toy.
'Well, it's certainly convenient!' Nox thought as he put the small Ash on his shoulder.
He went and had breakfast in the hall with everyone else and they were all surprised at the Ash's size as well but now they understood her cuteness with made the Hellhound smug, shocking everyone with her intelligence.
A little bit into the breakfast Loki made the official announcement of his level up.
"I think most of y'all know already but our very own rookie Nox Lyros who had received a falna only a month ago, has officially reached Level 2 so let's give 'im a round of applause!"
And so everyone began clapping and cheering making Nox a bit shy. After things had calmed down, Tiona asked what he planned to do today.
"Well, I've holed myself up in the dungeon for two days straight so no way I'm going back there today! A guy had to kick back and enjoy life once in a while after all!"
"I guess I'll visit the Hephaestus Familia right after breakfast, and I'll spend the afternoon hanging out with the guys from Hermes' place. As for dinner . . . How about I'll treat you all at the Hostess of Fertility?" Nox offered.
Out of nowhere, Loki came up to them and hugged Nox from behind.
"Sounds great! Count me in, I'll have Mama Mia prepare one of the back rooms for us." She said.
Riveria said she would go as well from the side and Finn and gareth supported the idea as well, Then, Nox's teachers also wanted in on the fun and in the end the group became Loki, Finn, Riveria, Gareth, Ais, Tiona, Tione, Lefiya, Aki and Alice.
Ais seemed to want to talk to him and realising that she had a sharp perception towards spirit magic Nox just told her and Riveria he wanted to talk to them later.
Already looking forward to partying while surrounded by beauties, Nox left for the Hephaestus Familia home passed by the Hostess of Fertility giving the girls the good news and heads up.
Everybody was thrilled at not only his level up but at his new blush inducing appearance, specially Syr/Freya whose eyes of insight were capable of seeing his change on a much deeper level. They, like him found Ash extremely cute and were surprised to know she was a Hellhound he tamed.
'Syr/Freya was greatly interested in meeting my familia. She probably wants to see how strong they are . . .'
Leaving the girls after saying goodbye, Nox then arrived at his destination.
