He may know the peace of death but I know the chaos that is life He may create armies even when in battle but I designed the battlefield. War cometh but Victory is mine. ... I do not own anything in this book apart from my OCs, all rights belong to their original creators. Also I will change a bit of the lore since the OG story while entertaining and interesting doesn't fit my needs and doesn't seem complete .... Dealing Drugs

It was simple, the main reason why the internet became adopted worldwide as quickly as it did was because of porn. Back in those days, it was the best means of attraction, but now gaming seems to be the best.

"Come to think of it, I have yet to even play any of this world's games," Steve thought as he found his way to his bed.

Judy remained behind to tidy up and ensure that nothing was left running and that the workshop was clean enough for tomorrow.

That night, Steve mostly spent his time pondering, how best to sell his new internet.

The laws of business were simple: one needed to know what to produce, who to produce for, and how to produce it.

He had two of those down, but who was he exactly making it for? He wouldn't lie and say he had anything in mind.

This was just to scratch that itch that had been in him since he created Trainor.

"It could be set up as a Hunter's Network for now and in about a year, I will release it for normal people," Steve mumbled

"Sir, you are forgetting about the Eternal Sleep; normal people can't handle mana as efficiently as hunters can."

A new voice appeared in his mind as Steve immediately went into combat mode. Recognizing the voice, he calmed down but even so, his heart refused to do so.

"Shit!!... Judy, please don't butt into people's thoughts like that, it's rude... Listen but don't butt in" Steve shouted to the magical android god

"I see, I am sorry, sir," Judy replied telepathically

Yeah, she was behaving more like a human, but that didn't mean that she had all of human behaviour down.

Human behaviour should be something that a being as powerful as Judy should be able to chart and imitate after a small period of study, but we had what we called 'emotions'.

We have attached ourselves to many things, which has allowed us to create various rules around these sentiments, and beings like her don't exactly do so; they are beyond physical attachments.

Not wanting someone to read your thoughts, even if you have nothing to hide... For this same reason, we are literally attached to our thoughts and want it to be as private as possible.

But beings like Judy can access those thoughts just by literally looking you.

He hoped that Judy would quickly get used to humanity's behaviours so she could blend in perfectly; after all, he had plans for her... Huge plans if what he suspected was true.

"Anyway, that was indeed a good point... I need to figure out how to make people more resistant to mana poisoning."

"Or you could simply make the devices mana-leak proof... I believe that is a cheaper way of solving it."

"True, but imagine how much more money we would make if I created a drug that boosted the mana efficiency within people," Steve said as a wicked plan entered his mind.

Entering his room, he immediately pulled up his phone and a tiny orb that was very similar to a marble.

Placing the marble on the phone, a massive holographic screen appeared. This was the initial thing that made him want to create a magical internet.

It was an internet filter… Magical in nature, of course. Placed on your phone, it automatically links to the phone, and you can browse through it.

Of course, with some clever engineering and programming, it allows him to completely bypass any form of security or pay wall. Basically, the entire internet was just laid bare before him.

The good, the bad, the disgusting... All was here.

"Let's see chemistry, medicine, and everything concerning herbology," Steve stated as he began downloading any such information.

The so-called Eternal Sleep was just mana poisoning. Basically, you have outside mana entering your body, but you can't circulate that mana or get rid of it.

This causes problems, as one would expect, because now there is too much mana in the body, and said body isn't built to handle such amounts of mana.

So, a reasonable way of making a vaccine or a cure for such an 'illness' was to create a drug that either lets you lose all unnecessary mana for a period of time or one that slowly let's your body efficiently process the new mana.

One has a high chance of killing you, the other, may possibly lead to a good number of people awakening into hunters.
